• OfficeJet 4650: New HP Officejet 4650 cannot be detected in the wireless

  Have tried to install this printer with the 8.1 Windows wireless configuration wizard and Windows 10, and none of them can detect this printer on the same network. Manually enter that IP address of the wizard is not working too.

  I also changed the printer IP of the DHCP server to static, same thing.

  The only way it can detect the printer is through windows 'Add a device' where it appears a list of the devices in which 2 printers named with "Direct-*-4650". "» Not sure one to choose.   Just return to the issue with the solution. After working with HP support, we discovered the root cause. At home, I used extensions of TP-Link powerline to basic wireless network and ending up with 4 more wireless relay networks that are all on the same subnet and masks. Home, the devices are connected to different networks wireless in places and they have no problem to connect to each other.

  However, this printer 4650, if the Setup program on one basis other than directly connected to the router network, it will be inaccessible. It can be reached from the core network; and all devices on other networks can reach it after that. Another printer, HP 3040 A, has no question also and can be installed on any network.

  Seems a limitation of 4650 printer!

  When you ask 4650 HP Officejet to print it comes up with a message "wait until printing is complete before pushing in the output extension tray" and nothing prints.   I understand that you have a printer all-in-one HP OfficeJet 4650 do not print and displays an error message that says "wait until printing is finished before pushing in the output extension tray. I would like to help with that.

  I would like to start by making a power reset the printer.

  

  Once the power reset is complete, try to print a report using the control panel of the printer.

  1 load letter or A4 unused plain white paper into the paper tray.

  2. in the printer control panel, press Tools.

  3. press on the report on print quality.

  I did use Easy Scan to scan documents on my computer until this week. I have an Imac and last week installed Sierra on the Mac. The message I get is

  HP OfficeJet 4650 series [C5F08A] is currently unavailable. Please check if it is connected and turned on, or try again later.

  The printer is wireless connected and working.

• OfficeJet 4650: Impossible to scan with my new OfficeJet 4650

  I can print with my new OfficeJet 4650 but the scan function does not work.  I tried using my Windows 7 computer and my windows 10 2-in-1 nothing.  When I start printing and scanning doctor I am getting 2 different error messages:

  Windows 7: "Device Manager is an error that requires a restart of the computer."  I restart and rerun the utility but the same error message appears.

  10: "HP Twain Scan Windows error" - I unplugged the printer, waited 60 seconds, plugged back in and turned on.  Then I restarted my computer and represented the utility and received the same error message.

  Can someone help me with one of these errors?

  You can tr to uninstall and reinstall the software COMPLETE features, follow these steps:
  
  1 uninstall the software from your computer
  2. download and save the software COMPLETE features (do not install online)

  The following resources will help you:

  3. install the FULL feature software "saved".
  
  Once you have downloaded and installed the software, FULL of features, you will be able to print and scan.

  Gmail, Yahoo, and SmarterMail are web-based email clients which means that they are using a Web browser.

  It seems that the printer is not selected in the print dialog box. Please ensure that you select your printer. Otherwise, it could use a PDF or Microsoft OneNote Driver, printer etc.

  Are you able to print from MS Word, Notepad, or WordPad?

  In the meantime, I would reset the settings of your browser to see if that solves the problem.

  Reset the settings of your Internet Explorer browser

  1. Close all Internet Explorer Windows or Explorer Windows that are currently open.

  2. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.

  3. Click Tools and then click Internet Options.

  Reset the settings of your Firefox browser

• OfficeJet 4650: 0XB8000508 error Code

  I get an error code on the front screen of my printer, 0XB8000508.  I'm not finding it in one of the forums.  I can get it to go away by turning the printer off and then back on.  But it has happened twice now.  Can you give me some answers as to what is this error and how to correct?

  I'm sorry to hear that your printer is getting an error code.  Here is a document that presents several of these errors and describes how to reset the printer when they occur.  http://support.HP.com/us-en/product/HP-OfficeJet-4650-all-in-one-printer-series/5447930/document/c00489814/

  There are several error messages that come from the printer and there is no definition of what each of them average.  It is an indicator of an internal error in the printer State.

  As you can see from the document - reset of the printer is the only step of troubleshooting for these errors.  If this error persists, you may need to replace the printer.  If the printer is under warranty I would recommend that you contact HP customer support (the link is in the above document) to set up an Exchange.   If the printer is out of warranty - continue to reset it for as long as retrieves the unit.  You can start shopping for another printer.

  I hope this helps, and I hope that the error appears again.

• HP OfficeJet 4650: Change scan settings

  I installed this printer (HP OfficeJet 4650) with my new HP All In One desktop PC. When you scan documents and pictures, I get the entire screen printing. How can I change the settings to not analyze that what is on the screen, without having to go back and trim surplus space to all about what was scanned?

  In addition, the resolution of the scanned image is poor. I found the setting to change the print quality to the 'best', which I take as a higher resolution, but also does back up towards the top scan quality? I traced information about the change of the ppi of 200 to 300, but the instructions are for MAC/IOS - which I couldn't follow on my system.

  I don't seem to be able to download the scan for app by email to my Officejet 4650. Is the problem that the printer is not compatible with this application? Other apps seem to work OK, but I really want to be able to analyze and then send the file directly from the printer rather than using another device.

  Scanning to email app is not compatible with your printer indeed.

  Scanning to email app can be added in HPConnected for printers equipped with a color touchscreen, no printer with a monochrome screen like the Officejet 4650.

If I create a recovery disc it will allow me to select 64-bit or it will create just once for a 32-bit system? Is there another way that I can return to the initial configuration?

  What model of laptop you have (L630-xxx)?

  Create recovery DVDs and test. You should not wait for a response, just to test it.
  You can also try to start installation of recovery of HARD drive, just to see what will happen.

  With NI WSN 1.1, using a 9792, I can click on the button set the permissions, and if none had been defined would simply ask me a new administrator password.  Now with NI WSN 1.2, when I click on the button set the permissions he takes me to the web interface of the 9792 and said "nobody is connected or you don't have permissions to view/edit users, groups, and permissions.»  When I click on the "connect" button, a box opens and asks me a username and password.  I scoured the notes version of the help files and the internet, and it seems there is NO documentation on how to set up the first name of username/password combination, or it indicates what combination of username/password default username there might be.  I also tried a brand new 9792 straight out of the box and load of 1.2 to this subject and it has the same problem.  Is there something obvious that I'm missing?  How a person initially configure security on the 9792?

When you use NEITHER-WSN 1.1 allowed us users to define the initial password and this is still the case for the 9791. The 9792 is a gateway OR WSN node and a target time LabVIEW Real-time. Its default log in information or lie in a (KB) Knowledge Base using LabVIEW or helping MAX. You use LabVIEW 2009 SP1 or LabVIEW 2010?
