  No, the plan of photography is just that - LR + PS + a few storage. Nothing more. If you want to access other tools you need to update / complete your plan additional cost.

  When you install the first Pro CC 2014 Media Encoder CC 2014 is included as part of the installation and will appear in the Start Menu (Win) or Applications (Mac) after the installation folder.   each single-user license, it's just that, for a single user and can not (legally) be shared between two different users.

  programs of CC can be installed on pc or mac.  each user can install on an unlimited number of computers, but can only connect to, at most, two computers at a time.  These 2 computers can be 2 pcs, 2 macs, or one of each.

  You get webbasics (the most basic account) with CCM. If you want to upgrade, upgrade you to a higher plan as you do now.
