Open can´t downloade element says wrong serial number?

Downloaded open can´t loose 12. program says wrong serial number, well that copied the e-mail to Adobe.

What should I do?

    do not hit notebooks glorified.  at least you have your serial number.

    If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

    I bought it through my college in 2011 and I now want to install the software on my new Mac. I copied the serial number of the software directly from my Adobe ID login. What I am doing wrong. (BTW, I called support phone Adobe and hung up the first time after 20 minutes of waiting.) The second time the representative me CS is only supported by 'chat '. A web discussion forum is not 'cat').

    If you have only one installation enabled then you can avoid probably disable the one you currently have.  You will receive a message about exceeding the activations if this has been a problem.

    If the school has provided this software as a special offer you can check with them.  In some cases, special offers are limited and the license does not last forever.  If you paid the price full student then this is not the case.

    Because it seems that you have not tried this chat option which should give a go - see below.  Be patient and try to stay quiet/friendly and they might be receptive to helping instead to lift you back on the forum.  They have the ability to help, but sometimes they choose to not.

    Hi Kay,

    If you view the image on the Web site under license history, you will see the watermark it. Then, simply open this picture in the history of the license and choose "save image to the desktop". Now, open the uploaded image and check it out. It should not have the watermark more.

    I'm spending my old pc (win XP) to another (Win 8.1).

    As I wanted to move my installation of acrobat 8 to the new computer, I did the following now:

    -J' disabled (Acrobat 8) license on the old computer

    -J' uninstalled acrobat 8 on the old computer and rebooted, it

    -J' downloaded acrobat 8 on the site of adobe on the new computer

    -J' started the installation that requires serial number

    -J' connected to my acrobat account and found my serial number is

    -J' checked this serial with my paper and invoice copies (bought ion 2007): it's allright

    -J' typed in the serial number I copied it from the account I copied it in the email I received in 2007 / / I checked twice and even more:

    The installation tool says "invalid serial number" - even though I am very sure that it is the right one.

    I can't go any further.

    What happens wrong or am I doing wrong?

    First of all I won't suggest you install Acrobat 8 on windows 8. This version of the application has never been tested on Windows 8.

    You can upgrade to the latest version of Acrobat.

    I have a copy of PSE12. It is one of the versions combined with Premiere elements.

    It has never been installed before.

    • I sent Adobe proof of purchase
    • I sent Adobe Student ID proof

    All this goes back and began July 16

    • on July 29 I followed what I have not heard anything
    • On 1 August, still no response, so I followed again
    • On 4 August, still no response, so I followed again
    • On 7 August, still no response, so I followed again
    • On 9 August, still no response, so I followed again

    But let's look at a few details...

    Adobe staff: We have escalated this case to our higher authority and senior level, they will answer you promptly so please don't worry about this

    Me: How long should I expect to wait however? I thought it was up to 72 hours and it approximates that.

    Adobe staff: you have to wait the 36-72 hours

    Adobe staff: I see that you have invested a lot of time and effort in order to solve this problem.  I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

    Adobe staff: I'm sure they'll get back to you as soon as.

    Me: Its been almost 72 hours since the last time I did contact.

    Adobe staff: I understand your situation that you're very frustrated on our part but we will certainly work on it we have increased the cases they will get ack.

    Adobe another staff member: I understood that you need help to activate your product, is that correct?

    Me: Yes I need the serial number.

    Me: Here's some of my last conversation with XXXXX

    Me: I learned more than 6 days ago and still haven't heard.

    So may I have fact all asked of me all I want is a serial number for a product that I own. why is it also a difficult process and why the staff give me different information each time that I contact you?

    I had dealt with the cat, a few times since the foregoing and kept work around the race. I even used the section complaints from the Adobe site and no has not heard back in the allotted time.

    I went back to discuss today because I was f & * ked out at this stage...

    Finally got a support chat staff member who was willing to take responsibility and actually done something about this.
