NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 good enough to use the software Adobe CC?

Good time for all the world. I need your advice on the choice of the video card just for my workstation. I am currently using build-in graphics card Intel(r) HD Graphics 4400 for the graphic design and video editing.

In any case, I had difficulty to enjoy the 3D PS CC feature to create 3D fonts, CC AI keep stop answer click when I try to make a piece of A4 size, and I can not load even After Effect.

I hope that the video card is good enough to support multitasking, that I can PS open and HAVE at the same time and allow me to copy the vector to HAVE and paste it directly into the PS.

I'm just a immediately user on PS, Amnesty International and After Effect, so I choose Nvidia GeForce GT 730, is this sufficient or is not suitable for my experience? Please advice > <

Thank you very much!
