  Does anyone know how or if there is a way to reinstall MS Office Starter 2010 on my Toshiba laptop? I bought this in 2012 and it came with this preinstalled but I uninstalled it that following the advice of Ms when it is impossible to open WORD yesterday. Online instructions to "fix" this problem have been uninstalling and reinstalling, but this isn't the case! I contacted MS who told me to contact Toshiba, but said that once uninstalled as it was preinstalled when you buy, so it cannot be reinstalled. If someone else has had this same problem and, if so, is - that someone managed to recover the software?

  I don't know if I did this correctly so just going to send a response to say that I did not have answers to my question. It may be that no one else has had this problem or that there is no solution other than buying new software that I can really do without.

  We bought the HP Office Pro 6830 a month ago and have had no trouble.  For the first time, I try to make a copy, probably the SIMPLEST function for this device to do!  I load the document, press on copy, select number of copies, hit enter and I get a sign of formidable yellow caution with the error 'problem scanner... '. Turn the printer off, then turn it on.  "If the problem persists, the scanner has is damaged and can not copy or scan ' mind you, we've never done a copy until today.  The printer prints very well of our laptops and iPad, even if it's FOREVER showing that it is offline!  Help, please... I just want to be able to copy and all the other features feature as HP claims should be available!

• Updates to MS Office and other problems.

  I am running MS Vista with SP2 and when I try to use Office 2003, office 2007 tent install, the computer came up with an addition of the trial for office 2007 I have uninstalled 2007, I have office 2003 is installed and when I try to update I get a response to day 2007. And whenever I go to MS Update it gives me updates for office 2007. It gets very frustrating to say the least, I feel if MS is endearing to cram Access2007 down in my mind, they must give it to me free of charge or leave the _! With all the problems of the MS OS cause I am seriously thinking about changing to MAC, another advantage with Mac is that I won't have to worry about viruses. I am an advanced user and I never had so much trouble one operating system that I have with Windows, even Linux responds better, because all the money than Windows costs it should be perfect now!

• Taskbar problem

  I have already in place/use "1-click" icons in my taskbar (next to the Start button).  For some reason, they have disappeared.   Create a new user account and check if the problem persists, if the problem does not persist in the new user account, then you can fix the damaged user account.

  Recently received an error message that my head of printer KY on my model # C8192A Office Jet is missing or damaged. I replaced the print head. The good news is the printer works. However, it is not the green color printing. A ran a self-diagnosis page. All 4 cartridges are almost full and they expire in 2016. Health of the print head was listed as good. Any suggestions?

  I see that you have the Officejet Pro L7780, recently it takes to replace Black / Printhead yellow and now it will not print green. It is possible that the printhead cyan / magenta must be replaced, even if it is listed a "good."

  You will have to perhaps run a level or two of cleaning, perhaps to align the printer. This HP document: Troubleshooting Print quality problems will show you how to perform these actions.

  Currently have a 9900 and am evaluating whether to upgrade to a Q10.

  Carrier through TMobile, with BBCS in Office 365 e-mail accounts and one account Office 365 by TMobiles BIS.

  What I give myself to understand, Q10 works with EAS, how it works with multiple accounts Office365?

  Also understand that there are problems with synch EAS causing Exchange to enter the locking of the device for 10 minutes. This problem has been fixed.

  How the Q10 will work with a shared calendar Office 365? Eternal problem for mobile devices, are there special apps developed for the Q10 allow access? We do not run Sharepoint.

  Well it does not really a default value in the hub, you will have all your accounts, when you dial, you can bring the account to send from or if you only see one account he chooses the one to send.

  Calendar is separated by colors, and when you make a new appointment you just choose which calendar it is posted to.

  Even with contacts, even if I found it annoying that when I add or change a contact on the Q10, it removes the category in Outlook and changes my sort of first/last to the last/first.

  Battery life is ok, I disable the LTE radio as I did not have that kind of speed to watch just the emails and contacts and allows the battery life much.

• Peripheral USB works intermittently on XP computer at startup. the Office of other problems, why?

  There are three 7 port usb hubs in a string, (all connected each), first of all, one from the computer, more a fourth with four ports connected to a Dell usb keyboard, which itself is connected to one of the hub 7 ports.
