My photoshop is extremely slow when updated in El Capitan

I wish to update my IOS on my Imac on El Capitan, because Photoshop is not the same since that day. The wait cursor is running too, and makes me want to cry

Hello

What "exact" version of Photoshop are you using?

  • System is extremely slow when you try to install Windows XP.

My laptop will Boot but his extremely slow, slow snail.

My laptop will Boot but his extreme slowness. I have a laptop currently has NO operating system on it because I erased the HARD drive because I had a shit installation of Windows XP Professional x 64 Edition (triple). My specs are Intel SU2700 processor EM64T(1 core) to 1 .3GHz 6 GB of Ram and 320 HARD drive. My problem is that my laptop is running very slowly when you try to perform a clean installation of Windows 7 x 64. The model is Acer aspire 5810TZ. I tried to boot WinPE for ghost, which took 45 minutes, I tried to start another installation CD, same result, Windows 7 installation cd starts, but it is the 'starting Windows' for over half an hour. It seems to be without performance problems when you access the BIOS Setup. I tried to start another medium such as floppy disks, external HARD drives and Flash Drives, same result, I have no idea what to do, the sata mode is in AHCI Mode. IM thinking CPU issues.

    Hello
I suggest you to contact the computer manufacturer to verify if there are hardware problems.

  • Apache 2.2 - 12 c WebLogic proxy behavior extremely slow when using SSL

We find that extremely slow behavior (loading time of 1 + minute) when you try to access a Server WebLogic 12 c behind an Apache 2.2 web server.  We use the latest version of the WebLogic Apache plugin, which is designed for Apache 2.2.  It is under the 1.7.0_21 of Java on a virtual Linux of RHEL6 machine.  If I disable SSL and point the WebLogic plugin to the no - SSL WebLogic port, the page renders in less than 1 second.

Note: Another machine with the same configuration (almost?) does not exhibit this behavior.  I'll call it the 'work' VM.

I compared the httpd.conf, httpd-dist and WebLogic console configuration tabs between the two environments, and everything seems to fit.  The only major difference between these two environments is on the 'work' VM we're running WebLogic as a standard user; and Apache on the machine with a strange behavior, WebLogic runs as root.  We have not noticed any problems with such a configuration in the past.

The delay between the request for page and page rendering is a little over 1 minute.  I turned on SSL debugging extended and looked through the newspaper, and I see the same delay when requesting.  An excerpt from my weblogic - server.log follows.  I don't know if the exception I see below is normal or not; I checked, and I see the same exception on our 'VM work' so I guess that this is probably not the culprit.

    My httpd.conf contains:

    < IfModule mod_weblogic.c >

    WebLogicHost my_host

    WebLogicPort 7004

    Proxysecurise WE

    ConnectTimeoutSecs 20

    WLSSLWallet/appl/apache/certs/my_host-oracle-wallet

    DebugConfigInfo WE

    WLProxySSL WE

    < / IfModule >

Thanks in advance - any help would be greatly appreciated!

Note that the ' javax.net.ssl.SSLPeerUnverifiedException: peer not authenticated ", could indicate the Java has problems with the validation of the certificate.

VeriSign must be present in the Virtual Machine cacerts keystore Java. What you can do is download the certificate using openssl, for example.

    ECHO | OpenSSL s_client-connect ${HOST}: ${PORT} 2 > & 1 | SED - don't ' / BEGIN-CERTIFICATE - /, / END CERTIFICATE-/ p'

and then manually import it into the cacerts file, for example (extracts of Middleware: secure the WebLogic Server)

    keytool-import - alias some_alias-file some_certificate.pem - keystore ${JRE_HOME} / lib/security/cacerts

The slow response may occur, in the sense that Java uses a random generator to slow (OS). Also in the ${JRE_HOME} / lib/security/directory there is a file called java.security. In this file the following line is present

    SecureRandom.Source=file:/dev/urandom

On a Linux system, this must change for

    SecureRandom.Source=file:/dev/./urandom

Now, it will recognize as a file and start actually using it, instead of falling back into the slow random file.

  • I lost the license for Photoshop and After Effects when updating to CC, 2015

When I updated all of my applications to 2015 CC, I lost the license for Photoshop and After Effects. All my other apps are not affected. I tried following the instructions here: Creative Cloud applications unexpectedly back in the test mode. CS6, CCM but it still says that there is no license associated with my account.  I'm running OS X version 10.9.5 and I version the full creative cloud student. What else could I do to retrieve my apps? Thank you.

  • CC of Photoshop is dramatically slow when drawing or resizing.

    Hello everyone.

Please help me find a bottleneck:

    OS: Windows 7 x 64 professional

CC of Photoshop, not in 2014.

    Hardware configuration:

    Motherboard - Asus P8Z77 - V LX LGA

    CPU - Intel Core i7 2700 K + Zalman CNPS10X EXTREME

    Video card-Asus GTX660 - DC2OCPH - 2GD5, 2GB GDDR5

    RAM: 2x8Gb HYNIX Original DDR3 1600, DIMM + 2x8Gb Kingston KVR16N11/8 1600 DDR3, DIMM

    HARD DRIVE:

4xSeagate Barracuda ST2000DM001 - 2 TB - RAID 5 - for the storage of data, the OS TEMP directory.

1xWestern Digital 500 GB - for the Photoshop, 300 GB of free file.

1xWestern Digital 2 TB other stuff + OS page leader. 1.2 to free.

SSD: OCZ Agility 3, 90 GB - OS + installed Photoshop. 30 GB free

    PSU: HIPRO HPP600W-80Plus

    Tablet: Wacom Intuos Pro M.

    Photoshop preferences:

    History - 15 levels

    Cache level - 8

Tile size - 1024 KB cache

    Photoshop allows 70% of memory.

The GPU acceleration - tried both 'off' and 'base '.

Previews of layers are on the "Minimum".

My use main photoshop is in editing photos - 5760 x 3840 pixels.

When I create a document with 5760 x 3840 pixels and add several layers of editing, curves, masks and so now I try to resize the image. Photoshop starts lagging. The same effect occurs when I create a mask with a simple brush. As an example - I draw a line of 1 cm on my tablet, and then the PS did the same thing with a delay of 10 seconds.

Any help would be appreciated. I have not had any problems even with CS6.

    1. you probably have a specific problem with the drivers causing your tablets very inefficient operations.  I would look for in getting starting with the new Wacom drivers.  Focus first on why your powerful system works poorly with the tablet.  Determine if a mouse works better than the Tablet, to make sure that you have isolated the problem.

Then, after working this possibility, if performance is always annoying for you...

    2. I would say that, assuming you have the budget, relegate you ALL hard disks of your spinning for backup or low access of readers of storage.  Do ANYTHING with them for normal use, everyday.  See point 3 below for that.

    3. get 2 TB of storage in the form of four 512 GB SSD SSD, put them in a RAID 0 array - not RAID 5.  Make sure the C: drive and install Windows, applications, your work, scratch data, swap, etc.  Don't worry about reliability - get vouchers, pro models.  They have high MTBF, and even with 4 SSD will not take you nearly as great a chance of failure as with a single HARD disk.  Re-evaluate if the RAID controller you are using is a good match for high-speed SSD storage and get a good one if not.

4 create a full backup regime.  That sounds a little scary, but it really boils down to set up your system to system backups of system image steady on your storage space of HARD drive (or USB in offline mode).  RAID 5 is wasting resources on a permanent basis in anticipation of failure.  Backup prepares you for any eventuality, and RAID 0 uses effectively resources - especially of the SSD.

    5. you have 32 GB of RAM, which is enough, but make sure you have done all that is necessary to ensure that your system maximizes efficiency by accessing this RAM.  I'm not familiar with what ASUS motherboard, so I don't know what he can do, but sometimes you can dig and find info on optimal configurations where when good things match, the system will switch in a higher mode with more channels, etc..  I know that my workstation is special when things RAM all matches.

Personally, I did everything above, save for the diagnosis of the tablet that I don't have a tablet.  There is NOTHING that will awaken a system - every aspect - as have an IO subsystem high flow.  You'll wonder how you ever could resist using hard drives.

  • Vista - extremely slow installation updates

I decided to do a clean update with Vista and using the update feature so I understand not properly installed.  The problem is that I'm downloading and installing updates for more than 16 hours today and I'm not even up to Service Pack 2.  I missing something here or is there something wrong with MicroSoft fundementally?  2 hours is too long!  Much less than 16 hours.  I have a cable internet connection and a quad-processor, so I know that's not the equipment.   How can these people have a job when there are so many people unemployed?  If I'm supposed to do the update of the tasks otherwise, why me I didn't.  This is really unacceptable.  What's the matter with you people?

  • X220T EXTREMELY slow when you run OS USB Drive

    Hello world

I searched high and low on this site and many others trying to understand what could be the problem without success. I am owner of a multitouch i7 8 GB X220t with the stock 250 GB hard drive. I've only had the 250 GB because I had planned to upgrade it, but then wouldn't spend the price exorbant for a drive of 7mm at the time of the purchase he treats so any type of. in any case, my unexpectedly crashed the other day, complete HARD drive clicking noise, not light with an external USB Sata or anything, I'm currently in St. Kitts (teaching of medical students) so I have a little wait until I can a new (600 GB Intel SSD!) so I tried to run ubuntu on a USB (I have a 32 and 64 GB once are supposed to be 'super speed' or something else transcend the) brand).

Here's the weird part, when I run from the installation disc, using live cd, everything works super fast, MUCH faster than putting out the HARD drive and I thought that was becase the disc sports a (and I compared the other day) read and write speed 130mbps 150mbps. But now, whenever I have to install the OS on a disk (partition ext2 not logged or hell I even tried Fat32) the BONE becomes unbearably slow, gel for even the more meanial such as logon or typing or anything like that.

Does anyone have AN idea why this happens? Is there a driver? or Bios problem?

I want to save more than 8 GB of memory persistent on my 32 GB stick, and I have this situation for the next month, so please, any help is appreciated.

Running an operating system on a USB stick is really slow because the USB ports are not very effective to transfer data.

Now, if you had an ExpressCard with USB 3.0 ports and a USB 3.0 drive, you might be able to keep up reasonably well. I have not tested it myself, but the difference in the execution of a backup of my external SATA 3, 3 USB, HARD drive is incredibly fast compared to use it via the USB 2.0 connection.

This could be worth in the future, considering you can get a USB 3.0 expresscard shell, disk HARD SATA 3 and 54mm, for cheap, close but not also have the security of the backup feature of cloned drive and rigour, the ability to run your entire operating system off the external drive.

I forget exactly what I paid for that Setup, but I think the 750 GB SATA 3 was about $ 80, the expresscard (with two USB 3.0 ports) was about $ 40 and the sata 3 capable external tank designed for USB 3.0 and disk of the laptop was about $35. The external hard drive it's thinner than a pack of cigarettes and only marginally more wide/plus. The weight is also surprisingly little.

Anyway, that might not help much now, but it would be a convenient emergency backup in the future, and it is fairly simple to put up with some software like Acronis offers.

  • Windows extremely slow 8 update

Blue screen with 2 Installation of 23... poster for ever.

The last time this happened I waited all night and everything was done.

Then I found a solution that solved this recurring problem, but he's back and I can't find where I filed my notes (old age)

Thanks for any help you can give.

    Hello

    Thanks for the reply.

See the steps in the following link and check.

Windows Update crashes when installing updates in Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista.

Important: System Restore will return all system files not as documents, email, music, etc., to a previous state. These files of types are completely affected by the restoration of the system. If it was your intention with this tool to recover a deleted file to non-system, try using a file instead of system restore recovery program.

Note: Applications that you have installed Web sites and DVD is deleted. The applications provided with your PC and applications that you have installed in the Windows store will be resettled. Windows puts a list of apps removed on your desktop after you refresh your PC.

  • Imports are extremely SLOW after update to 2015.3

I am experiencing gruelingly slow imports, several minutes to 1 clip that, before the update was almost instantaneous. I produce a weekly and have a very solid workflow that is identical to each week. The only thing that has changed is the version of the first everything is technically identical to before including the clip length give or take a few seconds, format, codec ect. If I try to interact with the import dialog box, as in the move, it says "not responding" but will finally complete the import.

There are a couple of new options... or of differences in the application of the old options... that can cause such things.

Most probably one is "Enable accelerated H.264 encoding"... which seems to slow almost everyone... found here and as shown, I suggest to disable (uncheck) this option:

  • Virtual machines, run extremely slow when the console is consulted 2 virtual machines Windows Server 2008 64-bit, Windows Server 2003 32-bit, 2 VMWare for virtual machine

I'm in a difficult situtaition here.  I am the daily contact with a new client.  My linux guy, who is also my boss who is very busy, asked me to do some research trying to find answers for what's not on this server. We have a dual Quad Core 2.5 Ghz Lenovo server with 10 GB of ram.  2 500 GB hard drives are Raid 1.  We run Virtual Server VMWare 2 on a Debian with Gnome installation as a user interface for the side of things Linux.  Grub is the boot loader. There are two virtual machines running on the server.  The one machine that serves as a domain controller is a Windows SBS 2008 Server 64 bit, and the secondary machine has no responsibility domain.  The second machine is a Windows Server 2003 32-bit.  the 10 GB of ram 6 GB is allocated to the SBS server and 4 GB to the 2003 server.

The problem I am running into is that everything is so slow, especially if I connect remotely to do any sort of administration on the network.  Some examples of issues I've noticed is that as soon as I log on the server via Remote Desktop SBS console management Windows Server spike to 80-95% CPU usage and it will not stop unless I close the management console.  Another instance is that if I open Backup Exec 12.5 on the SBS server it will kill the speed of the processor as well.  Long story short, there are a lot of machine to do what we need to do, but something is not configured right and non of us know what it is.  Another point to note is that the server has been in production for about 3 weeks, and the server seemed to have locked up just twice.  My professional guess is that over time, some chose thing is eating causing the crash of the memory.

Sorry I do not have much technical insight on this topic, but this is the best I have to offer.  Any questions you all have, I'll ask my people and see if I can answer, but I could really use your help here.

    Thank you in advance,

    Heath

    2 things:

1 you really need hard drives more than 2 in a RAID 1 for proper performance under load. More disks the better. Although I don't think that's what your problem is, he'll probably be the problem Next you will do.

    2. I don't know exactly where the configuration file is on your box of Debian for VMware Server, but you should consider adding the following options in the configuration file (on windows, it's the vmware 'config.ini'):

    prefvmx.minVmMemPct = "100".

    MemTrimRate = 0

    sched.mem.pshare.Enable = "FALSE".

    mainMem.useNamedFile = "FALSE".

If you do some research, you can read about what these options (the largest is the memory page sharing - it should only be left on if you have a bunch of similar virtual machines running on the same box, that you don't have.) I honestly know why this is on by default, he kills the CPU when virtual machines are running different operating systems). These are the options that I now use standard in VMware Server deployments, with huge performance increases after you have added the. Just give a try.

Edit: Also make sure that you have installed in your virtual machines VMware tools.

  • Mac incredibly slow after update of El Capitan

    Hello world

    I own a Macbook that I bought in 2013.

    Data sheet:

    13 "medio 2012

Processor: 2.5 Ghz Intel core i5

    Memory: 4 GB 1600 Mhz DDR3

Four days ago, that I've updated my system to El Capitan v10.11.6. At first, he seemed to be well-developed, but after about 12 hours, it started to become really slow - and I don't speak incredibly slow. Almost all of the clicks or typing a letter takes forever.

I downloaded a free version of CleanMyMac, and it shows that I have to constantly only between 50 and 300 MB of RAM free. I also read that you should let Spotlight indexes all yout files, but it maintains at the end and starting over.

I have about 90 of my 499 GB hard drive on the left.

    Any ideas or solutions?

    Two suggestions:

Dump to clean my mac it's crapware.

Run EtreCheck and report results here - often your problems are caused by incompatible third-party software and someone here might be able to spot it.
