  Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand that you have a hard time, printing an envelope of A10 from your Android device. I would like to help.

  I couldn't find a reason for the software to reject the size of the A10. I went another way and looked at the material instead.

  I went through the list of supported paper sizes. The Officejet 7610 does not support size A10 envelopes.

  The application supports the paper size. Given that the printer does not work it only allows you to print with this size. This isn't a good answer, but it is a solution to the question: why you can't print in cell A10. Or a Kudos. Let me a Kudos.

  Bought an Officejet 7610 wide format e-all-in-one more than 1 year ago.  Finally put in place.  Am I correct, that there is no advanced settings of color as my old Photosmart C6280 - brightness, saturation, hue, and settings for each color? Is this what current HP - Photosmart line?

  Although the advanced color settings may be different, there are options with software and print, dialog box that you can modify. I wonder if you might find the following useful information:

  The default sRGB mode

  The default sRGB color space is the most common configuration for print jobs. As mentioned, most of the images are sRGB and sRGB offers color high quality automatic without user intervention. When sRGB is selected, the driver controls the color management. Color management should not be attempted with ICC profiles, while the pilot is set to sRGB mode. This will lead to generally low color fidelity.

  Thank you X-23.  I was afraid of that.  Not trying to digitize 13 x 19, as I know, it cannot do this but hope that I was able to custom resize 13 x 19 a smaller original.  Seems that the software is the culprit.  Not resolved but resolved as much as possible.  Yet X-23 thank you for your kind cooperation.

  I've recently updated to macOS Sierra 10.12 and scanning to HP computer software cannot be located when I open the HP utility.

  I can't find a further recommended HP software for my device other than El captain in operating system online.

  If I try to scan through preferences systems for printers and Scanners I can open the scanner, but I can't create a PDF combining into one document - it cancels the procedure after about 2 pages!

  The scan HP Destinations 'PDF for Adobe Reader' is red 'could not locate the target application that might have removed or uninstalled. File format = "PDF".

  How can I get that back?

  I understand that computer analysis can not be activated as well as the scan and combine them into a single pdf document. With your printer HP Officejet 7610. I am pleased to see that for you!

  At this time for this model. There is no software and drivers for Mac OS X 10.12 again, given that the operating system has just been launched, it could take some time. For the time being, you can try to use HP Easy Scan to see if that can meet your scanning preferences. In otherwise, all we can do is wait for the software and drivers to be released.

  Since I bought the printer and installed, it has never been aligned. Right now, it's an extremely expensive and large Clipboard.

  I tried the alignment troubleshooting, print many pages of alignment, etc. - each time the same result. It is said to be 'successful', but the impression is even more page... diagonally off course.

  Already now and then he said 'bad size of the loaded papr' - when clearly I am loading A4 paper in the bins of size A4 setting. So it is not sensible.

  My printer HP OfficeJet 7610 was broken, it can not load paper. I bought in an authorized service center. They said, that it cannot be repaired, because the replacement part for the part that is broken is not available.  They do not find a part number for it to the list of spare parts.

  So they tell me that it can not be repaired. I must buy a new one.

  Can you tell me - is it true?

  How HP does not support replacement spare parts for the part that can be broken.

  This is a printer end way, not a low end printer.

  Just purchased HP Officejet 7612 last night. Has crossed the entire Assembly process - with horrible instructions anywhere.

  Is the facility only to find out that the transport is stuck in the closed position.  3 of the report 4 ink carts that they are not installed correectly causing the tostuck head of print/transport in closed position.

  I have $83.00 applies ink to replace the carts of configuration but are unable to them.  I tried all the troubleshooting tips, and they talk only about paper jams.

  Anyone ever experience?

  I see that you are having problems of transport. I would like to help!

  I would recommend starting with a power reset.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

  I suggest following the procedure described in this document:

• OfficeJet 7610: upgrade to Win10, no longer have the option of scanning in the HP software.

  I upgraded to Win10 and had to reinstall my HP software.  Now the HP software shows that the printer.  I don't have the option to scan or fax from the HP software.   Ran the HPDoctor and said msg that some updates have been made to correct the scanner.  Ran the scan test and got a msg that the scanner was not available, but I was able to scan from the software Windows FAX/scan very well.  Help!  I prefer to use the HP software for scanning.

  HP Officejet 7610: I can't select "Edge to edge" or 'A3 low margin' or same A4 and 'Paper' together since my computer crashed and I restored. Despite download of new dishes soft and firm. It uses "photographic" only parameters. This makes the toner appear through the paper and use the toner. I even deleted the latest version of the software and re-installed from the original disc.   Why is that I can print Super B (13 "x 19") on my HP OfficeJet 7610 with my old Windows Vista laptop, but not my new Windows laptop 8.1?  When I try to implement my print job, I don't get the Super B paper option.

  It seems that you are looking for paper sizes have not installed on the Windows 8.1 or have been corrupted. I think that the best next step for to do you is to uninstall the software and install it again.

  To uninstall, follow this document from HP: uninstalling the printer software and install it please use the HP printer installation wizard.

• HP Officejet 7610 - damaged cartridge Error Message

  I have a new HP Officejet 7610 - less than 2 months old. It has been working fine until today when the magenta cartridge supplied with the printer is empty.  The printer told me to replace, that I did with a new HP ink cartridge. As he tried to reset, accepted the cartridge, it gave me an error message:

  "One or more cartridges appear to be damaged." and poster cyan and yellow. The two who are aged less than 2 weeks and new HP cartridges themselves.

  So, I replaced both cartridges with two new HP ink cartridges. I keep getting the same message.
