  This looks like a bad memory or not enough on your system.  You should test the RAM on your system:

  Reinstall would be a waste of time because, as I already pointed out, the problem is not in the operating system. It has everything to do with how Toshiba implements access to their volume of recovery and absolutely nothing to do with the operating system. Your best chance of resolution is the manufacturer.   See the code highlighted in red? That's your problem. I bet your IllegalStateException said something on a field "already apparent. Do not add your manager on the screen at all - defining it as banner adds to the hidden screen banner Manager. So remove the code highlighted, and you should be fine.

  I understand that you are wanting to open new windows of applications on the screen that you are working on. It is perhaps because of the way in which several screens are managed. Revisit some information to get this working for you.

  When you open a new window of an application, it will open in the active view. Even if you have the dock on the other screen, look at your taskbar to see if it is translucent. If this is the case, then it is not your main screen and your applications will be opened on the main screen. See the image below for what I will speak about reference.
