Need help from a staff Adobe on account membership

Two memberships (complete creative cloud) went within one account. I need help of a staff of Adobe to transfer one of them to another account.

    After posting a question on this forum a personal Adobe sent me and told me that I have to contact or chat with a member of the adobe staff.  They gave me a link (which was the same link, I went to originally) seems my only option is to this forum.  I can't find the key to cat to get in touch with staff.  ??  anyone?

  • Desperately need help from chat session - site keeps browsing me page "need help, we need more information.

    I want to deactivate CS3 via chat, because it has been installed on a PC that has crashed and cannot be turned off as usual.  When I try to get from adobe to give me a "Start chat" button, it doesn't make me go through the product screens you have - what you're doing with it.  I tried eight different ways to get a chat session going, and no matter where I start, it keeps me taking back on it tell us what you have and what you want with this page.  If someone has a link "start chat", I would be grateful to have.  Thank you

    It is the last of the drivers I need. It was certainly a pain get here without any connectivity USB wireless drivers as well as figuring out how to attach the USB 3.0 drivers to my installer of windows 7, but it's in the past now. Thank you much in advance.

  • Infected Winlogon.exe and explorer.exe accidentally deleted on XP Pro PC - need help from recovery console

    Windows XP Pro SP3 Dell Optiplex and been infected by Trojan in winlogon exe files and Explorer. AVG asked me if I wanted to force deletion and I foolishly agreed. Now, I get the BSOD and the message 'Windows logon done unexpectedly '.   It is a work PC and the CD only we have is the Dell CD to re - install and I know that I need as the first step recovery console. I don't know if the recovery console is on it, and then I need help for the uncomprressed explorer.ex_ and winlogon.ex_ and in their right place.

    I'm not a total newbie, but it's been some time that I used the recovery console.

    Try to be more specific with the error messages you see, so it does not guess or try things.

    Here is an example of a popular error message that sounds like yours (maybe):

    STOP: c000021a {fatal system error}
    The Windows logon process ended unexpectedly with the status of 0xc0000034 (0 x 0000000 0000000 x 0).
    The system has been shut down.

    What exactly tell your message?

    There should be copies of XP system files backup all critical already on your hard drive in the windows\system32\dllcache folder (it is this case), you may not need any expansion.

    I would like to see the exact error message, make a CD bootable Recovery Console, run chkdsk/r even if he doesn't find anything to do and then see the replacement of missing persons or suspicious files, either by copying it in the backup copies of replacement of the recovery, or from another CD Console, you can do if the Recovery Console gives you a hard time (first do the CD Recovery Console).

    It would be a good idea to test your bootable CD on a computer running.

    You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.  These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

    When you start on the CD, follow the instructions:

    Press any key to boot from CD...

    Installing Windows... going to pronounce.

    Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

    Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

    You may be asked to enter the password (usually empty).

    You should be in the folder C:\WINDOWS.  It's the same as the

    C:\Windows folder that you see in Solution Explorer.

    The Recovery Console allows base as file commands: copy, rename, replace, delete, chkdsk, fixboot, fixmbr, cd, etc.

    For a list of the commands in the Recovery Console, type help at the command prompt.

    Start by checking the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.

    In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

    Running chkdsk is fine, even if he finds no problem.  It won't hurt anything to run it.

    Assuming your boot drive is C, run the following command:

    CHKDSK C: /r

    Let chkdsk finish to correct the problems, he could find.  It may take a long time for chkdsk complete or they seem to be "stuck".  Be patient.  If the HARD drive led blinks always, chkdsk is something.  Keep an eye on the amount of the percentage to be sure that it is still making progress.  It may even seem to go back sometime.

    You must run chkdsk/r again until it finds no error to correct.

    Do, or do not. There is no test.

    I apologize in advance for posting this in a Photoshop forum, but even if I searched on the site several times, I've seen a general forum or a forum dealing with accounts. Before posting, I called Adobe 1-800 customer service number only to be told no telephone customer service. Then I tried the cat and the rep he said it (couldn't say the name) help me and referred me to the forum for help.

    My software works very well. I use a number of products all current CS6 to running on a MacBook Pro running Mountain Lion.

    My problem is that I got several accounts Adobe. Some of my software has been registered under the same account and some under the other account. I wanted that these accounts will be consolidated so that my record of software (purchases and record) would be correct. At this stage I can't access or the other of these accounts, so I wonder if they have been deleted. Recently I had to change a password in order to transfer the remaining Dollar Photo downloads Adobe stock photos. I did a few weeks ago. So today I couldn't log in at all even if I had carefully copied and pasted my password safe course. So, I managed to change this password today. When I logged on this account, things do not appear like in my old accounts and there is no trace of a purchase history or recording. So who all was abolished? I'm conceded that if the future updates are based on the software that I have there is no records... no way to prove what I have bought in the past... at least no trace that I am able to see. If these other accounts have been deleted? If so, I don't care to their topic. I won't be able to install my CS6 software that I currently run on my laptop MacBook Pro also to my iMac desktop computer. A telephone customer service representative had once told me that I have been authorized by the license to install on a desktop computer and a laptop computer. I have the serial numbers for the software but no CD or DVD because the software provided with your laptop used Mac. So really my software works very well. I want to just make sure I can install this software on my iMac, too, and that if any future upgrade price depends on my Adobe purchase history this is a record of it. A few times I bought the software in a physical box but in at least one case, I bought a download.

    My second question relates to copyright. I am currently working on a book for sale. To create the book I was using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Of course, if the book is on sale, it's a commercial product. It's a book coloring with drawings in which I have incorporated certain custom forms provided with the Adobe software (not something more that I have bought). I'm also using the Helvetica font. I want to just make sure that I will not violate the copyright by using this font or the custom shapes in my creations, which also have my drawings hand drawn also.

    Regarding the issue of copyright, it is acceptable to use the Helvetica font. The ReadMe file provided with the software Adobe has this information:

  • Need help to completely remove Adobe Application Manager.

    I just tried to update my Adobe Application Manager, but he told me that the installation has been broken, I went and uninstalled hoping that I could just download the installer again and reinstall.

    It did not work, and now the package install for Adobe Application Manager tried again to update and not to do a fresh install. It gives me the error that it could not initialize when I try.

    I guess the only thing now is to root parts of the registry for this there is no other trace left MAO on my PC.

    Running Windows 8.1 with Photoshop CC, CC Bridge and Lightroom 5.7 installed. As well as the Air and Flash Player.

  • I am very sorry for my experience of care and I need help from someone, because Apple does not seem to do anything.

    Whenever I try to buy anything from iTunes, he told me that my card was declined and I need to update my billing information, but the information is up-to-date and accurate. I tried to access Apple support by all means. I tried the chat system, but was immediately struck with a code error and rerouted. Then I tried to send, but it refused to let me email without an order number, but I can't HAVE a purchase order number if iTunes won't let me make an order! Then I tried to send my number so they could call me, but I got the same error as the chat system code and has been diverted again. Finally I went to the contact section to find a direct number and I called the Apple Media Helpline. Replied to automated email and when I asked to be put through a representative, the message says he understands and was changing me but as soon as he transferred it was yet ANOTHER automated message that just told me to go to the online support page, and then he hung up!

    This is outrageous. How the world am I supposed to get help with anything that either if no support really offer any type of support? The Apple store nearest is 2 hours and I won't make this drive on something that I know can be fixed with a simple phone call.

    What are you trying to use your payment method, credit or debit card? If it is a debit card, not all still seem to be accepted and could not be accepted at all in some countries.

    A card having a chance to be accepted it must be registered with the same name and address (including the format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are (and therefore the country on your iTunes account). If your card is then you have checked with the card issuer to see if they are down for use with iTunes? If they are not then you have another card you could try? Or though iTunes gift cards available in your country so that you can use them as payment?

    We must use the repair disk to see if it will be useful.  The computer is current on and has different problems.  The info on the drive says press any key to start the computer from the system repair disc if you are prompted.  If the computer is not configured to boot from a dvd, see the documentation provided with the model.  He said that we had to change the settings of the Bio.  Can someone tell me how to make or that one to check.  It is an hP printer in a pavillion intel 64-bit model # 231014 running win 7 home premium, I hope you can help.  Thank you joyce 737

    Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I understand that you are looking for help on how to enter the BIOS settings to set the CD/DVD drive as a boot device. I'm happy to help you.

    In case they are needed, here are the documents on how to make a reovery system to the factory, assuming that you have a backup partition or image of the resumption of the work of recovery.  In response to your original question on access to BIOS, I also pulled a second link on troubleshooting article and copied below (with a slight change, also in parentheses).

    Access to the BIOS/change boot order:

    If the CD/DVD drive cannot read recovery (or fix) drives and no error appears, the disc may be scratched, dirty or defective. In addition, the firmware of the drive may need to be updated to account for new disk media.
