    In my opinion this closure downs are related to bad cooling.
    You should check the modules of cooling because of the dust and debris inside the laptop. It seems that the fan don't twist with maximum performance and, consequently, the critical level of temperature increases.

    The use of the vacuum cleaner against the vents should help. But be careful.
    If you n t know how to do or you don t have much experience you should ask a technician for help.

    Have you checked if it stops when the charger is connected?

    This could be a hardware problem with the battery and we need to insulate it properly. In the meantime, please try a hard reset first. Steps to follow:

Make sure you follow instructions to the letter, especially the most important one - the laptop must be on the current and also battery must have at least a few expenses so that if the current is the laptop ends the process (which takes just a couple of minutes high).

    In my experience, the BIOS is the likely cause for the fans not working do not. What is more likely is a hardware problem - fan (or fans) are defective or the chip that manages (reads temperature data and tells the fan to blow and the difficulty of the to do).
