  Welcome to the HP Forums! I read your post and wanted to help.

  I understand that the screen becomes pink during use. You can try to connect an external monitor to the laptop, wait to see if it turns pink. If it's not pink, it could be a bad cable in the laptop needs to be replaced. If the external monitor becomes too pink, it could be that the video card is bad. You can also try to update the graphics driver and chipset before testing the material.

  I have a secondary opinion for the design that is portable, so I'm not chained to my desk! Also I can draw directly on the screen.

  A type Surface Pro, a machine that has the support of the pen. As far as I know no Apple Macbook have a touch screen and stylus support. Photoshop does not work on iPad.

  If you want to know whether it pays to pay Apple to fix it, the answer is that such a remedy will be almost certainly economically unjustified. I suggest Flex things up, so that you can continue to use it.

  The HDMI TV is defined as the main display on your computer monitor. To change the same to your laptop.
  Here's how:
  a. right-click on an empty space on the desktop and click on the screen resolution.
  b. at the top, you will see the current main screen with the Start Menu in the lower left.
  NOTE: If you are unsure which monitor who is, then click on the button to display the number on the screen to match with identity.
  c. at the top, click on the numbered display device (ex: monitor, projector or TV HDMI) you want to make your primary display to have its established border highlight.
  d. check the brand that my hand display and click OK to apply.
  NOTE: You will notice that when you check this box, the Menu start now we in this numbered display.

The situation is clear with a good resolution, with the exception of the rose. Other devices that I have connected with the same HDMI cable in the same ports on the TV work OK, it's just the laptop.

  Have you tried another HDMI cable? If this is not you should do this and choose a cable of high quality for a good image quality.

  Also try to reset display driver settings as Akuma has suggested. In addition, you can also update your display driver. The latest version, you can always get on the official website of Toshiba.

  Have you noticed this problem on another TV too?

• Impossible to define as 'Primary monitor' laptop screen

  I'm having a problem with a configuration dual monitor that does not allow me to change my laptop to the main screen and the external monitor as the secondary. Currently, my Samsung 245BW is automatically set on the screen by default whenever I connect it to my Toshiba Satellite via a VGA cable. When I go to the menu "Display settings", there "This is my main monitor" the box grayed out for the laptop screen... My in my laptop graphics card is an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470, if it matters.   All my drivers are up to date but I managed to do work the other day. I closed my laptop for a few minutes and when I went to open again as if by magic screens changed. Now my laptop screen is the default value. :)

• When I disconnect the monitor Samsung, laptop monitor loses the office.

  I use a laptop Toshiba Satellite L645-S4102.  I have been using an external Samsung monitor for a while.  I need to use the laptop for a presentation only.

  I can change to the screen of the laptop or use the Samsung monitor and the laptop monitor as long as my computer is connected to the Samsung monitor.

  But, when I disconnect the monitor Samsung, laptop monitor loses the shortcuts on the desktop and the taskbar and shows only the background.  I tried to restart the computer, but the same thing happens.  As soon as I reconnect the Samsung screen, everything happens very well again.  Ideas please.

  Start with the extra monitor connected and used.  Then go to your desktop and follow the instructions below:

  1. Click background, choose the resolution of the screen.
  2. In the graph at the top, click on your laptop screen (if you don't know who is who, click "Identify" and click the monitor displays on the screen of the laptop).
  3. Check the box "use as primary monitor" and then apply the change.

  The bar of tasks and other items still show on the main monitor, so this will ensure that your laptop screen is considered to be the main.

  If necessary (unlikely but it could happen), repeat these 3 steps again when the additional monitor is disconnected.

  Not as long as the computer and the components are designed to best suite with eachother. So manufacturers will not support using incompatible parts if custamization is accepted.

  Yes because there are technicians who can mix and match components but the combination must look and regular maintenance. I would not advise this as it can be found in failutes and questions.

  Workaround would be to buy a monitor (ecternal) HD and plug it in. There are n number of options in the HD monitor of your choice.
