Order a real product, will let alone I ever?

I ordered the sensor Kinect Xbox 1 on 22 February, with an estimated time of arrival on February 26. As this date draws nearer, I was warned that would change the date to Feb. 29. The date has since been moved on 2 Mar, Mar 3 and currently on 9 March. The rate of change of date which have taken place so far, presumably essentially that date will get postponed once more when on 9 March goes and comes.

I sent an email on March 1 and March 3, stating that I would like to know what is happening. Never received a response from each email, even though it said I should hear in the time of day 1. Didn't happen. Why is it an option then?

I then made the Dell chat on March 4, that I intended to call 1-800-247-2076 and said to hit option 4. I called, and the woman I talked to that I transferred to a disconnection as soon as he came on his computer.

Where is my order? If it is delayed, then tell your customers instead of playing games and push back the date of return to waiting for them to cancel their orders, or canceling it for them if they do not check the box saying that it's OK to not receive their order in time, or at all.

In the end, what happens with the 2005477298365 purchase order id? I don't want a reply comments-assess "when to ship", but a real - "that's what happened, and it will be delivered to the (insert the date of shipment)." Would be appreciated.

My apologies for the confusion when ordering.  I could see this and found that Yes, the product is out of stock.  It is estimated to ship 3/9.  Dell doesn't have the Xbox product, but sells them as a convenience for our customers.  We rely on third party providers to have sufficient stock to meet the requirements of the customers, but sometimes this happens not and products will be put out of stock.  Once there are more in stock, yours will be one of the first to be shipped.
