  • BlackBerry smartphones when you try to make a call, I get this message: "unable to connect. Call in progress"

Until a few days ago this phone has worked in the car (Bluetooth) and elsewhere.

Suddenly, when I was in the car with the phone, I got a call that I could not access. I tried to connect, but the device did not respond.  However, I could cut an incoming call.

Subsequently, and still in the car, every 10-15 seconds the phone rang again.  Each time, I was not able to accept the call but managed to put out of service.

This continued for a while until I've finished my trip.

Later, I managed to stop the ringing by cutting the storm.

Subsequently, I was unable to make any calls or receive all.  I get the message: "unable to connect. Call in progress".

I called the storm of my fixed line and it does not sound.

A problem really disturbing last night was the alarm.  That has been fixed at 5:00 this morning so that I could watch the broadcast eligible Grand Prix.  He didn't ring and went to rehearsal still sounds do not.

Why my previously sensitive phone suddenly disappeared into pieces?

    You are welcome.

    Good luck.

    Hello

Temporarily disable the security software on both computers and check if it makes a difference.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/disable-antivirus-software

Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats.  In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Start-up applications to receive messages from windows that have stopped working. One of them is IE3SH application has stopped working. How can I fix it?

    Hi 9gonz9,

Welcome to the Microsoft Answers site!

You get this error message when you start the desktop computer?

You can check if the complete startup items are checked in the msconfig utility.

    1. open System Configuration by clicking Start , clicking Control Panel, clicking system and security, clicking Administrative Tools, and then double-click the System Configuration.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    2. click the Startup tab and check if all the items are archived there.

You can also run a bag of security for your computer and check if this solves the problem.

    http://www.Microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/

If the problem persists, turn the computer in clean boot and check if all the background program is causing this error message. To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

The steps to perform a clean boot are given below:

1 log on to the computer using an account with administrator rights

    2. click on start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER to start the System Configuration utility.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue

    3. on the general tab, click Selective startup, and then clear the check box load startup items. (The check box use the file Boot is not available.)

    4. on the Services tab, click to select the skin all the Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all

Note: Following this step lets services Microsoft continue to run. These services include networking, Plug-and-Play, record of events, error reporting, and other services. If you disable these services, you can permanently delete all restore points. Do not do this if you want to use with existing restore points system restore utility

Once you start the office see if you get the error message. If not then follow the divide and conquer method mentioned in the article below to know which program is causing the problem.

For more information about the clean boot, follow the below given link:

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

    1. click on start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.

    2. on the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

    3. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart

    Hope this information is useful.

    b. in the drives list, click the drive you want to clean, and then click OK.
    (c) in the dialog box disk cleanup, on the Disk Cleanup tab, select the check boxes for the types of files that you want to remove, and then click OK.
    d. in the message that appears, click on delete files.

    Stage II.
Unregister Windows Installer and then reregister Windows Installer. To do this, follow these steps:
    a. in the menu 'Start', click on ' execute:.»
    b. in the "Open" box type "msiexec /unreg" and then press ENTER.
    c. on the menu 'Start', click 'run '.
    d. in the "Open" box type "msiexec/regserver" and then press ENTER.

    Method 2.
At startup, there is a request pending to be updated or installed. We can perform the boot minimum troubleshooting to find this application.
See the article below for instructions on how to start your computer in a clean boot state.

  • Get the message - "Unable to create my object of security" when open My Safe

Whenever I try to open the folder 'my safe' I get this message...

Cannot create my safe view object.
My chest cannot be unlocked, because its data file is currently in use or has just been used by another application. Unlocking cannot continue until the safe My data file is closed and removed from the cache files of the operating system. This is usually a temporary condition. Wait a few seconds and try again.

Does anyone know how to do to solve this problem, or if someone has had this problem before?

    Hello

I guess that any application that runs in the background OS possibly use my secure file and therefore, you get this message.

I studied a bit and it seems that my Safe is part of protection as a result of the pre-installed software.
I think that the software of fingerprints (part of the suite software Protect) need the My Safe secure file date of the user. This file you can import or export the Passport form.

In my opinion, the fingerprint use my safe and it's why the message.
Perhaps that the settings are saved only in the cache and that's why you should remove.

Go to the properties of the HARD drive and on the general tab, you will find disk cleanup option. Run it and don't remove all of the necessary files.
