The usual advice when a computer has been infected after that connect to the Internet with no antivirus application is to do a clean installation of Windows.

Computers Dell come with a mechanism to restore the computer to its costs-Dell-State.  I don't know if that's what you mean by 'Attempt to find and run the PC recovery', but you will find the information here:http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dsn/en/document?docid=181316

If you follow the advice of Dell to backup your data before you run the restore program (and that you are able to do), do NOT restore these data before (a) install an antivirus on the restored computer application and (b) using the application antivirus to analyze the data before you restore.  If you have data that you do not want to lose, but you can not run the backup offered by Dell, there are always methods to get your data off.  Select if you want instructions for it.

If you can, return McAfee Total Protection for a refund.  If you can not get a refund, write off the expense as a learning experience.  Once your computer has been restored, installNOD32 Antivirus 4 (not the "suite") from ESET.com if you want a commercial product.  If you do not want to pay, installMicrosoft Security Essentialsor Avast! antivirus .  In more than one of these 3 antivirus applications, download and install these two applications free anti-malware: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and SUPERAntiSpyware .

After the clean boot used to resolve the problem, you can follow these steps to configure Windows XP to start normally.

    (a) click Start, run.

    (b) type msconfigand click OK.

    (c) the System Configuration utility dialog box appears.

  • Why not enough system resources?

I manually copy a file of 15 GB in D: will lead the E: drive

System drive C: has 152 GB of free space

D: drive has 130 GB of free space

E: drive has 58 GB free space

Before you complete the copy process, it pops up a message of not having enough system resources.

Does anyone have any suggestions, what type of system resource is on?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions

Without addressing the question of whether space is available or not, I noticed you seem to be assimilating "system resources" to "disk space", that is, in most cases, a bad supported.  For example, in KB967351 , the "resource" that is missing is a fragmentation limit and not a limit of disk space available.  As a general rule, if there is a lack of disk space or RAM, an error message will tell you exactly that.  The term "system resources" generally refers to some other limitation unassigned file or operating system.

  • Not enough disk space to convert the iPhoto photo library

My wife iPhoto library has about 9 500 photos. She has a MacBook Air, which has limited hard disk space, so we put his iPhoto library on a SD card (which is still in its SD slot). We decided to convert the iPhone photo library. When the process is started, it happens about 4% on the progress bar when a popup said that there is not enough disk space to perform the task (said to 72GO). How can I complete this process? She wants to ensure its iPhone and iPad Air can all share all the photos via iCloud. Can I put the library of Photos on the SD card too? Once the synchronization of library of Photos with iCloud, not all large digital images disappear from MacBook Air and only a miniature remain (like on the iPhone and the iPad)?

I decided to try the procedure on my original post on my MacBook Pro.

I copied the Library.photoslibrary Photos of my MBP to an external hard drive connected to my MBP.

I did an "Option" + then click on 'Photos' selected the "Library.photoslibrary Photos" on my external hard drive. This produces the following pop-up message:

"This library contains items to download from iCloud photo library".

"To download the complete library, delete the incomplete elements, then set this library as the library of the system preferences and activate iCloud photo library. This will disable iCloud photo library on other libraries. »

"Delete the incomplete items" or "quit".

I clicked on "Quit" and posted above.

Even clicking end task in the Manager of tasks gets this message before TM requires the application to stop. Back to zero does not solve the problem, and other programs (memory hog) encounter any problems at all. Virus protection is up-to-date, ran a few cleanups, no help. I think that somewhere, paint is watered - I can download and reinstall?

    Hi ebjeebee,

This problem can occur for the following reasons:

    • If the bitmap file is a compressed format that Paint cannot read. For example, paint does not support CVID compressed bitmap files. If you try to open such a file in Paint, the above error message occurs.
    • If the default image for the paint attributes are too large. This setting depends on the memory and disk space.
To resolve this issue, use the appropriate method:
    • If you receive the error message above when opening a bitmap in Microsoft Paint, the only resolution at this time is to open the bitmap file in another program.
    • If you receive the error message above when opening Microsoft Paint, follow these steps to fix it:

    a. open an existing bitmap.

    b. in the Image menu, click attributes.

    c. click on default and then click OK.

    d. on the file menu, click Save as and save the bitmap with a new name.

    e. close and restart Paint.

  • MS Paint build upwards: not enough memory or resources to complete the operation

I call this iguana impressive in the painting and I wanted to color. I decided to go for a black and white look and configured settings and chose the black and white, to give me the white instead of color.
I zoomed to 300% zoom, white selected as color 1 and the third from the right in the second row color 2. Then, I selected the Eraser tool and started colouring the white background on the iguana by using the right button of the mouse.
I tried several times and each time after about 30-60 seconds MS paint show me this message:

There is not enough memory or resources to complete the operation.
Close some programs and try again.

When this happened, I checked the task manager that I couldn't understand something like that was the case. Apparently, I was using only about 60% of my 2 GB of memory, mspaint.exe using somewhere between 9,000 - 14,000 K according to the Task Manager.

I tried to open a new mspaint and redo the same thing as above designated: zoom 300%, black and white, Eraser, white as color 1, which other than 2 colors right click, paint using the eraser: after some time, same result.

    What is going on?

I use an Eeebox EB1012 with 2 GB of RAM, double heart Intel Atom 330, Win7 (naturally)

EDIT: If this is not clear enough: ms paint would not react after the above mentioned message was posted and I had to end the process using Task Manager.

    Hi DrenchedIguana,

Let us try the following workaround and check if this helps us solve this problem.

    Method 1.
Important This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click on the number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
How to back up and restore the registry in Windows: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322756

Let us, make sure that all instances of MS Paint are closed before performing the following operations:
    1. click on start, run, type regedit, and click OK to start Registry Editor.
    2. navigate to this key
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Applets\Paint
and remove the key from the paint.
    3. exit the registry editor and restart the computer.
    4. start the paint to see if your problem has been resolved.

    Method 2.
If the problem persists then I recommend that you create a new user account and check if the problem exists. If the problem is resolved in the new user account, I advise you to fix the corrupted user profile.

    I hope this helps.

  • Error UCSM Serive Profill [not enough vNIC, connection-investment, not enough global resources]

    Hi guys,.

I work in Cisco, and we have a problem for a few days, so I thought it would be useful to ask here.

We created the service with 3 vNIC profile and tried to associate it with a server [actually, we tried 4 different servers] and always, the error we get is:

    "not enough vNIC.

    connection-investment

There's not enough global resources. "

Once I realized the error code is F0327, but not always.

I suspect it's something with the IO Module or do not know what?

    Please, can anyone help?

    Thanks in advance,

    Ron

    Hi guys,.

I just wanted to post this for everyone else reference.

    Blade: B200 M1

    Adapter: Cisco UCS M71KR.-e.

3 VNIC was applied. Two NICs FOR interconnection fabric A and b. interconnection 1 VNIC to the tissue that was a fail with the error "connection placement. This is due to the fact that this card is part of the series of Menlo, in which physical network adapters are mapped to left and right that they can't stand to not "allow failover. This is due to the hard Menlo being mapped to each fabric interconnect so that would mean a VNIC / VHBA by the interconnection fabric.

Once this has been corrected this error disappeared and the association of service profile is complete.

    Hi Ned,.

You have any Adobe application installed on your system, if so please check the permissions for the folder ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe (where ~ indicates your user directory).

Select the Adobe folder, right-click and choose "Get Info" from the menu, expand the sharing tab and Permissions at the bottom of the window and check that your user account has the permissions read & write.

If it doesn't matter what previous version of Adobe Reader is installed, uninstall it completely, restart your system & try to install Adobe acrobat reader Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader Distribution DCDC.

Let me know how it goes.

I suspect that Win7 libraries (Documents) are quite large. Libraries of redirection to your external drive, the will of placeholder still apear under users but the actual data will be on your outside.

Then uninstall your outside Adobe and reinstall to C

Updates for programs or those windows update are installed in the folder temp of victory, there the update, then runs and installs in the records required of this program. Unless you fiddled with the settings of your victory and redirected the temp folder.

I think your problem lies in the installation of Adobe on an external drive and the program Adobe (or at least its update module) is confused by the present.

Using an external drive, especially the usb drive, to a use for which it was not designed is a main issue.

Maybe ask Adobe support if they supported the installation of their program on an external, probably the usb drive
