    My iMac 2010 has been encountering problems with Adobe Creative Cloud App support. Adobe has worked on my computer, reinstalled the app and it worked well, briefly. The app then disappeared.     Yes, your hard drive is a failure. Also, I noticed that you have com.macpaw.CleanMyMac3.Agent installed on the computer. CMM is considered malware by users on these forums. OS X doesn't require ANY antivirus, cleaning or maintenance utilities to work well. OS X run best if left alone!

    After getting your replaced HD (consider getting an SSD), manually install your applications and restore your Time Machine backup data files.

    As my "Adobe Creative Cloud" was no longer working (not able to connect) on my old admin account.

    Adobe told me to create a new admin on 'El Capitan' account.

    As you did a reinstall, make sure that Service Packs are installed.

    If they are, download and save Adobe, etc. > then right-click on the setup.exe > run as administrator to install.

    Click Start > right click on computer > left click on properties > see if you have Vista 32 bit or Vista 64-bit installed.

  • My MacBook Pro is too old to run the latest version of the Adobe Creative Cloud?

    Hi people,

    I downloaded a demo of Illustrator a few weeks ago and it kept crashing.

    One of my colleagues has suggested that my computer is perhaps too old already...

    But I got more ready-made creative cloud in 2012. And I think that I abandoned it in 2014.

    Maybe my laptop can't handle the current version? I also wonder if it cannot even manage the last update of macOS... been a little slow since I upgraded.

    It makes sense to buy one that suits at the time where you can afford.

    Be aware that office creative Cloud such as Photoshop and Illustrator won't work on the iPad Pro. The iPad Pro works mobile operating system from Apple iOS, so it will only work the cloud of mobile applications.

    It cannot run any desktop cloud that require Apple's OS X operating system.

    A well specified MacBook Pro will give good service and run applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator Office...

  • Unable to connect to the creative cloud

    Creative cloud opened this morning and was invited to the connection information. Address regular mail and password but it will not connect me, several times to give me the message below. Same e-mail address and work of password to connect to Adobe.com is not my credentials. In addition, my apps open directly if at least I can still work on projects. Any ideas out there?

  • Disorder of purchase/activation student ETLA creative cloud!

    I am a student at the Academy of Art University with access to the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Applications AND with Services (Multilingual). I got the software on my MacBook last year, but I've had a Dell PC a few months ago and especially do all my work on it, so I decided to renew my subscription and download it to my pc. My one year subscription just expired yesterday (7th) so I need to renew it. I went on the website of my school last night and received a code sharing with directions. I clicked on "trade now" and I signed with my Adobe ID and answered a few questions and creative cloud downloaded on my PC very well. Once downloaded, I registered on the app. Instead of saying "install" next to the apps, he said "try." So he downloaded a trial version of creative cloud...? When I connect to my account online, he said still in respect of plans and products that my subscription is expired. Except when I click on the link below that says to renew the subscription it shows my last renewal of its expiration date for next year. ??? I downloaded Adobe Application Manager after checking what seems like every single forum. It downloads very well. I click on "setup" and a window pops up that it is "update adobe application manager. The window closes and nothing else happens...

    I disconnected (e) Creative Cloud several times.

    I checked the app updates.

    I checked the forums and can't seem to get anywhere.

    My code has already been "redeemed" but I don't have the software... I'm only able to download the trial through the creative cloud app versions.

    Has anyone else had this problem? WHAT SHOULD I DO? I'm waiting for work at home...
