Passage of restoring iCloud to iTunes

Hi, I just got a replacement iPhone. Before it was replaced I have full backups of my iMac (via iTunes) and icloud. I was away from home when I got then started replacing the restoration to iCloud by using WiFi. The problem is that my photos (about 10,000 of them) are holding still to be restored. Assuming that this will be much faster on iTunes via USB. Can I switch to the restoration of iTunes for my photos without having to wipe the phone and start over?

Thank you!

It depends on how your photos are stored on your phone if they will restore from iTunes or not (using iCloud photo library?)

You will have to start the restore process if you want to restore from iTunes.

You made an encrypted backup via iTunes, otherwise don't restore not your health data.
