Password blocked

I tried to create a password for my administrator account, but windows keeps me blocking do.  There is no password on the account so I don't understand what the problem is.  Only thing I can think is that since it's a purchase "off-the-shelf" from best buy may have not remove their settings completely.  Help, please!

Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.

If you can't always change your password. Review the following.

In local users and groups, click users, and then on the right, double-click the account that you are using.

Make sure there is no checkmark in "user cannot change password". If there is, remove it and then click OK,
then close the windows local users and groups. You should now be able to change your password.

    The message is generated by HP protect, not by Windows. You need to consult the FAQ from HP or send a note to the HP technical support. You can also search Google with these keywords:

    The Windows.old folder has two objectives:
    (1) can be used to uninstall Windows 7 and return your PC to the previous version of Windows.
    (2) contains a backup of all your files of data, documents, photos, Etc. from the previous version of Windows.

    Note: Change the Windows Explorer option to see the Windows.old folder:
    Click on start and enter in the box "Search": "hidden" (without the quotes)
    Click on the "Show the hidden files and folders" option at the top of the list.
    In the "Folder Options" window
    Click the 'view' if it is not already selected.
    In the list "Advanced settings" locate "hidden files and folders".
    Now click 'show files and folders '.
    Then, disable the following:
    "Hide empty drives in the computer folder.
    "Hide the extensions of the file types that you want to know."
    "Hide protected operating system files"

    Click on the "Apply" button and the OK"" button.

    Remove completely (Control Panel).

    Or set up a BIOS password.   Start your PC and look at the screen... When you are prompted, press F8 or F12 or whatever it says it takes to enter the BIOS or Setup.  Then find the password settings, etc.
    ATTENTION: A BIOS password blocks all access to the computer... it doesn't even start until it is necessary, DO NOT forget it.

    After a search through the community for this topic, I found a simple and direct answer for that.  Me seems to have two Apple ID, and I can't find the password to the original immediately the bat.  I know the name, but must be able to try a few cases before coming to the right conclusion for the password.  I will lock if I try too many times?  Is there a better way to locate the other ID?

    If you want to see what Apple ID you have, go to appleid.apple.com on the web and at the bottom of the image, you will see the link "Forgot Apple ID or password?". Click on it and type the e-mail address that you use most often and click on continue.

    If you know your ID Apple (which is an email address), you can go to appleid.apple.com, enter the Apple ID and then type what you think is the password.  I try again and if it does not, click on the forgot password link.  Or, go directly to iforgot.apple.com.  Continuously trying different passwords block you the account for security reasons.

    If you mean "is it easy for them to see my block diagram when I don't want to do", then the answer is difficult, if not impossible.

    If you give them the VI with a protected password block diagram, don't worry, they won't.

    There has been many discussions regarding the feasibility of crack the password, and due to a deliberately placed embedded wait function by NOR, it would be almost impossible to guess the password of brute force.

    If you simply gave them an executable built, their chances are even worse . To my knowledge, there is no way they could possibly get an executable for the block diagram.

    My friend gave me all the passwords he used generally, but none works. (Suspected that the appellant waxed all account information). When I tried to start, I got the error that no boot device could not be found. So I tried to access the BIOS to boot from an external device, but no password worked to access the BIOS. So I used the keys to market to return the BIOS.

    Still can't access the BIOS (see other post) because of the password blocking access and after returning it to an other BIOS, the laptop seems to start to boot Windows, but then the power on password does not work. According to me, my only recourse is to wax the hard drive and reinstalling everything, but my friend has not any recovery backup, or the installation media, it has no code of software license. (All my friend has is the original, since warranty paperwork expired.)

    I tried to get the files to restore the hp.com drivers & downloads, but the HP2000 no longer seems to be supported for it.

    Any suggestions on how to proceed, or how to acquire media that I need to rebuild?

    There are two options available.

    1. you can order a set of replacement of the recovery media using the link below - it will reinstall the operating system, all the drivers, and almost all of the original software (the exception being often tests of MS Office). They will also recreate all of the original scores, including the recovery Partition.

    Order HP recovery disks.

    2. download the file to Image of Windows 8 on the following link - Note that this Image file is subject to a ceiling of download, you may need to try over a period of a few hours before the download starts correctly.

    The master password is not intended to be used in this way.
    The password is only intended to encrypt the names and passwords stored in the Manager password with a level of additional encryption.
