I need your assistance on removing the anti theft protection of this phone. I don't know how this happened but i've unfortunately become the victim here because customer returned the phone to me. It is useless at the moment. I can provide you all of the necessary documents for proof of purchases about this phone. Need your assistance on solving this issue. I had to contact you as we unfortunately don't have any official blackberry office in Turkey at themoment. Please provide me any necessary steps to solve this problem. I asked the customer if he entered any bbid before, he said no, he couldn't pass the id screen and returned the device to my shop. I can not sell this new device to anyone which is a big lost for as all of my profits are gone if this is not solved.
