  I bought a HP Officejet Pro 8620 and connect 2 computers via a wireless connection with the latest driver.
  In the first computer (windows 7) I can print without any problem
  On the second one (windows 8), when I try to print, I can see in the windows printer spooler file that I'm going to print. The file is sent to the printer, without error, BUT nothing happens.
  I already tried reinstalling the drivers, restart the computer, the printer. I tried to connect to a wired network. It still does not. It's very weird but I got no error, just does not print. I thought that the printer does not work, but on the second computer I can print.

  I want to install a whole new 8610 to our computer with WIndows 8.1 HP's OfficeJet Pro and I use a USB cable.

  I installed everything correctly according to the setting (green controls along the + "full installation") and the printer is set as default (also with the green check mark).

  There is communication between the two because I can print test pages (head alignment, etc.) for HP printer app and I can also scan a doc to the PC successfully.

  Despite the light the printer in the print menu, when you try to print, I can't any print file from PC to the printer, an email or a Word doc.

  And what baffles me, is that I can see the printed file go into the queue for a bit of treatment, then it disappears as if it's done, but it is not an activity of the printer.

  I completely uninstalled and reinstalled nothing doesn't.

  This should take 10 minutes to Setup, and I just don't understand.

  You might try the recommendation at the following link.   If this does not resolve your problem, you might want to try the tool print and scan diagnostic.

  Using an Officejet 6500 E709a connected to Windows 7 64-bit PC via ethernet LAN.  Intermittently, the printer is unable to print a part of the last line of the document.  A 12 point font for example it does not print the bottom half of the letters on the last line of text.  What software (word, excel, PDF, etc.) and it does not matter hwer on the page of the last line falls.  It occurs only on the last page of multipage documents.

  My new 8620 habit simply printed.

  Scan and these images successfully appears on the laptop.  Wireless connection is strong and recognized.  can print from 2 different iPhones, but nothing of the laptop.

  Print Manager and HP Web site so tell me the printer is online and ready, and is the default printer recognized and there is no problem with the printer.

  Running HP Print & Scan Dr. (about 4 times) and the test page does not print, but I can print the internal test page.  Then say it is a software problem and uninstall.

  You can download and install the software FULL of HP printing features to win 10 (32/64-bit):

  Once you have downloaded and installed the software, FULL of features, you will be able to print and scan.

  Let us know if it works and what are the errors that you see.

  We recommend that you uninstall before reinstalling the previous software.

  I wanted to tender hand to try to help with the problem you are having with your Mac running 10.11 does not print black when you use your Officejet 8620.   I have my 8100 Officejet Pro connected to my home network via a wired ethernet connection. I use Mac OS X 10.9. We had ongoing problems with the printer is accessible via the network. Whenever we have set up the connection, it works for a few print jobs, but whenever we close the printer, the next attempt to print always fails.

I went back to square one: reinstalled printer drivers on my MacBook Pro running Mac OS x 10.9; has passed through all stages of wired network connection. and now, every time I send a job to the printer, it fits like the receipt of employment and printing, but the printer itself does not.

  The Billboard on the printer indicates it is connected to the network. Print the Network Setup page confirms it is connected to the cable network. Visit the IP address of the printer via my web browser also confirmed. I am able to print a printer HP Print Utility status report, so I don't know that the computer network and the printer are connected and communicate with each other. However, I can't print from MS Word, PDF files or anywhere else outside of the HP Print utility. Work is revealed in the queue, where it shows the status of each page completely 100%, employment disappears, but does never print it.

  I understand that you are now able to print from USB, but not on the network.

  There are a few things you can try.

  Connect the printer to the router with the ethernet cable.

  Unplug the USB cable.

  Get the IP address of the printer.

  Click on the Apple.
  Click on System Preferences, click on the print icon and scanning, select the printer, click the sign - to remove the printer. Then click on the + sign, then select the printer from the list, select the printer name first, if it does not try the driver airprint, (airprint is apple pre-installed with functionality of basic pilot) click on the Add button.

  You can try is to add the printer as a Protocol IP to see if it will work. Go to Apple, system, print, and scan preferences, click on + button, then select the icon of intellectual property across the top, type in the IP address of the printer, select direct stream below, then apply.

  Try to print.

However I just discovered that if I set up the printer to connect to the wireless router work with my wireless laptop but she connects with the computers on the network cable.   Just bought this printer.  It will not pick up and print paper weigh heavy, even if specifications state that this paper card stock is supported in this machine.  I see where others have had this problem and resolved with a replacement of paper with stronger Springs tray.  I don't know where to turn when technical support does not have this problem.

  OK, bad give it a try.  Is there a paper differn tray that will accomidate the heavier papers?

• Chromebook SAMSUNG: Print HP Officejet Pro 6835 does not not on google

  Read previous posts on wireless printing does not.  It worked yesterday and nothing has changed to my knowledge.

  My wife has a mini ipad and it will print.

  I did the following things:

  1 repowered / router reset (and the cable modem for fun)

  2 eprint transmitted a document, he worked / print-out of the e-mail. (ahem)?

  3. printer shows connectivity status report.

  4 embedded Web server url works, watch on the chromebook.

  5. print Self Test Page worked.

  -Write all this, makes me think this is the google and Google Chrome OS print server.

  I hope to realize soon.  I have too wait to print to stall on this gibberish.  Give me a USB cable to the redesign of Chromebook. This google wireless gets to be undesirable, when it does not work.

  Google Chrome has done a update that I didn't know.  I had checked the update of the firmware of HP, and that was in effect.

  Once I had put Chrome to date and reset the chromebook, it works.
