My printer isn't inttall Solution Center on Win 7

I have a HP Officejet 6500 a Plus e-All-in-One - E710n

I have improved my my XP to Win 7 Pro 64-bit system.  I installed the programs and a few times he has not installed the full program, but as the base. Now, after several tries, I have what seems to be a comprehensive program, but I don't have the solution center as I had with XP.

Solution Center had all the icons inside and I could do it, but now I don't have him?

Don

Hello sgtdsb,

I read your post and thought I would offer help.

The HP Officejet 6500 a software more HP Solution Center will not install on Windows 7, it is now called HP Printer Wizard with the v28.8 software available for this printer.

The Printer Wizard will give you the same options such as scanning, maintenance tasks, print settings, etc. but with a many other State.

You can access the Printer Wizard two ways; First, double-click the icon on your desktop (should look like your printer). Then, click Start> all programs> HP> Officejet 6500 has more(folder) > Officejet 6500 has more(icon).

Once opened, the Printer Wizard should look like this:

I hope that this response has contributed to your post on the Solution Center

  • HP Deskjet 4500 G510a Officejet - printer unplug the HP Solution Center screen

    Hello

I have a HP Deskjet 4500 G510a Officejet and I am running Windows XP 7.  Just recently when I press print, a FACSIMILE screen from the HP Solution Center and I can not print from this screen either.  I set up the FAX Solution Center and it's works well but I don't know how to solve the problem that I am having with my printer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry you have a problem with the printer and the solution Center.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the software and drivers.

It seems that communication has become a problem between the computer and the printer.

Let me know if it helps.

  • How can I add my 6520 printer to the HP Solution Center

Just bought a new HP 6520 and trying to add to the HP Solution Center - can not find "add a printer".

Also, can I use the photo for plug tray?   It is not allowing me to do.

    Thank you!

    Hi lindapoli,

You can try to download and install the HP Officejet software 6700 to get OCR installed on your computer. This is the same version as the Photosmart 6520. It may work or it may not with the Photosmart.

HP Officejet 6700 Premium HP Officejet Full Feature software and driver.

If this does not work, you can go to the I.R.I.S. website and buy it. Or there are free downloads, also at Download.com (I don't know if these are trial versions).

Good luck with that, I would like to know how it goes.

    Thank you

  • How are added to the HP printer OfficeJet Pro 8600 solution Center

I found the controls of Scan and can see the pages as they are scanned, but I can't reorganize (rearrainge) pages. I like this feature in the HP Solutions Center. Add the new printer? I am currently using a 4500.

    Hello

The HP Officejet Pro 8600 provided with different software and not with the HP Solution Center.

The printer cannot be used with the Solution Center but only with applications Wizard HP printer and scanner HP that came with your device.

  • HP solution center v13 Win 7 Setup error

    Hello

I have a Deskjet d2360 and I lost the installation CD. I tried to install the driver from the hp site v13 for my windows 7 but I can't install it, almost at the end, it gives an error! I tried several times...

Someone can give me a link to a v12 of older HP solution Center (or more) for windows 7 so I can try to install?

    Thank you.

WOW! After MANY trials MANY MANY, I managed to install the SOLUTIONS CENTRE successfully!

    Here's what I did:

I ran the unsintaller of level 4.

I noticed in the Windows event log (Event Viewer on Type 'Run... ("and goto Windwos Logs-> Applications) an Installer error: could not access network location % APPDATA%\?  and I added the variable %APPDATA%\microsoft\windows\sendto like this: http://forums.techguy.org/7785747-post35.html

Then I started regedit.exe and deleted all traces of printer HP. I used to find them and sought a "HP\'"\HP"and most importantly"Hewlett-Packard"and deleted the keys (and parent keyes) if they were related to the printer.

Then I installed normally, and it worked. After 3 days of trying I finally managed to install the software... beautiful HP programming.

  • HP C4480 All in One Printer: HP for Windows 10 Solution Center

    Hello

I have upgraded from Windows Vista to Windows 10 and was previously dependent on the "Solution Center" for my scan. Is there a software to load the solution on a Windows 10 laptop Center

    Hello

Connect the printer to your laptop and follow the tool below:

    http://ftp.HP.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL50403/MP-150580-2/hppiw.exe

It will identify and download the latest version of the Full Feature HP software for your printer, including the HP Solution Center.

Note: don't forget to run "Check for updates" and make sure that KB3133431 is installed, it solves a problem that affects the HP Solution Center and prevents the launch of the software.

    Kind regards

  • new printer solution Center

I use the Solution Center to analyze.  I just installed a new printer, a 6700 and solution center not to see.  How can I tell the solution center there?  How can I get rid of my old printer?

    Thank you

Although Lion99 is correct, it is also more information that can be shared with you. First, you'll want to remove any old software you have for the HP prtevious printers you no longer use. So if you have not installed the software of full adjustment, follow the link below for this driver package:

    http://goo.GL/ioY81

Instead of the Solution Center icon, this will install an icon on your desktop that resembles the 6700 bonus and you will be able to access many of the same characteristics of SC in this program. I hope this information is useful for you!

    Have a great day!

  • Is it possible to install print drivers only more HP Solution center?

I have a HP PSC 1510v AIO printer.  I just reinstalled Windows XP Pro, and I would like to install the software.  However, I don't want all the other software installed, only the printer drivers and the HP Solution Center.  I have downloaded drivers from the HP website, but does not only of the HP SC.

Can someone tell me if this is possible and if so, how get the HP SC software?

Still no. - GB.  Here's what I did:

1 - Uninstall all HP software (I only have the printer HP 1510)

    2 reboot

    3. run 4 batch files that remove the HP stuff.

    4 reboot

5 - run regedit and delete the HP references all known.  Some I was not sure, so I left those alone.

    6. run CCleaner and the portion of registry cleaner.

    7 reboot

8 reinstall the software using the CD with the software.

What I'm left with is the printer is working and Solution Center will begin, but it says "no device found".  From there, if I try to install the printer, it crashes the computer when installing the software is looking for the printer.  I left this run for 60 minutes, so I leave enough time to settle.  BTW, to step #8 above, the installation repository directory shows that I specified in the first install I have done, so all the uninstallling I don't becomes less.

    I'm stuck!  Any ideas?

  • HP Solution Center: Solution Center does not open

Recently upgraded to W7 to W10.  After many questions, I go back to W7.  Because I started having some "windows install can not find the MSI file" I uninstalled my HP printer and deleted files.  I then reinstalled the printer (C4280 so this is important) and all software.  The printer works fine but Solution Center no longer opens.  When I try to run it, the "Welcome" screen appears for about a second, then it disappears and the program does not start.  I uninstalled and reinstalled several times without success.  (It worked fine before the aborted W10 upgrade.)  I wonder if an important file (or files) is missing that the Setup program does not replace?  In any case I hope someone can help me to get the program running again!

  • Communication of printers HP Solution Center, Port 427 problems

I installed the HP Solution Center in the installation process it finds my printer on the network.  I can call the pritner using internet explore and type the IP address of the printer, I can print it, but HP Solution Center can 'communicate' I get the following error message:

"Your computer is unable to communicate with your printer to 192.168.1.102. This can be the result of firewall software. If you use a software firewall, make sure that the 427 UDP port is unlocked for the inbound and outbound traffic.

, The software cannot communicate with your printer address IP 192.168.1.102. This can be caused by many factors; the most common is the firewall software. »

How to open port 427 or is there another solution?

I had the same problem. I went to add devices and added the HP Officejet 6500 and it started to print. For some reason any computer would not communicate with the printer until it was added. I hope it works for you.
