Paid for CC, but Adobe has yet to grant us access.

My wife and I live in the Peru. She does not speak English, so I'm helping this issue. She is a Professor of school here at the Peru and bought the plan creative cloud of student suite last Friday. It is now Monday night and she did not always receive access to the product. We cannot find a way to get your hands on the support the customer to the Peru. Available for the Peru phone number does not work, and the cat is still closed. Is there someone here who can help us to get this issue sorted? It is not fair that pay us for one product and that you do not get to use it. We don't even have a notice from Adobe that there is still a problem. We are just left in the dark. Please help us get this figured out. Thanks a bunch!
