  Hello. When you click on a link in Safari, I got a screen that says: "ATTENTION Verizon Online Lic user: your Apple macintosh has been blocked." Apple Macintosh system alert! System was infected due to an unexpected error. "Immediately, certified technicians Mac 1-844-316-5 * 5" etc.  I guess it's a scam and did not call the number. But it does not suggest that I was hacked somehow? Can I launch a kind of cleaner? Thank you!

  When I called this number, the person told me it was Microsoft Support and suggested that he needed to take control of my PC to tell me if it was really infected. When I try to open it using the tool of Administration of BI me it requires the password of the RPD. DC I found no matter where I put a dummy and following error appers:

Make sure that ORACLE_INSTANCE is oriented to a valid instance directory.

  All you can do is to locate the receipt of your father for the original purchase (maybe on a record of credit card) and then go into an Apple store with the front desk. You can try without proof of purchase and plead your case, but without proof of purchase, you are not likely to succeed.
