  Have you tried to update the currently installed driver in Device Manager?

  Have you tried to use the Assistant de Support HP to bring all pilots that need to update?

  Whenever you connect the USB to your computer, it will first try to detect the device and load the drivers. The drivers do not get loaded unless you are logged on as administrator.  This is normal.
