  These page numbers were initially created using Acrobat PDF header and footer.

  I have a 750 page pdf document that I've created.

  I have to sometimes the pages up and down after that I added the page numbers in the document by using the Header_Footer tool on the right column of tools.

  But after you save the document, if I get a few pages around, I can't go back and change the page numbers.

  I thought that the page numbers, as indicated in the header and footer must have changed automatically, but I guess that once its print, that it cannot be edited - is that, as what is?

  So I guess we should always first get a copy without numbers of pages before confirming the documents and the creation of an index.

  A way to remove these page numbers already there and add new page numbers.

  Its a lot of work to align 750 court documents and then realize that you must move some and then realize the page numbers cannot be changed and thus begin to do this all over again to compile which can take about 10 hours.

  My question is quite simple, but I hope that overall, I got my point. Sorry if I made it is too complex.

  If no simple way, want to know if anyone has another different tool or a few recommendations to better highlight what I'm doing wrong.

  If this isn't the case, then try to remove from this menu and then re - adding them.

• Restart numbers after CS5 previous level

  I have several books with lists numbered boxes of embedded text box. In each of the sidebars, I have lists numbered, set up as a numbered list of level 2 updates restart numbers after any previous level and the title, which comes just before the list in each text box, such as a numbered list of level 1 with any whole number upward so that it is not actually numbered.  My problem is that the numbers reset. I go to the first element in each of these lists and assign one because they continue the numbering from the previous text manually box. They are supposed to restart after the title, but the title seems to be ignored. Why the "restart numbers after any previous level" does not work.  Have I set up something wrong?

  Change the mode of the column (with no number) to track previous to start at number.

• Publication of Animate sometimes adds a string of numbers after .js.

  I've been running into a one question on since I started to animate. After I publish a file, I go into the HTML file and you notice a string of the instance numbers one '? ' after the path to javascript.

  Any idea what could cause this problem?

  Hello

  You'll see a random query params dummy attached to assets during test movie. This is done to avoid caching aggressive done by browsers which will also not updated your release of test. You will not see the query parameters if you publish the file(File>Publish).

  I have several themes that use the same 5 steps in a process, that I put in a code snippet, and then add several numbered steps more to the list that are specific to this topic.

  I want the additional steps that are not part of the extract of continue numbering. for now, I have the 5 steps numbered in the extract and additional specific steps for each topic restart at 1, rather than continue to 6.

  for example.

  1 go to search

  2. Enter your text

  3. Select your criteria

  4 Select the...

  5 click search.

  1 of the window... click... - This step is a continuation of the previous 5 but numbering does not, on the contrary, it restarts.

  Is it possible to continue the numbering from a snippet?

  The only way to achieve this is to restart the numbering of the item in the list after the code snippet in the required number. You can submit a feature request for it.

• Missing Pages and Numbers after upgrading to El Capitan.

  I have spend Lion, El Capitan, expecting the apps, Pages, and Numbers to be installed as part of the upgrade. I understand that these applications have been made available in the upgrade to Yosemite. If it were, why haven't they installed when I upgraded to El Capitan. Thank you!

  Pages, Numbers and Keynote (iWork alias) applications were never part of any Mac OS X. They came with the new Macs, in previous days on the CD/DVD/card reader, later as a free download from the Mac App Store. In the App Store, it must be associated with an AppleID downloading for the first time.

  Usually an update/upgrade does not remove these applications. But if they were very old versions (not compatible with El Capitan), they could have gotten deleted during the upgrade process. The latest versions are only available via download on the Mac App Store. Check your purchases if you have purchased or registered before. If this isn't the case, then you will need to buy them.

  I had a workplace, where all the blades have been associated and power off (customer did tests of power environment). All OS are installed on local disks (ESXi, Windows, Linux).

  I am working on a form using Acrobat Pro XI. I need complete one of my fields (called order) with something similar to an invoice number, where I have several letters followed a digit it increments of 1 by clicking on a button:

  VS001

  VS002

  VS003...

  I have a button that says increments number; what I want to know is how to precede letters (immutable).

  The code for this button is:

  Right now I'm using two adjacent fields where we take the letters and the other has the sequence numbers, but I encountered the following problem:

  -Numbers do not show the zeros not significant (it indicates VS4 instead of VS004)

  I would like a more elegant solution, where a single field would be needed, if possible.

  You can use something like this:

• OBIEE 11 g - truncate, not around numbers after the decimal

  I'm working on a report on Oracle BIEE 11 g (11.1.1.6.12) where I have some scientific figures that shouldn't be rounded.  For example, I have a few 0.999999999012345678901 in the database.  His shown as 1.0 in the results on the Web page.  The problem is I want it displays 0.999999 in other words, I want to truncate after 6 decimal places and ignore the rest of the value.  I don't want to round.    Another example: it is a 123.99999999999999912345789 value in the database, but its presentation as 124,0 on report.   Once again, I want to only see 123.999999 on the report.

  Right now I look at the properties of the columns-> Data Format.  There is a checkbox for "Substitute default data Format" and the drop-down options menu is customized.    Y at - it Digital Format custom that I can use?

  Found the answer. For those looking

  Right click and go to edit the formula (instead of column properties) in the formula column, it should be "Your_table.your_column", I added TRUNCATE ("your_table.your_column", 5) and click Save.  I used 5 because I need to go to the fifth decimal place.

  Click Ok.

  Click the results tab and your desired results should appear.

• Incorrect page numbers after conversion of Excel to PDF

  I used Adobe Standard for years to convert multi-tab Excel files to pdf format.  I have the foot of page set up for the number of page X of Y at the bottom of each page.  I can print to PDF and page numbers are correct.  However, if I use convert pdf component software plug-in, the pages of each show page 1 of 1 down.  It started when I bought a new workstation with Office 2010 and Adobe X standard.  I spent 3 hours with Adobe personal tech support trying to correct to have come back them to say that this feature no longer exists with Adobe X, but then to escalate the issue to a higher level.

  Does anyone else have this problem?  I want a solution, rather than work around the problem, because this software is not cheap and it is essentially the only thing that we use it for.

  I have older versions of Adobe, but they are not compatible with Office 2010, it seems that I am stuck between the hammer and the anvil!

  Please let me know if there are additional details or if someone noticed!

  I use Office 2010 Pro and Acrobat X Pro.  I've found a workaround as follows:

  (1) on the Ribbon, click on 'File' and select 'Save as '.

  (2) to "Save as Type", select "PDF".

  (3) under "Options" Select "entire workbook.

  4) click "Save".

  It works for me, I hope this is a help to you.  It's a shame that we cannot just convert like we used to do.

• Get and set a Position of the pre-numbered WPF legend

  I'm creating a WPF application that displays a chart of data (several courses) and adds several annotations programmatically. The user has the ability to drag the annotation (InteractionMode = AnnotationInteractionModes.DragLabel) labels. I need to be able to record the new position of the label and load it later.

  I use the NationalInstruments.Controls.PointAnnotation a NationalInstruments.Controls.Graph object.

  I thought it would be reflected in the LabelAlignment, but that does not change the value that I set when I initially create the annotation of.

  Once I have the position of the label, I need to be able to reset the label to this post, but let's start first of all, I need to get this job.

  There is no property on the annotation of point that sets the position of the label. I created a task to look by adding this.

  However, you can monitor the changes using a custom BoundsAlignment application that registers the new offset as it is updated:

I have Lightroom on Mac and Windows PC with local catalogues which are clouds synchronized (but never on at the same time). Could be the cause of this problem? It is possible that differ from the Mac and Windows version catalogs and their creative together via the Cloud technology synchronization can cause this duplication is obvious when all files are renamed by using a number of automatic sequence?

  Yes, my default sort criteria is by file name as my beginning of file names with a reverse date followed by a sequence number. I think at some stage I must have reproduced all the files on the Windows PC and saved with a different range of sequence numbers after the element of date filenames outside of LR. Sometime later I have imported in the Lightroom. When I decided to rename all of them using this naming convention, I discovered the duplication hiding behind different file names. This turns out to be a lesson on the practices of workflow systems.
