  I did a clean install of windows 10 on my HP 11 x 360 stream, and now the touchscreen does not work. Under system, it says 'no pen or touch input' and there is no driver touch screen not listed under HID in the Device Manager.   I researched and found info telling me to reset the ACL in my desktop connection folder and systemprofile desktop folder. I've done those, but they have not resolved my situation. Another post said to create a new admin account. I did it too, but it did not solve my problem.

  I am unable to use any GUI interface after the half-login. I have to use the safe mode and the command line to get anything done.

  Help, please.

  1. What happens after the Windows logo screen?
  2. You receive an error message?
  3. You have security software installed on the computer?
  4. Have you performed an installation clean Windows XP and even after that this problem exists?

  Method 1

  As the computer starts up fine in safe mode there is a possibility that some third-party programs installed on the computer is the origin of the problem.

  I suggest that you configure the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

  To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

• In trying to e-mail a picture in Windows Photo Gallery, I get this error: not available addresses or Windows Mail is not available.

  Trying to email a photo from the Gallery of photos that has been analyzed and get error msgs re: addresses http not available or not available using Vista Windows mail.   Also... you could open a new e-mail Message in Windows Live Mail and
  attach the picture to the message.

  And... what happens if you go to your pictures folder and find the photo in
  question... then make a right click of the photo thumbnail or file name and
  the menu... Choose... Send to / recipient.

  FWIW... If the photo was scanned and saved in your photos
  file the printer would not be involved.

  Problem solved. Under system services, Bluetooth was arrested. Re start the service and solve the problem.

  I spent many hours on this forum today trying to solve my problem.

  Everything was fine until Windows 10 installed after I * thought * I hit cancel their incessant commercial.   Before the upgrade of the OS,

  1. I used a shortcut to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\HP\HP LaserJet M1522\Scan which took "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Hp\Digital.

  2. a dialog box appears asking me to choose from a list of profiles of scanning that I did. Once what to choose, I have a second dialog box.

  3. I put the "paper Source" flat and the "Picture color" selected option button.

  4. I USED to be able to just click on Scan and then another dialog asking where to save it but neither preview nor Scan make the scanner scan button.  Overview gives me the wave 'an error occurred... ". Select "vernissage" again.  If I click on Scan, just all disappears.

  I have tried the following to solve this problem:

  Installation of new drivers.

  Doctor to Scan running (here, the green progress bar ends after the "HP M1522nf Scan LI" scanner picking and ending up with an error "Connect without success".)  It allows several options.

  -J' tried power cycling everything.

  -Click on retry.  I take the last option in the list and it gives another green bar and I ended up a complete turn to the first page of the Scan Doctor with the "HP LaserJet M1522 MFP Series PCL 6" and "LI Scan M1522nf HP".  Both still have network connections and "installed".

  -Continue the Scan doctor, I click install get.   I created which today many times without success.

  I came to support and went through what looks like my problem even, but nothing seems to help.  I spent several hours to do.

  I should also mention when it came time to download the drivers there are 3 categories.  In the first category, there are 3 drivers.  I went through each of them at this stage.

  I realize your question at the top of the page is "HP printers - WIRELESS card Scanner is lost (Windows) ''."

  I'm afraid to do an uninstall of HP "stuff" because my computer is a HP and I don't want to aggravate my problems than they already are.

  I understand there is a windows application to use for scanning, but because it also controls the camera to the computer, I wanted to stick with the simple scan, which I used for many years now, coming to scan from my HP scanner/printer to my HP computer.

  OK, got it to work!

  Desinstallion old prinerdriver as good as he got, withdrew the rest of this register and recycled the ' puter.

  Then installed latest firmware for the printer (do not know if this was necessary, but it had those of 2009 and the most recent from 2013, so I guess it wouldn't hurt).

  Installed the latest universal driver for HP (this still does not solve the problem but...)

  Finally reinstalled former driver Win 7 complete solution and then it works. I guess it fills some gaps while retaining the more fresh drivers?

• I get the message "Windows is not genuine" after reinstalling windows

  4 years ago, I bought my laptop (HP ProBook s 4310) with Windows 7 pre-installed, without any disk. A month ago, I formatted my HDD and reinstalled windows. First of all, I found my key windows (using "magical jelly bean"), then downloaded an iso of Windows 7 from Digital River, installed and used my previous key.

  Now, I get this non-genuine message. Since I initially bought windows and that the seller does not gives me any drive, I think not that I did something wrong. Someone knows a solution to this problem?

  Option 1:

  If the COA sticker is damaged, you must use the recovery partition to reinstall Windows 7, it will be exempt from the need to use the product key to activate your installation of Windows 7.

  Option 2:

  If your recovery partition is not available or damaged, you must contact the manufacturer of your computer, and request that a defined recovery disk you can use to reinstall Windows 7. They could practice a small shipping and handling. This will exempt the need to also use the product key.

  Option 3:

  If neither options 1 or 2 is possible, then you will need to invest in a new license of full version of detail.

  New computers coming often pre-installed with Windows 7 have what is called a recovery partition. This is used to reinstall an operating system in the case of a system failure. To access it, you need to start when you start your computer by pressing a function key. This can be either F1, F2, F9, F10, F11, F12 key DEL or tab.   AIO B50-30 (F0AU002US) SD card reader was not detected after that I upgraded to Windows 10. I have installed all the appropriate drivers found on the page for assistance with on Lenovo a fix. Device PCI Device Manager had no driver.
