My iPhone's been hacked by software developer

I think that my girlfriend has hacked my phone with dev tools. I say, how do this it uses a chromebook and one android phone

The only way for her to have hacked your phone is if you allowed her to have physical access to the device. If that happened, then you will need to put the device in DFU mode and restore. You should not use your backup to restore the device. Restores factory and start over.

your Mac OS X partition has not been hacked, unless someone has come to your home or place of business and physically sitting in front of your computer and it hacked. What behavior you see that makes you think you have been hacked that slow? Are you running any 'holder', 'cleaner', ' Mac AV' or any network utility outside of what is provided by Apple OS 10.11? If so remove them, remove them from your system and if you paid for any of them claim your money.

Have you ever had a disc/partition bootcamp or all virtualized OS connected to this computer at any time? You are upgrading a previous instance of Mac OS X that could have a partition or a windows disc or installed all the drivers use 3rd for an external device?

You use the 10.11.3 operating system beta or the official release? If your use of version beta you need to discuss on the developer forums, it cannot be discussed here as a software version beta discussions are not allowed.

  • My iPod has a virus / has it been hacked?

Someone, I think my brother, watching * on my iPod when I left it on accidentally. A few days later, I'm one of these special notifications. You know how if there is a new software update one of these fancy blue boxes will pop up saying that there is a new update? It was one of the people and he says that you have won an iPhone free 6. OK, it was probably a fake, but I went on it anyway. At first I thought it was legitimate cause he says Apple.com in the address bar, but it was not www.apple.com. Anyway, half the info I gave was wrong. Age, sex, address or email maybe I don't remember. Then it asks card number and I just completed with random numbers or something. I thought everything was cool later. But it wasn't cause I also downloaded a few applications on the online store it says to download, but they were common apps that everyone uses. Also, I visited a few sites, they said to visit I think. in any case, a month later, I still receive one of these special blue boxes saying I won an iPhone 6 and $ 1 million. I ignored him this time. Then a week later or so I cold when my iPod started playing my music. But I never turned on my music... So I did a reset and deleted all my settings and data using the option in the settings. But today a kid I know at school, said these boxes may have been used by Apple and that if I was getting messages in the blue box then I mustve been hacked and the reset, I did would not have helped. So my question is, am I hacked / have a virus. If so, how can I get rid of him. I've heard many people say that iPods can / are not hacked, but let's be honest, anything can be hacked if you have the necessary skills. Look at the Jennifer Lawrence, ariana large and all these other actresses who got their pirate icloud. OK viruses can be put on an iPod. Answer please tell me if I got hacked / have spyware or a virus and if so how to remove it. Thank you!

If you have not jailbroken your iPod, it doesn't have a virus.

You should never click on these sites.  Ignore them.

I am a senior and I'm sorry for not being familiar with computer language.    I use my computer mainly to send emails to my grandchildren and to do my grocery shopping.

I've been hacked from someone who said they were from Microsoft.  After you call the credit Bureau and my credit card company, I am now afraid to send emails & shopping.

Please advise me if I have to buy a new Tower?   My screen and keyboard, speakers are fine.

Thanks for any help & help you can give me.

    Hello

There is no need to buy a new Tower or the operating system.

Reinstall the operating system, you have now installed to make sure that you are free of them.

Read this information on phone calls scam:

Either these so-called "Microsoft" Tech companies want to sell you a worthless software, or remote access to your computer to try to steal your credit card and bank information and also achieve an identity theft on you.

You are the only person who knows if you gave them remote access.

If you gave them remote access and you do Internet banking, contact your bank, to explain, and change passwords.

If you use your online credit card, cancel and get a new one issued to you.

And the only way that willl you know that you are free to them is to backup your data and do a clean install of your operating system.

    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

And Microsoft does not contact you unless YOU have made prior arrangements with them to do.

There is an article in the link I'm you provide at the end of this one

There are several methods to reinstall Vista.

    This can help you:

    http://www.heidoc.NET/Joomla/technology-science/Microsoft/57-Windows-Vista-direct-download-links

You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

They should do this for a small fee.

To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:

You need to change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order:

How to change the Boot order in BIOS:

"How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and replace product manuals.

And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.

The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)

    Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.

Ask them to the proper key sequence.

And if you do not score a manufacturer of recovery on your hard drive, you should be able to make your own recovery from her disks to reinstall the operating system.

Go to programs > name of the manufacturer of your computer > then their system or recovery tools software topics for them, depending on how it is formulated.

If you can't find any reference to it, contact the manufacturer for advice on how to make these recovery disks.

Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

If this happens, you may need to try this instead:

You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.

And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs

And phone Activation may be necessary when you use the above installation method.

  • How will I know if my iPhone has been jail-broken?

I saw a lot of messages pretending involved it is easy to say or know if your phone was jailbroken - but I don't know how - & recently paid someone who claimed to be able to judge it for me - but since nobody could not go back to iCloud, I have my doubts RE: knowledge / skills.

Could someone please explain how to know if your iPhone has been jail broken or not?

FYI: I have the iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.0.2 128 GB.

    Thank you!

If your iPhone is jailbroken, it would have an application named "Cydia" on this subject. If you're still concerned if your device is jailbroken, restoration should get rid of any jailbroken software.

It is important to understand that Cydia is not an application that is affiliated or approved by Apple somehow.

Please note that jailbreaking your is not recommended because it put the your security at risk of.

  • My account has been hacked. How that affects people who have received emails from my account, but not me?

I wasn't there when my account has been hacked.  How is it that compromised the accounts of those who have received the emails not authorized by me.  Should I change to another email account/address e-mail so that they feel safe to receive future email from me?

If they do not follow all the links or software as a result of these messages, so there is no risk for them.

As for you, if you can still access your mailbox, log in using a web browser, change your password, update the security features, and you should be sure again.

If your mailbox provider allows it, be sure to enable always 'use HTTPS.  That can go a long way towards ensuring you don't get hacked again.
