My PIX515 material is broken? Possible problem DRAM? perplexed...

I upgraded a 515 of pix601.bin to pix633.bin and then put on pdm - 301.bin for good measure...

the two images have gone on well. then I rebooted it ;)

I found myself in a reboot loop. ;(

I then went through the monitor mode to try with pix631.bin and pix634.bin both had exactly the same problem... last week, I have upgraded 2 x 515 to pix633.bin without any problem exactly the same way...

Good troubleshooting and I like the idea of testing the erasedisk.bin file. Send me an email to [email protected] / * / and I will reply with the file you need. Regarding the activation key, which should not be a problem. Just send [email protected] / * / the serial number of your device and explain your situation. They can dig to the top of the key for activation based on the serial number provided.

    1. are you able to boot to the desktop?

    If you are able to boot to the desktop, run the antivirus scan and then run the System File Checker.

    Step 1: First we will analyze the system for infections using the Microsoft Security Scanner which can be downloaded from the link below:

    Step 2: Use the (SFC.exe) System File Checker tool to determine which file is causing the problem and then replace the file. To do this, follow these steps:

Because hp would not put this issue on the recall list customers are left with broken laptops.     On tests of hardware failures often alleged swapping parts by parts checked. If you can not do the test yourself and/or are uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad). If possible, have all your data backed up before taking the machine into a shop.

  • "You must be logged in as an administrator to install this program" error when I AM logged on as administrator. possible problem with TrustedInstaller security

    I am logged in as administrator on the single computer.  I try to install Net Nanny, which claims to be compatible Windows 7.
    The first time I tried to install it I got the error, simply, 'access denied '.  After several attempts with the same error, I rebooted in Mode safe mode with network and then got the error that the Windows Installer Service is not accessible.  After some research, I discovered that Windows Installer is not available in safe mode.
    So I booted in Normal mode.  Logged as administrator.  Tried to click with the right button on the installer downloaded for Net Nanny and ran as administrator, the connection of the administrator.  Now I get the error, "You must be logged in as administrator to install this program."  I am.
    I closed all firewalls, anti-virus software AND turn off the UAC.  I checked the compatibility AND security for the download tab and it is configured to run as administrator and I tried to run in several modes of compatibility.  I still don't "You must be logged in as administrator to install this program."  No matter what I try, I still get this error.
    I used the command prompt, type msiexec.exe / unregister, and then msiexec/regserver.  No new results.  Still the same error.

    I called Net Nanny press SEVERAL times and they will know that this is a Windows problem, because this is the first time that they already got this error.  They had me to download another file on a mirror site.  Not always the same error.  People what I'm doing wrong?  I was able to successfully install other software.  Thanks for any help!

    UPDATE * I am researching always this.  This would be a TrustedInstaller security problem?  If this is the case, is it possible to fix the TrustedInstaller or turn it off?  The big question, is that I want to turn it off?  My first thought is 'no '.  However, this software is listed on the Microsoft site as being compatible with Windows 7.  Therefore, an application that is 3rd party that is accepted by Microsoft.  Wow, I'm confused.  Don't know what to do here.

    A test, I temporarily disable user account control and then see if you can install Net Nanny. If so, we know that UAC is what is causing the problem with the installation.

    1. access control panel user to the Start Menu-> Control Panel-> user accounts and of security for the family-> user account

    2. click on the settings of the user account controll link.

    3. move the slider to never notify

    4. click OK for the changes to take effect

    5 reset.

    Once you have correctly installed the Net Nanny, then back to the control panel and reactivate the UAC.

  • EXTREME slowing windows 7 professional 64-bit response time, possibly problem driver network adapter? Help, please!

    I have Windows 7 Professional 64 bit installed on a computer, I built

    Data sheet:
    Processor Intel i5 750 (stock clocked & stock cooler)
    Card mother Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3P
    G. Skill Rip jaw DDR3 1333 RAM (standard timings)
    Western Digital 640 GB SATA HD
    Card EVGA 8800 GS SC Video
    Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE sound card

    Samsung SATA DVD writer

    My problem is, after I started and had my computer running for a significant amount of time (30 minutes to an hour), I loose full internet connectivity and the response time for any action I'm trying of the preform is from 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

    This problem occurs almost every time my computer is started for a significant amount of time, and it's extremely annoying.

    First Firefox, Google chrome, or internet Explorer stops receivers internet connectivity (because it is not sailing to any web page) but still related reports.

    (during this time and on my computer don't report any anomaly, IE CPU utilization / ram uses / temperature are amounts all acceptable)

    I usually try to close my browser (s) web, but its reports "not responding" and I cannot close or even end the process or the process tree, so it runs as a process. From there a program or a click I do I try to run either doesn't work or takes 30 seconds to 5 minutes to register if they register at all.

    Programs I all ready have running continue to run, IE Vuze, WindowsMP, Zune software, openoffice. But once that I close them I can't reopen.

    Any program I try to open starts a process in the Task Manager but it not to start a program or actually run, and I can't used to finish the tasks that do not work properly.

    If I try to shut down windows, it takes a minute or so to begin to disconnect, then he sits on the "logging" off the screen until I use the power switch to kill the system.

    I suspect that it may be a problem from my network card driver (Controller Realtek PCIe GBE Family, latest version downloaded directly from the Gigabyte website for my motherboard) because the question almost always starts when my internet stops working. However, this may be 2 combined numbers.

    I had this problem and I thought it was because of an installation of bad windows 7 so I erased the hard drive and did a complete new installation, but the problem is back!

    I changed my routers settings to give me a fixed IP address to dismiss questions here. All the other computers in my House have access the internet without interruption during my problems. And no other computer in my house has similar problems.

    I reinstalled the network once drivers without success.

    I would like to address the downturn extreme Windows 7 after half an hour or so if possible because I have other NICs lying there if the problem comes from the network card.

    OK, so I think that the slow issue is resolved now. I blame intel speedstep, while part of my problem is fixed.

    Internet connection problems still remain.

    I ran my computer in safe mode with network for about 2 hours. When I booted in safe mode, everything was fine, internet connetion worked on download and upload at full power. I let it sit for an hour or two in safe mode and I came back and there is no internet again, as usual. All my browsers (internet explorer, my main browser firefox and chrome) refuse to function / load anything and their work will not end in the Task Manager. The device says it all works and it (network adapter) said I have a connection, but I am squatting me on my browsers or any other uses of the Internet. This test will run on a network interface card that I installed, with drivers. I did him wrong with shooting my motherboard cable network and its software driver port. This new card gives the same result, so I think now I know that this issue has nothing to do with my physical port or its drivers.

    The only things I can think that it either now are either:
    my router
    However, all the other computers in my house (3 of them, 1 win XP), 1 Win 7 64 bit pro, 1 Ubuntu and my Xbox 360 not having this problem and works perfectly

    or

    Something inside windows 7 that control the browsers or manages connections,
    I think it's most likely due to the fact that my browsers have problems in the Task Manager / they do not work properly

    Hello. I am preparing for a project and I'll use the media queary in DW to make a nicer site through multiple devices.

    In my mind I'll be on a potential problem when using video. Is there a way for each different css recognize another video file, or possibly be able to embed a youtube video in each different css file?

    This poped in my head because it wouldn't be good to have a video of type large playing in my phone.css and it would be strange to have a small video size playing in my desktop.css.

    Does anyone have any ideas on how I could provide the same video in my 3 different css files without having to be stuck to a single video size?

    Hi all!

    First of all, please forgive my ignorance! I only worked with databases slightly over the past two years and so far only with MySQL and MS SQL.

    Recently, the company I work for bought a new Oracle requiring package. We bought a copy of Oracle 10.2 in the case and the company who resell it to us and set up for us, we have been denied access to the database on our server, dev because it would expose their underlying data schema. I wasn't in the change when the decision was made and we have spent money on a paralyzed copy of Oracle, but it's in the past.

    Because we have not dev access to Oracle, we are unable to create a database of training for this new software in the home. We pay this company to create a test environment for us. I was told that it would cost $500, until technology has said it will install Oracle on the server of our training.

    At this point, I stopped him and said $ 500, they'll be violating their license agreement, or by giving us a free copy! The other possibility is that they were going to install this and then just this law we for Oracle, despite citing the work at $500.

    It is certainly possible to create a second instance of the database on the same server as your production system. We have several servers with multiple instances. If you follow this path, there are a few things that you should keep in mind.

    Every Oracle instance must have little memory assigned from the RAM server to host the CMS, PGA and other process oracle. Each instance must have sufficient disk space to accommodate files data temporary tablespace, rollback segments etc. Depending on how you plan to implement your training environment, this could potentially be equal to your production environment memory requirements and the disc. If you plan to have a smaller subset of data for purposes of training, then you could probably get with much less than your environment of production.

    Another possibility would be to create another schema in the database of existing production to use for training purposes. While this would need less additional memory and space drive that uttering a completely separate database, it could have an impact on your production system, since the training environment would be sharing resources with the production.

    None of these scenarios would need additional licenses to Oracle (assuming that you have either licensed CPU, or that production and training combined have fewer users you have named user licenses).

    Never heard of that
    BIOS update is a delicate process and the laptop could die if the procedure fails, but never heard of network problems

    But I'm not quite sure if the BIOS update would help you to get the battery work m.
    From my experience has nothing to do with the version of the BIOS
    The battery has worked in the past?

    If Yes, then I would say; the problem is with the battery or motherboard problem
    Eventually it s a battery issue because the battery seems to be very old
    So, in my opinion, you should try to replace the battery.

    What to say? If you can not find out why freeze the problem occurs, try to preinstall the operating system with recovery DVDs delivered.

    In any case, from your description, I'm afraid there is a serious problem with HARD drive and it can be simply worse then now. Please be sure that your data is backed up.

    Please contact service again and explain the situation. If the HARD drive is faulty, you will get a new, and if they have the HARD drive on stock, it can be replaced very quickly. G30 is lovely and I hope that you will be satisfied. A few days ago my friend visited me and we have tested his G30 with HD-DVD player on my LCD TV. I can tell you one thing: I am really impressed with the HD picture quality.

    So I got the Dock drive from Verizon a few days ago and when I connect it phone randomly takes a song from my library "play music" and starts playing - I then have to get in and out of the app for him to stop

  • possible problem with update dry?

    Yesterday I downloaded updates v 9.0.2 2015 005 security update and Safari on my laptop OSX Yosemite (v10.10.5), and now, iTunes won't play of the TV shows that I bought and downloaded in my library.  Any purchased music will play well.  This seems to affect only my videos.  Maybe this related to updates?  If so, how can I fix it?  All videos were playing yesterday while I downloaded updates.

    I have the same problem.  On the phone with Apple support now.   Given that 5 others have the same issue, looks like it's true.

    There is no way to know for sure, but the new 15t has a design to hinge significantly different than those that have caused so many problems. I'm too familiar with the faulty hinge issue and after watching the new design, I'd say it's a better. Hope that helps... and I hope even more that I'm not steering you wrong.
