Not available customer support

Large companies have so-called 'customer' support a glorified firewall to keep customers away, but Adobe seems to have it taken a step further. I need customer support to activate my product but "cat" is not available and the phone number gives a bunch of unsolicited messages and disconnects. I even tried sales and this option is returned as an option 'unrecognized '! I have to hand it to them. The firewall of ultimate customer service! Any ideas how to get through Adobe?

It is quite possible that I'm a bunch of stupid.  I fooled myself by not to see the complete list of options (reprisé scroll menu drop-down menus.)  Since it was an upgrade, he also wanted CS4's original registration number.  That could be clearer, but... I'll take part of the blame.  Thank you and sorry to be grumpy.

    I'm trying to configure credentials HSM in LiveCycle ES2.  I did all the steps listed in the documentation (set up a liaison network Trust, assigned to the customer to a partition, etc.).  I am able to run the demo provided by the HSM vendor application and am able to talk to the HSM.  When I try and set up the credentials of the LiveCycle /AdminUI, HSM Test connectivity fails with the following error in the log:

    We have configured the HSM on previous versions of LiveCycle before however, this is our first attempt in ES2.

    Hi Rob,

    Is this really a Windows 64 bit with a 64-bit Sun JRE? In the case of this combination, HSM is not supported in LiveCycle ES2 out of the box. Since the Windows 64-bit Sun JRE is not delivered with the NYI PKCS #11 bridge. The support is done via the deployment of a Web Service separate in a 32-bit Sun JRE on the same computer and access this Web Service inside service of the Signature digital Livecycle using a SPINNAKER. The mechanism to do this is available in the Documentation Livecycle Digital Signatures.

    I am trying to burn a DVD again an already existing DVD Studio, already registered and created the file pro with all the menus related to the video file.  Another company created the DVD Studio pro menu and queue in front of me, I replace the newly edited video and try to burn a DVD with the new video and audio files.

    I compressed the file Compressor 3.5 using the button create DVD in the compressor, I created a file DVD SD Mpeg2, audio and video.  Imported in the pro Studio already created DVD file, I have the burned DVD, but appears to "Support disc not available" when I try to play the DVD on my Imac drive (also not tried in a standard DVD player no chance)... I tried this twice now, the first time that I realized I had created a HD DVD, I also created a separate folder on the external drive as well.  When I click on the DVD that was burned it shows as: HVDVD_TS and no audio file.

    Can you please help me, I watched the video of youtube after another, but I'm not create from scratch, I know not at all unfortunately the program, but I use a DVD already created Studio, file with many menus already linked to the video and don't want to not recreate from scratch... I think this should not be so difficult, and definitely miss me something.

  • Commercial DVDs do not play on MacBook Pro.  "Not allowed" and "Supported disc not available" is displayed.  DVD plays normally when inserted in a different drive.

    When commercial DVD (NTSC) inserted in the MacBook Pro DVD Player error messages "forbidden" and "Supported disc not available" are displayed when I tried to play the DVD.  When the DVD was removed from the MacBook Pro and inserted into a different DVD player, it works normally, then the DVD was apparently not the problem.

    Your help is appreciated...

    Delete ' ~ / Library/Preferences/com.apple.DVDPlayer.plist ' and a DVD player or reopen could solve the problem.

    I noticed that my keyboard returns incorrect symbols as I type. A case occurs when I hit shift-2 poster 'symbol' instead of @. My PC has a QWERTY keyboard, and I am currently using regional (UK) English, the input parameters and the format.

    Also, when I go into my control panel / devices and material, I see the error message that is associated with my PC:

    I have checked with the help of HP but have found that the driver for my model number and the operating system is not available.

    Can then someone suggest a source for a driver or a workaround?

    If the @ symbol is SHIFT + 2 key, then you have a style WE keyboard (the ' is on shift + 2 on a UK layout).  For this to work properly, you must select the United States keyboard layout - you can change your keyboard layout, as described at the link below.

I found the wireless LAN driver, but the driver now Bluetooth is not available on the official Dell support site. I tried online diagnostics and research on the Dell Support programs but could not find.

    Inspiron 15R N5110 goes hand in hand with a combo (Wi - Fi and Bluetooth) card and the drivers are not provided separately. You will need to download the driver of combo on the Dell site.

    The camera you have is compatible with the latest version of Lightroom, which is Lightroom 6/CC.

    You can use the DNG Converter, converts images and then import them into DNG in Lightroom.
