New cartridge in the printer

Dear experts.  I use a laptop Compaq Presario CQ56, connected to a HP PSC 1510 all in one printer.  I just installed a new ink cartridge and made the list of ful of tasks "just installed a new cartridge", like alignment etc.  Now, whenever I turn on the printer, it prints an alignment page that makes me crazy.  How can I stop this, please.

Thank you very much, best regards, fisherman.

The printer tells you that the cartridges are not always aligned. printing and scanning the page of alignment process aligns the color and the black ink cartridge. the two cartirgdes should print correctly to complete the alignment process.
