My program of PSE 8 for RAW images is no longer useful?

My RAW images are ghost-white with some of the projection of the image (JPEG is good).  Camera is not to blame and the RAW images are good in Nikon ViewNX 2. When I started to shoot in JPEG/RAW a few months ago, I had a series of RAW images that looked a little like the JPEG, and then they started having a dark look.  Thought it was normal (new PSE 8 and RAW).  A couple of weeks, RAW images went the other way - like ghost.  My cursor is sometimes nervous when I select a photo.

I uninstalled PSE 8 and reinstalled in the hope that would be the solution.  Not the case.  I might download the free trial version of PES 9 and see if the same thing happens.

My program is bad? Help appreciated.

Looks like you have inadvertently defined some unexpected values default to the sliders in Camera RAW.

The default values for cursors of toning from Adobe are:

JPG: balance white - As Shot, Basic toning sliders all zeros.

RAW: White - As Shot, toning base sliders zeros, except black + 5, + 50, + 25 contrast brightness balance.

To reset the Camera RAW defaults for these parameters by default, just above the area of the White Balance, you will see the Word Basic and there is a small icon to the right of that 'list' with a small arrow in the lower right corner.  Click on that and choose Reset Camera RAW default to put things back to the factory settings.

whenever I try to download or preview and the image, I gives me the message "licensing for this image are no longer available" Why am I doing this?

He was going on with all the images. Using chrome, I disconnected and then reconnected and still had the same problem. I have signed in using firefox and had no problem. I bought 3 images of the last week with the help of chrome and downloaded successfully, the problem seems to happen after that. Right now I use firefox for preview images, I can't use chrome. I have not yet tried to make an additional purchase.

  • Images tell - licensing for this image are no longer available.

I tried to add 30 + images to my cart and each of them says: "Licensing for this image are no longer available.". Even when trying to download the comps it is said that. I'm just lucky in the images I choose, or I'm completely unable to buy images?

How do you add 30 + images to your shopping cart. No matter how, I add them or from which page (search screen, the image page, etc.). But for example, if I click on the icon for a shopping cart to an image search, a drop-down list box appears:

    • Purchase & save to the desktop

When I click on anything whatsoever (the basket icon, the buy button license, the drop-down menu 'my library' the drop 'desktop'... Is not serious... ALL results in the same error message on the license is no longer available.

Are you on Windows or Mac? Windows

What browser and version were you using it? Chrome Version 44.0.2403.125 m

Could you also test in a few different browsers and see if you get the same result for one of them? I don't have chrome and FF. You're right, it works in FF. At least, which reduces the debate down to something in my chrome... Unfortunately, I already bought the pictures elsewhere.

  • Change how ACR interprets color space for raw images

When you browse the raw (CR2) photos with the OS X finder, I love the way color is represented, it corresponds very closely to the camera in preview. However, Bridge/ACR/Lr all interpret the color space of files differently good raw, and I wonder if there is a way to put these programs according how OS X finder restores raw images.

Color space isn't the issue.  I think what you see with OS X finder is the embedded jpg file has been generated by the camera and saved in the RAW file for viewing, and it should look identical to the jpg of the camera.  The adobes in Camera RAW and Lightroom RAW converter uses the Adobe Standard profile of the camera as the default profile to the camera to generate an RGB from the RAW data image and you can save the image as a jpg, tif, etc. with any colorspace you select (sRGB, ProPhoto RGB, etc.).

Adobe has generated camera profiles for Canon, Nikon and a few other cameras that are a good match for the profiles used by the camera to generate an RGB image.  You will find them on the camera Calibration tab (as suggested in the post above) and they have names like camera XXXXX, XXXXX is the same name as that used in the camera.  Select one with the same name XXXXX that you selected in the camera and you should get a much better game.  You can also change the default profile to the camera at one of them, as suggested in the post above, and then the RAW image will open the first time using this profile instead of the Adobe Standard profile.  If you always use the same profile in the camera, this will solve your problem.  If you use different profiles of the camera in the camera photo then you will need to manually change in Camera RAW and Lightroom to one corresponding used in the camera because the RAW converter does not read what profile you selected in the camera.

  • Need help with date EXIF for raw images

I have a little more than 100 images (taken by 2nd shooter) EXIF (JPEG and raw) who have the wrong date.  They were taken with a 2nd camera which was extinguished by + 15hrs min 57.

There are many programs that will easily edit the EXIF date/time on JPEGs, but they do not work with raw images.

I read that Lightroom can compensate for incorrect dates on import, but after searching, I can't find any information on how to do it.  Can someone please?

In library view, go to the section metadata/change the Capture time. You can pass the time by a number of hours, that would get you some 3 minutes anyway. Under Publishing/catalogue of the parameters in the metadata tab, you can choose to write the date and time changes raw int (check box below) files.

  • PSE 8 - Camera Raw plugin is no longer loading

I hope that someone has faced a similar problem and help put me in the clear.  The way I was usually process my RAW files (.) CR2 a 60 d) is to open in the Organizer (adding to the Organizer, highlighting, then right-clicking and clicking on 'Edit with Photoshop Elements').  Usually, this load in Camera Raw Viewer, which allows me to make quick changes to the White Balance, exposure, etc..  Today, I tried to do as I always do, and instead of throwing the viewer Camera Raw, it was simply opening PSE 8 and open each image in subwindows.  Not funny when I'm 50 + photos at a time.

Any help is appreciated!  I wonder if a setting has been changed is to say things simply open the files as used instead of RAW files.

The resolution of the screen is the problem. I think that camera raw needs a minimum screen

resolution of 1024 x 768 to display the dialog box.

  • Hello. How to add a static URL for flickr images on a website using dreamweaver?

I am designing a Web site and the customer has a large number of photos that could make its Web site to be slow or chow data so I want to upload photos to Flickr, and then point to them in the HTML using DW CS5.

How do my DW as HTML5 Data Binding Adobe Extensions?

If you have a look at Accufire - Broadacre firelighters - Images of Flickr, you will see that I did exactly this, Flickr to download the images, then loads automatically on the web page. I used http://www.dmxzone.com/go/21863/html5-data-bindings/, a free Dreamweaver extension. Be sure to first install http://www.dmxzone.com/go/22670/dmxzone-extension-manager-for-dreamweaver making it as easy as the installation of the extension of data bindings.

  • Each image gives me an error "license for this image is no longer available.

I have 10 downloads on the left for the month. I disconnected and folder in. I rebooted my browser and even tried a different browser. Each image I click 'add to Cart' causes a popup error that says that the license is no longer available.

Yes, every image... so it must be a problem of account (that my account is in good standing) or an internal problem.

    Someone else knows it?

  • I have a problem for editing raw images in CS6 Adobe Bridge camera

When I right click on a raw image in Bridge CS6 and choose "Open in raw" I get a slightly different edition format compared to when I double click on the same raw image.

Right click gives me the following settings options: temperature, tint, exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows, white, black, clarity, Vibrance and Saturation

Double click gives me a message "convert to the 2010 process.  When I click on that, I have the following setting options: temperature, tint, exposure, recovery, fill, black light, brightness, contrast, clarity, Vibrance, Saturation.

I prefer the adjustment tools provided with the right click option.  : However, after I do the image settings using this option and I click on "Open image", the image disappears and open Photoshop, but there is no picture.  I'm fairly certain that I used this option right-click before and after adjustment of the image and clicking on 'Open image' image appeared in Photoshop where I could make a further editing and/or save in JPEG.  But no more.  What is the problem?  I'm doing something wrong?

Thank you kindly in advance for your comments of support.

    Baker

You should not see this difference by double-clicking just by right clicking. What you mentioned by right clicking is the old Camera Raw and is no longer used. The new way is actually much better, even if it takes a bit to use to. I didn't like it at first, but now I find much better, there are a few problems with fixes that work much better with the new method. Normally you won't get the old method, if a file has been fixed with it. You can reset the image on the failure to have the new method to take effect.

  • Need to backup all programs and files without the System Image

    Hi all

Recently, I myself in a dilemma. I installed 4 additional disks with the intention of creating a RAID volume supported by the BIOS. To do this, I need to change the BIOS setting of the controller which includes all the volumes, including my boot drive (that I don't intend to RAID). The problem I have is that when I pass the UEFI to RAID controller, Windows Recovery will not use the System Image I did. He said that the volume was created under a different arrangement (Bios vs. EFI).

What are my options? Is there a different backup setting, which allows to keep all my installed software? I am not concerned with the data that I can copy it to an external volume, but it would take several days to get all of my software reinstalled. I would like to avoid this. I guess I'll have to reinstall Windows Pro 8.1 and then use a backup program to restore everything. If this is the case, then I need to know which backup program will work. If there is a better way, I would like to know. I see my options in the form, get another backup program, get a map of controller for the boot drive or the RAID volume or just reinstall.

    Thank you

  • Raw image converter CS6 also does support raw PowerShot G1X MKII images?

I recently bought a PowerShot G1X MKII and always work with raw images. I have CS5 that does not support raw images. Before moving to CS6, I wonder if anyone has any experience with the opening of raw images PowerShot G1X MKII using ACR in CS6.

I just checked the list supported camera published by Adobe. It indicates that there is a preliminary support for that camera in the latest version of Camera Raw. This version is not compatible with Photoshop CS5. But you could download the version 8.4 of the DNG Converter and convert raw files to DNG and use them with what you already have. You could buy Photoshop CS6 and install Camera Raw 8.4 and have supported for your camera, though preliminary support. But the new features that have been added to Camera Raw since the introduction of Photoshop CC will not be available. But since you do not have these features now probably, would not be serious. You could also add Lightroom to your workflow, regarding Photoshop CS5 if necessary.  Here is a link to the Adobe Web page that lists the camera support:

  • How to ignore the images are no longer available for licensing?

About 80% of the images I tried to examine are marked "Licensing for this image are no longer available." Is it possible to avoid wasting so much time clicking to select and clicking to accept that the image is not available? If there were one or two, I could live with it, but respond MOST of the images in this way, so it's a huge barrier looking for usable stock.

    Thank you

I recently bought a new camera from Sony a7 - ii.  the first time I tried to import raw images taken with it (with a. Suffix ARW) the program says "Preview not available for this file" and then "files are not recognized by the raw format support in Lightroom" I have the most updated version, I think as 5.7.  What should I do to get these files imported as raw files?

    Hi Bobsirkus,

The camera you have is compatible with the latest version of Lightroom, which is Lightroom 6/CC.

Please see the list of the camera supported by Lightroom: supported by Adobe Camera Raw devices

You can use the DNG Converter, converts images and then import them into DNG in Lightroom.
