  Have an older Calcomp plotter.  Used with Win xp.  The drivers are not compatible with windows 7 (64).  Upgrade to Win 7 Professional, downloaded xp mode and virtual PC.  All right.  Installed my plotter in xp Mode, but can't seem to find the plotter to printer usb port is connected to.  Knowledge tracer works because as I tried different ports, the test print on my HP printer that is set up a home network.  Reading the different instructions, but they are above my head.   Have HP touchsmart w / three usb ports on the back.  One of these ports to connect printer.  I think I need to make a set to the top of USB devices in xp mode, but do not understand what I have to do.  Anyone using xp mode and windows virtual PC with windows 7 that can simply explain it would be appreciated greatly.

  IM used to VB, where I could design several forms, for example starts with a splash screen, then that unload and load a login form, then hide and display the main form etc.

  A simple example, say a page with just a text area and a button above that da clicked opens a second app page that shows the text entered in step one (IE how to pass variables in all forms) it would help me to much to get my head around the concept in flex...

  Win8 Toshiba does not offer driver webcam more as the operating system uses standard Windows driver.
  I did not pass my S50 - B Satellite so I do not know if I have an identical problem on my machine.

• Problem installing Windows 7: upgrade of the disk

  I have W7 Ultimate upgrade disc and have problems to install.

  I installed XP first if I understand that W7 upgrade needs to see an existing version to work.

  I then tried to install W7 as a separate operating system, but get the error message using the product key you entered, start the installation on a computer that is running a genuine version of windows. So I guess it isn't recognizing that XP is already installed.

  I tried to install W7 startup on XP but W7 so does not recognize the hard drives to install on.

  Any suggestions how I can solve this problem.

  All you have to do is just create a virtual machine in Windows 7 and you walk through the Wizard New VM just to leave the empty Windows product key on the Easy Install sheet and keep moving forward.

  Then once you have installed VMware Tools just follow the steps in Clean install Windows 7 with upgrade media to activate Windows.

  Sorry, there is nothing for Mozilla to 'fix', the new UI Australis works as expected. I'm not satisfied with these changes, as a number of talented developers who have spent a lot of time creating extensions to correct that some of us don't like the new UI.

  I have a 3424 and 3448 who seems to have the same symptoms.  I am able to get both working as I want, but I am unable to get either to respond to a request for a Web page or a ping.

  Here is a copy/paste of what I see:

  I KNOW it should be easy, but I must be missing something very obvious.  after reading this I've also tried

  IP http server
  The https server IP

  no errors, but still no answer ping or Web page.

  any help or suggestion is the most appreciated!
