• VMO cannot create the new workflow

  Much like the other postings around the Internet, I am connected to th Orchestrator v4 client.  At lower left, that he says that I'm connected like me and Media Administrator).  I guess that means that I am part of the Administrators group that I created on install and VMO properly applied my credentials.

  The problem is that half of my options seem to be grayed out.  I can't create new workflows, I can even add a new category.

  Research on this problem, it seems that the same question is asked and then the solutions just kind of drift off, there was however a response indicating that my license could play a factor in the present.  It was my impression that Orchestrator came free with vSphere, but maybe not really.

  The systems I use it's on is currently licensed as vSphere 4 Essentials, this could be the problem.  I'm having a hard time finding the documents and information on Orchestrator so I was hoping someone here could answer this question.

  Yes, that's exactly the problem - the "essential" does allow you to run workflows that have already been created. To reproduce, create and edit workflows, you must have a 'Standard' or better license.

  If I'm not mistaken, there are information in the user guide DAC with the details step by step on the registration of new workflows in DAC. Check only once.

  Fix 11 beta? Not sure I would put less than 100%. Keep two copies JIC. At least test 11 execution with the workflow to ensure that no dead ends.

• New workflow 7 TO - load or dead?

  Received flow 7 (Signature Edition) a few hours ago. I plugged it in... but nothing happened, nothing appeared.

  I read a few threads, so I expect a loading for a few seconds, but the guarded white/black screen icon.

  Plug the adapter directly into the wall outlet did not help.

  Plug the cable into a powered usb hub has not helped.

  The adapter and a part of the rear of the flow are warm-ish, so there are some courses move.

  The 'Quick Start' flyer that came in the box told to turn on the tablet after charging... So I'll stay connected while this announcement.

  Yes, you should see the pictogram of loading on the screen for 6 to 8 seconds when you first plug on the charger.  If you do not, you can try to plug the charging cable into another computer USB port in order to check that the power adapter is not bad.  If you still don't see it, the Tablet is probably defective.

• Whenever I click on "Latest news" now, it does not load them.

  Since I downloaded one of your updates (taskbar?) I couldn't get the 'latest news '. It is just stuck on a previous one and says "cannot open live bookmark". I clicked on 'reload live bookmark' and nothing has changed. Any ideas?

• new server, broken the podcast in iTunes

  Hi friends,

  I've recently changed servers (same hosting co.), but all the RSS URL and directories has remained the same. Rss continues to update correctly (episode #121 was after the upgrade). But my podcast in iTunes is broken (but not on the web, or using Android).  https://iTunes.Apple.com/us/podcast/Trinities-podcast-feed/id690304581 I see even he must the support URL suitable for each episode, but what I (or others) get is an exclamation point when we try to listen to or download.

  You have spaces - spaces are not allowed in a URL and a browser will correctly substitute the % 20 for each space code and the application itunes seems to cope OK (it used do not) store does not, of course, this correction and therefore sees the URL that ends at the first space. You must replace each space with an underscore character and do the same for all other URLS that contain spaces.

  The app I am train consists on a NavigationPane with action points.

  For the moment, action items opens a new page. But what happens if I want to push a new NavigationPane, we will open other pages?

  Are we limited to one level or could we use as many levels of NavigationPane we want?

  AS FAR AS I KNOW:

  on top a NavigationPane you won't get only Pages - NavigationPane

  but to open a new workflow, you can open a worksheet and this sheet can be again a NavigationPane

  BTW: the root of the application may be a TabbedPane, where each tab can be a NavigationPane

• File of custom workflow (wdl) not getting not saved in WorkflowProcessManager

  We strive to create a new workflow, and run it through a program.

  We add a custom workflow file (wdl). We have different environments in place.

  VAC is allowed only in smaller environments, where wdl file is generated and is added as part of the source (translated into the module version config.jar).

  Is some environments the new world digital library file gets saved in WorkflowProcessManager and is accessible through programs.

  But, in some servers, its not fits. It will be great, if you can provide guidance on this.

  The world digital library file created via ACC in rendering available in Publisher in the following path:

  / ATG/Registry/Data/epubworkflows/Acme flow/acme.wdl

  /Acme flow/acme.wdl get extra/atg/registry/EPubWorkflows /

  But, 'look at the workflow' of /atg/epub/workflow/process/WorkflowProcessManager / is not displayed '/acme flow/acme.wdl.

  Also when the process is called, it throws the below error: (there is no error not related to the file of world digital library of loading at startup of the server)

  The issue was due to the wrong configuration at the server level. If these questions, consider carefully the spelling as OOTB Oracle code up all the significant exceptions that can lead to the resolution:

• Dynamic types - new types not reflected on vRO

  I created a Namespace, and a new type. Then I delete the type and create a new.

  But now, when I created a new workflow, and then find the appropriate type, Orchestrator shows me only the first type (which I deleted it) and not the other.

  Is there any kind of "cool" I do to reflect the changes?

• Workflow suggested to assign printing profiles.

  I am eager to assign color profiles before editing it. I prefer to import my files on my card in a folder as CR2, the LRCC as identical COPY and use LR as my catalog. I also prefer use LR vs CR as my editor. However, when I export from LR (TIFF) to PSCC it bypasses CR and course load in PS I can assign ICC in PS but CR right holders that automatically and as PS I have to assign to each file?

  Since Windows does not have a codec yet for my Canon 7 d MKii I can't visually see the files to import in CR. I use Canon DPP to view, but it exports to TIFF which would then go directly into PS, not CR.
  

  I need a new workflow to incorporate a printing profile. Suggestions?

• Adding a folder to a Workflow problems

  I'm very new to vCenter Orchestrator and I completed the installation, 4 days ago.  My problem is functions are greyed out in Orchestrator.  For ex.  If I want to add a new folder for a workflow to add a folder is grayed out.  If I need to add a new workflow, this feature is grayed out.  I use on behalf of connection is part of the group admin vCO and I tried the granting of access rights to the group admin vCO in the workflow section.  However, all I seem to do to correct the problem does not work.  Any information anyone can provide to correct this problem would be greatly appreciated.  Here is a screenshot of what I see when trying to add a folder.

• Cannot change the workflow in 5.1 VCO

  I have VCO device 5.1.2 race. I'm sure that I have it configured correctly as used to work once the installation program.
  The Group Admin VCO is set to SYSTEM_DOMAIN_administrators_ and my account is part of this group.
  When I connect VCO customer I have no problem creating folders and new workflow (or duplicate).
  However, I seem to not be able to modify the workflow. When I go in the schema tab I can't drag items of workflow to him. As a fact, I do not see the items appear on the left side at all. Any ideas what could be the problem?

  Cannot change at all. The license is OK. I solved the problem by updating 5.1.2. I was running 5.1.1 5.1.2 not reported by mistake.
