I have previouslu used canon and had problem now

    Hi garethr,

Could you please confirm what version of Lightroom do you have?

Images of Fujifilm XT10 are supported in Lightroom version 6.1 and higher.

If you have a version lower than that, so it wouldn't be supported.

You must either upgrade your version of Lightroom or you can use the Free DNG Converter to convert the images to DNG and then import into Lightroom.

It will play video & photos of the network route via DLNA app on the phone, but not on the big screen, any ideas?

    @atrixhack,

I checked and this feature is not supported (for example, you can access the DLNA mode Entertainment Center). This, however, is possible if you use the HD multimedia docking station.

  • Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 modifies the EXIF DateTime parameter after editing and photo recording

Hello, I have a little problem with 12 elements. After I edit a photo and save it, elements changes the setting DateTime to the time the photo was recorded. Is there a way do not change this setting? Just to save the photo with a stock of EXIF metadata?

    brian_oconner333 wrote:

In fact, it isn't. But I would like to know if changing this setting would affect other recognition apps (including mobile galleries) of the date that the photo was taken. I fear that some photos can be sorted incorrectly, especially in mobile applications.

I am running Windows 7. When I use Windows Explorer to look at the properties of the photo file, I can use the 'right click' and choose 'properties '. In the 'Détails' tab, look at the different dates, and you can see that the "date taken" is recorded in the Solution Explorer. This means that other software can share this information. What is misleading, it is that by default, i.e. "date taken" does not appear by default in Solution Explorer. Just like the keywords tags, you add this column to the screen. It is not clear in the Organizer, where you are shown the different dates in the catalog, but also the dates read from the image files...

  • Twist the concern of quality XT720 camera and photo

Do you know if there is a chance to fine-tune the xt720 camera settings

I miss some useful parameters, I had in my old Nokia N95, as:

    -Quality JPG

-A night of work mode (currently a bug?)

-Adjust the sharpness of the image

    -Contrast set

But my main concern after my initial test (results available here) is:

Is the XT720 of inferior quality compared to my Nokia N95 a SW issue or it's a hardware problem?

Nope, there is more support for this phone

  • 2nd HDD on the Qosmio F40

I just purchased a Qosmio F40-ST4101, and by default, I choose an option of a hard drive, because I do not have a help I want to install. Can someone show me where is it fits in or it is not possible to add a hard drive for only if ordered with the company?

    Thanks in advance...

    Hello

I m not 100% sure, but I think the HARD drive slots are placed at the bottom of the unit.
The first HARD drive Bay must be placed at the bottom near the edge of the front face.
The second span could be placed near the battery

I found the specs of the laptop here:

  • A few questions before you buy the Toshiba Qosmio G40 - 12J

    Hello

    I would buy a Toshiba Qosmio G40 - 12J and I have a few questions:

-There's a Bios / disk HARD Tatoo that block the other installation of the system?
-Is an original supplied Vista DVD Installation or reinstallation is made with a hidden partition on the hard drive?
-If a Master Installation of the Vista DVD is provided, is an additional driver / software cd also delivered?
-I can delete partitions and recreate them as I want, or is there a problem (because of a Bios / HARD tato or hidden partition HDD disk)?

    Thanks for your answers,

    Good day!

    lightchpa

My dear, I had a G40-108 and now I work very well with G45-AV690.
You can install XP... Linux and so forth, but don't forget to find the right driver (Nvidia and so on...)
The recovery DVD is not only the Vista operating system, but there is the operating system with all software and tool too.
You can create and delete any partition you want to

  • Qosmio F45-AV413 and VMWARE

    Hi all

About two weeks ago, I finished customizing my new Toshiba Qosmio laptop, and I noticed that the top shortcut keys stopped working as usual.

Them, I looked on various forums and sites and found no help. Well, I decided to restore the original installation of Windows from the recovery cd, and keyboard shortcuts work again.

Them, I started to install everything one program that I use on a daily basis, thus, once installed the preinstalled VMWare 6.0 stop keyboard function.

The strange this is that one of the keys still works as expected: the key running on neon led to the sound whel or media player browser.

If I remove VM Workstation 6.0, the keyboard shortcut works again...

Here, someone has an idea to solve this problem?
Any help would be much appreciated.

    TKS,

    Marcelo Santos.

    > If I remove VM Workstation 6.0, the keyboard shortcut works again...

Seems all these 3rd party applications and programs have a bad influence on the configuration of the laptop and the utility of Toshiba controls internal.

I do not know how to solve this problem but it certainly not a problem of Toshiba.

But wait; Did you use another tool similar to VMWare Workstaion?
What about the own Microsoft tool called "Virtual PC"!

  • Re: Qosmio X 770 and Windows XP64bit

    Hello

I recently bought a new Toshiba Qosmio X 770, but unfortunately it came with this new Windows 7.

I have 2 other laptops from toshiba, one is a Netbook NB200 with WinXP32bits running well about 1 year or more and another big a Satellite P300 also with XP32bits.

All the software I need - work extremely well, without any conflict, for over a year!

Something that bothers me: after extraction of the this new Qosmio X 770 HD and try to install Windows XP 64-bit, I ve found that West not, or any support operation to these drivers of Toshiba.

I downloaded the drivers from the 3rd hardware manufacturers part, but only one egg has worked.

Now I have this computer great, powerful, expensive, without any software (because when I try to install software that I have already, in the original Win7 64-bit, it is said that inconsistent s, or you need to buy another version and so on...)

My point is: I m not going to buy upgrades or other software simply because some dumb engineer built a brand new operating system requiring all new software, drivers together again and so on. It's madness!

What should I do with this X 770?
I m not going to throw more, but you Toshiba Enginheers, should be of compatible drivers, at least for Windows XP 64-bit / 32-bit.

I m not going to put this crapy Windows 7, simply because someone at Microsoft who wants to. I have my right to continue to use my useful software and my Windows XP, which works incredibly more smooth, use less memory and works well as Win7.

Thank you very much for the support.

    Daniel.

    > I recently bought a new Toshiba Qosmio X 770, but unfortunately it came with this new Windows 7.
Please don t understand me wrong but we have the year 2011 and it makes sense that Toshiba, laptop manufacturer, material offer with newer and newer operating systems.

You're right about the support of Windows XP Home edition. Toshiba doesn't supports Windows XP Home edition on the new machines. How Toshiba should support this old OS when even many materials manufacturers (graphics card) don t do this more.

    > My point is: I m not going to buy upgrades or other software simply because some dumb engineer built a brand new operating system, which requires that any new software, new drivers and so on. It's madness!
I m really surprised you write such things. The madness is to spend hundreds of thousands of euros/dollars to pay the whole software developers to write and test drivers for each new machine and perhaps customers 0.05% will use it.

All new machines come with newer hardware designed for the new operating systems. If you cannot use old stuff about him use it with old hardware. I have too many P300 and it works perfectly. Where is the problem?

I understand your point of view, but be a little realistic.

  • Blue screen STOP error 0 x 00000124 on Toshiba Qosmio X 300 - 13w

    Hey guys and girls.

I need urgent help with my new Toshiba Qosmio X 300 - 13W (British model) that I bought in December
I chose to install the 64-bit Vista Home Premium on the computer and the slopes of big thing until I HAV a work of high intensity for it as a game or to have several applications running at the same time:
The screen goes black and the sound begins to "jerk" (repeat in a very short loop for awhile) before crashing to a Windows blue screen
The blue screen said he "detected a unsolvable material error" and the technical Ref of the error message is "STOP 0 x 00000124 (0 x 0000000000000000, 0xFFFFFA8008FE2030, 0x00000000B2000040, 0 x 00000000000800).
Anyone else with the X 300 - 13w has this error or someone has an idea what to do.

Some common reasons for this problem is a hardware conflict between the graphics cards NVidia and realtek audio, but this seems to be a problem with 32 bit Vista.
The microsoft Web site claims that it is a problem of PCI-E hotswappable with Vista but with a laptop that is not possible to phyically unless the hotswap happen somehow between the GeForce 9800 M GTS and the 9400M G during the games?

Thank you very much in advance.

  • CD-ROM error at the start after replacing the DVD drive - Qosmio F20-574

OK, so I have a Toshiba Qosmio F20/574 and I am trying to replace the factory DVD player (TEAC DV-W28E) with a Liteon DS-8A1P (f/w CX12). With or without a DVD Im reader get a CD-ROM error at startup. The only time where what I don't get, is when I start with the factory DVD player.

Here are the things I've tried...
    -Cleared CMOS memory
-Remove the bezel to ensure his grip at bottom
-l' utility EEPROM set the drive to slave.
-tested the portable player in another
-uninstalled the factory dvd player via the Device Manager and tried to boot with the new dvd drive

Here are the things that I found bizarre...
-in the BIOS (BIOS 1.30 ACP) under IO device, it shows the hard drive and cd, but it is not listed by name, his watch only the IRQ of the primary and secondary IDE controller (integrated drive HARD IDE primary (1F0H/IRQ14), CD-ROM (170 H/IRQ15) secondary IDE). This does not change, even if I start without a DVD player.
-There is no update available for this laptop BIOS. It is a Toshiba of the Japan and the Ive tried using Qosmio F20 BIOS 1.40 to another region, but this does not work.
    -I can't find a firmware for the Liteon DS-8A1P (CX17) update

I can't think of anything to try. I really need help! Any ideas?

I'm afraid that you are using the optical disc drive not compatible and there is nothing you can do. Check it please s user guides document for your model of laptop and you will find a list of all compatible ratings.

Hello and welcome to the community!

Via the official methods on the device (which is what I'm guessing that you have agreed), it is not supposed to erase your data. But nothing is impossible... where the importance of backups that is initiated by the user, in order to protect their valuable data. Based on what you say, unless you did some other backup before this happened, then your data are now gone and you have learned a valuable lesson (if painful) - there are two kinds of computer users, those who have lost data and those who will be. Backups, like insurance, are not a reagent or an optional activity.

    Good luck!

    ========================================

There may be a program that runs in the tray near the clock in the bottom right that controls the
device. Some Toshiba models have the keys of the map at the top of the screen (move the mouse all the way to)
up to see if your model has this feature) which allows control on some devices. Some models
have (usually indicated on the key cards) shortcut keys that control input devices.

If nothing else works, try Control Panel - double - mouse and other pointing devices - devices Manager
Click the device - driver tab - Disable. I would use this as last resort than the other options possible
allow you to activate and deactivate the device much easier.

    I hope this helps.

  • Satellite P750 PSAY1A: how to create the recovery Toshiba on the new HARD drive partition

    Hello

I have an old Toshiba Satellite P750 (PSAY1A-01Y022). I just upgraded my memory from 4 GB to 8 GB and am preparing to take my 500 GB HARD drive 1 TB. I had to order the disk online and wait to happen.

I always try to understand how to create the arrival of my new HARD drive Toshiba Recovery Partition. I do the same thing for an old book, I handled based on something similar to it's original factory State.

I have reflected on the recovery partition, but does not know how it was created. It is not NTFS. Does anyone have experience in the creation of a Toshiba Recovery on a new HARD drive Partition?

And the help is very appreciated.

    Thanks and regards,
    Dinesh

Recovery partition can be created when you use the original Toshiba Recovery disk and install recovery image. Before the partitions to boot OS install will be automatically created, recovery image copied on a recovery and then partition as last step recovery image installation starts.

A sort of migration of files from one to the other HARD disk is not solution.

Only for laptop with factory will work and the usable recovery partition.
