If you do not have the option which he used to import working strategies exported from the machine to another, of work, you might want to try repair Windows Firewall of Tweaking.comtool (part of their Windows repair software (all-in-One)); all has been updated to 2.7.1 v. but apparently the firewall tool is only still v. 2.7.0 this writing.  The tool can be downloaded from this page: repair Windows Firewall 2.7.0.

It works continuously with a cycle detection, connection, loss of connection; detection, connection, loss of connection, etc... The router works through this cycle, basically acting as if I disconnected and then reconnected to the power to reset, it disrupts my Internet connection to my Wired iMac and wireless, another office to the floor. Paid for Linksys support today and through remote access, he put up a new network on my desktop (iMac). After finishing, the problem still exists. When I told him that the problem had not been corrected, he said just wait an hour or two and it should work itself. She, of course, did not himself. Any ideas out there?

  Nevermind - I seem to have solved the problem with a simple firmware. Funny how the Linksys technician support don't think to ask what version of the router I have or suggest that I should try to upgrade firmware first. However, he is quite good at trying to upsell me for a new router instead of trying to help me solve the problem I had. It makes me want to go buy Netgear next time, thanks a lot!

  Are the two computers to the same distance from the router?   How many bars do you plan to connect?  You use without wireless - G or wireless-N?  Try clicking on the bars (next to the lower-right clck) then click on Open network and sharing Center, then click on wireless network connection and see that the number of MB/s is just above the bars in the middle of the right.  You should see something like 54 Mbps and at least 2 or 3 bars.

  We have four hosts in a cluster, two have no problem while the other two will remain not connected to vCenter.  I checked all that in the article 1003409 (http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US & cmd = displayKC & externalId = 1003409) and found no problem.

  Four servers are IBM x 3690 X 5 and all are connected to the same four SAN LUNS, the only difference is that for problem servers management interfaces are on a different subnet, but the port UDP 902 is open between them and the vCenter server.  I can reconnect manually, but they will be disconnected again in a minute or two.

  Does anyone have ideas beyond what is in the article 1003409 that I can check?

  Make sure you have port 902 open TCP , as well as UDP.

  Regarding the 902 TCP port:

  vCenter Server system uses to send data to managed hosts. This port should not be blocked by the firewall between the server and the host or between hosts

  If the problem persists, I would try to remove the host to vCenter inventory, add new. Who's going to reinstall agents vCenter on the hosts.

  EDIT: This particular excerpt was taken from the entrance to vCenter 5.x, but the same is true for vCenter 4.x (it is high on the table). To be clear, you 902 TCP and UDP open both vcenter for hosts, host to vCenter and host to host.

  I run Windows Vista. Last January I couldn't use my home network. I found this discovery of the network, file sharing, etc. have been disabled. I tried to turn them back on in vain I tried all the stuff. Except one! When I disabled the Windows Firewall, the discovery of the network, file sharing, sharing public folders, the share that is password protected, printer sharing BUT NOT switched back. But it is unwise to remove the firewall. Does anyone know a way to fix this? PS, internet works fine.

  I am just placing of reinforcement anchored for images in my documents using the pod of roame anchoreed. However, executives will not remain as after I have save and close the document and open it again. I used the slot option current after selecting line sink it in the paragraph. Seems odd, but the way I want it to work. Any ideas on how to improve this? I want executives to pierce the width of the block of text document and place the nearest inside of the link image.

  The anchored frame is not behind the text. It's cropped, which I believe is the default when creating an anchored frame or a chart is important.

  In the properties of the anchored frame, clear (clear) Cropped and change the alignment to the left or right, instead of Center. You can also clear the floating box. These selections should still be there once you save and open the document.

  Maybe you were using another way (I don't know what) to change the position of the frame anchored without also clearing these check boxes. But that's just a guess. Try the above and see if it works.

  No, this is not common. Have you looked into the charge socket? It seems that it is a certain type of lint, dirt and debris that is blocking you plug the cable of lightning completely. Check these things and you can try to remove anything with a small wooden toothpick or toothbrush soft and dry. You can blow with canned air. Make sure that the device is turned off before doing so. If this is not enough, then make an appointment at the Genius Bar to the nearest Apple Store of the device studied by Apple for any other question.

  I understand how to disable annoying pinch zooming via Control Panel, however, it will not be extinguished (i.e. whenever I turn on my computer after having turned off the pinch to zoom, pinch to zoom is for some reason, tour the back.) I have to turn off every time after a new start upward.

  Try the following.

  Hold down the Windows key and press R

  In the run box, type regedit and press enter

  In the registry editor, navigate to the following

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Synaptics\SynTP\Install

  Inside, look for a key named DeleteUserSettingsOnUpgrade

  If it is present, right click on the key and select Edit

  Set the field data of the value 0 (zero) , and then click Ok.

  Close the registry editor.

  Open the Synaptics settings panel, disable the pinch zoom and apply the change.  Check if this setting is now preserved after a reboot.
