No support for Photoshop and Lightroom upward and running on my desktop. I've waited since Friday, November 20 after spending 6 hours in line with a technician. I don't want to cancel my subscription, I need to make it work. Help!
After a mammoth online with Adobe support last Friday 20 and following Monday I am still unable to use Photoshop and Lightroom. I can't open the RAW files in Photoshop & Lightroom will not talk about Photoshop. I need to get this sort quickly. Can someone at Adobe please help?

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

Hi, I got my subscription for the year running last for Photoshop and Lightroom. Because I had the good idea to download the version of Photoshop CC 2015 (I thought it was just an update...), I get to the evaluation period.
I would like to know, when this period expires, will I get my purchased version back or should I get a new subscription?
If I get a new subscription, one is cancelled automatically, or do I have to do something else?

If you are subscribed to the creative cloud, Creative Cloud 15 updates are included.

Just place an order for Photoshop and Premiere Elements. I ordered in error windows version. I need to change the Mac version. Already obtained serial numbers, but I have not downloaded anything. I called the customer service that they me transferred to HIM and HE asked me to go to the cat. Chat is always busy. How can I change the version before you download?

Hello and welcome to all the magicians using Adobe CC.
Plan complete Adobe CC is too expensive for me and I did not need all the great apps.
I only use Photoshop and Illustrator.
Is it possible to use on a PC:
(1) there are no 1 - with subscriptions to Photoshop and Lightroom (plan of photographers)
(2) account No 2 - with unique app don't plan for Illustrator
they will work at the same time (open some file in Illustrator and a few photos in Photoshop)?
I try to look for an answer to my question. I found simillar, but not the same thing.
If there is a chance, someone could help me I would be gratefull.

I don't think that separate accounts can be used on the same machine, because they involve the same CC application - a single account can be signed. But there is no reason that an account cannot be used for multiple subscriptions. You should be able to acquire two subscriptions using the same account.

You can use creative cloud all products on 2 computers at the same time. So just install it on any other device.

I have a question regarding membership of Photoshop and LR CC.
I know that its probably been asked and answered repeatedly, so forgive me for asking again.
I installed Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom 6 on my Imac as stand-alone programs.
If I sign up for Photoshop and LR CC on a monthly basis and you decide to stop after six months, I will always be able to access, to work on images that I've adjusted in CC, with versions of my stand alone CS6 and LR6?

When the CC subscription plan, if you cancel the subscription, the LR develop module is disabled. You can always view and export in the library module.
At this point, if you have the stand-alone version you can use that to get all the features. You may need to uninstall the software CC and reinstall the stand-alone software.
I saw a few conversations that suggest using two different emails for two different licenses makes things much easier.
