When I turn on the laptop it just see the Acer boot screen and then immediately switch to a black screen with white text saying "no boot device - insert boot disk and press any key any." At first I thought that the HD was defective, so I replaced with a new HD but still its giving the same problem. Not only can I not load/start windows but there is no option to access the BIOS (even I tried pressing F2, F10, F12, delete).   Shut down the laptop by holding down the key SHIFT left click Shutdown to temporarily prevent a hybrid boot.

  I enabled Bitlocker on my Acer Aspire 5315. The system partition is encrypted and the data partition. My motherboard doesn't have a TPM chip, so I opted for the unlock with a USB key.
