Hello
Computer Mac mini with the screen HP pavilion 25 xi
The problem is that the image is too large for the screen and control buttons are half obscured at bottom. How do change you the image back to fit the screen entirely?
Kind regards.

Unexplained change in size of the Print Screen saved image
Is not a computer geek, I'm sometimes thrown when my laptop is suddenly something differently when I have not intentionally "asked".
The last thing that has happened is a real nuisance and I would be very grateful if a brilliant person could put me right.
I keep a daily record of the changes to the e-important information by using print screen and save it to a file. normally, this image is saved as a certain size (pixels x 768 1366 pixels) that fits with my view of deterioration. About two weeks ago the same procedure suddenly gave place to an image SMALLER, but with MORE (?) pixels (1366 x 918) without consciously doing me something different. Can someone tell me how to get back to where I was before? It does not help if I increase the Zoom level I print screen; This only translates a picture cutting the edges of what I want to see.
Hope I have explained this in an understandable way.
Alright. Right after you click on paste, click on crop. This will ensure the area of the image exactly matches copied dimensions and will be the size of the exact screen of 1366 x 768 pixels.

size of the Splash screen image
What should be the size of the image to the boot screen?
I did mine in 1024 x 600 (full screen) because the charger of the splash screen does not Center it nor does support transparency.

I'm trying to reduce the size of the image that I use for my wallpaper
I'm trying to reduce the size of the image, I use for my desktop wallpaper to fit the screen. Should what steps I take.
randy1945 wrote: I am using the Windows 7 system, but the options of three (3) has not helped. They were showing - Taskbar & Menu start - accessibility.
Hello randy1945, I'm sorry. I forgot a very important step. Trying to recall this memory.
When you get to the screen that displays the three options you mention, click on the background to the right of these options at the bottom of the screen.
This should provide another option to the screen where you can click on the Position of the image. This is where you can change the position of the wallpaper on the screen.

Is there any way to "adapt to the size of the image" a bin of clips?
I run a 1920 x 1080 doc project in first Pro CC with a range of sizes and types of media. I purposely do NOT preset preference "default scale to the size of the image" to maintain the quality of my still image data base to allow pans and zooms. I imported since, connected and sub cut a very large number of 720 x 486 QT stock of archive films. After doing without presetting of the first scaling by default, I am experiencing now to apply "scale to the size of the image" to each edition in my sequence that I work. Is there any way to "adapt to the size of the image" my bin of clips? or am I now stuck having to convert the original movies to 720 x 486 QT 1920 x 1080 and then reissue of links in first to keep all my data void cutting?
What is in the bin, select the clip, remonter back towards the top of the screen and next to file and editing, select Clip
Then go down to video Options
Choose scale to the size of the image

Size of the image - confusion report l / h
I was asked to re - edit a video game totaling about 7 hours of footage. I got 4 DVD where I import the VOB files in prepro. When I play the original DVD on my desk, the image quality is good, she is in 4:3 format and it occupies the major part of my 19 "wide screen monitor. When I import VOB files, here is the penetration prepro therein:
Type: MPEG Movie
File size: 1016,0 MB
Image size: 720 x 480
Frame rate: 29.97
Audio Format: 48000 Hz - compressed - stereo
Project Audio Format: 48000 Hz - 32 bit floating point - stereo
Total time: 00:48:15:16
Average flow: 358 KB/second
Format of the pixels: 0.9091
I created some transitions of title in After Effects that also use the preset of 720 x 480 (DV NTSC) with 0.91 Pixel Aspect Ratio. However, when I reading the titles AE or VOB assets within prepro, the size of the image on my screen is quite small (about 1/4 the size of my screen). When I send the sequence again, it also produces a small image. The menu I built using a PSD file (720 x 480, 72 dpi, 10.0 "x6.7") However, plays like an image full screen, the way I hoped the video would play.
I know there's a mismatch here somewhere, but I don't know where the problem lies. I have read a good deal online but keep going in circles. I understand there are questions about image size and pixel formats and I thought I was being careful in selecting 720 x 480 throughout the projects, but it seems that I missed something. Advice to point me in the right direction would be much appreciated.
Paul,
This sounds like a classic mismatch between your images and your sequence.
The configuration of your sequence is (4:3) NTSC DV Standard? If this isn't the case, once imported, one of your VOB simply drag to the new icon to create a corresponding sequence. Then the Clips should complete frame of the sequence.
Good luck

Definition of the size of the image in the dynamic text box
I have a dynamic text box in which I'm embedding an image. The following code fills the text box
infoBox.informationText.htmlText= "<font size='16' color='#FFFAF0'>"+calledMarkerIndex+ "\n<font size='14' color='#FFFAF0'>"+calledMarkerDate+ "<img src='http://jacobull.files.wordpress.com/2010/06/ween.jpg'/>"+ "\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<font size='12' color='#FFFAF0'>"+calledMarkerDescription;
How set the size of the image in the code above. I tried to insert the width and height parameters after the path of the image, but an error is generated. I would like for the width of the image to be as wide as the text of infoBox.informationText Dynamics
Any suggestions?
Also the path to each image corresponds to a variable called calledMarkerContent how could put the img src is equal to the variable called calledMarkerContent?
Hello J,
If you use a component to scroll, you can eventually use the ScrollPane for movieclips instead.
The Adobe AS2 components reference:
" The ScrollPane component to view video clips, the JPEGs and SWFs in a scrollable area. Using a scroll pane, you can limit the amount of space occupied by these types of media screen. The scroll pane can display the content loaded from a local drive or on the Internet. You can set this content during programming and execution with ActionScript. "page 1093 "
This way you could integrate the area of dynamic text (for your text) both the movieclip (which has the text for your image inside box) that you can then scale them both in an another movieclip (parent), you use the ScrollPane component on.
This way your text in dynamic text field dimensionnera not, the image can be scaleed to the size of what ever you like (dynamically) and if the two are sitting in a parent movieclip, this parent movieclip may have a ScrollPane component on it.
How does that sound?
Best regards
Chris

Size of the image in Illustrator to Photoshop
I'm new to Illustrator and can only be overlooking something here, but here's my background and the question:
I took a screenshot of an image and open in Photoshop CS3. I've clipped a part I want to use and save the file as a .eps file and open it with Illustrator. In Illustrator, I recreate the image at the same size as the image I opened (I look at the two images to 100% view). I save my new image in .eps format, and then open it with Photoshop. For some reason, the image is about 50% bigger in Photoshop that was in Illustrator. Any ideas? A percentage of 100% look at a watch not really the right size of the image? Or is the problem lies with how Photoshop CS3 interprets a file .eps Illustrator CS4?
Thanks in advance for any information or advice.
You've discovered just resolution image and its effect on the display of the pixel based images.
In Illustrator, there is no resolution. Objects have a set size and Illy requires a screen resolution of 72 dpi as a basis for hypotheses on the display of graphics as well as for its calculations of this 100%.
Then export to pixel based on the file formats, you can choose the resolution.
In Photoshop, the '100% ' has nothing to do with the actual size of things (as defined in Illustrator) but means that one pixel of the image is a pixel of your screen.
When you open an EPS, you get a dialog box in which specify you how to photoshop must calculate the pixels of the vector and the desired resolution. When you go to 72 dpi, you should get the size you expect. But that won't be enough to print.
BTW: the workflow to do a screen capture and convert your image here and there may be harmful for printing results.

You are looking for an extension in order to reduce the size of the image
I often need to reduce the size of the screenshots. Looking for an extension that would allow me to do this in Photos, without the need to export, and then import them back. It's a simple task, but I could not find a way to solve this problem. There are many applications with extensions that allow cropping images, but the apps/extensions similarly dedicated screenshot cannot reduce the size.
The feature I need, it's essentially the only preview offers under the menu set the size as a percentage or in pixels change. Special bonus for an app/extension that would work also on the pictures for iOS.
This is not possible - you can never make any change to the contents of the library - the only way to reduce the size of the image is by exporting using different size options in the window export
You can use a preview an external editor with external publishers for extension of pictures - I have no idea of what would be the results with that

Size of the image in the quiz?
I have pictures of 1028 x 768 and drop them as part of image in the quiz questions. A part of the image presented in the cross-slot and generally that it's Ok. But sometimes the image cannot be used as the required detail is not displayed. Is the size of the image better and has everyone optimized this feature?
Hi kenfromUK,
The resources below explains an option for your photos. The mask tool will allow you to choose which part of the image you want to see the image.
iBooks author: Add and edit photos and other images
Mask (crop) photo
You can crop photos without changing the original image by masking the edges to hide the unwanted parts.
Select the picture you want to hide.
Do one of the following:
Hide the picture with a rectangle shape: click the button mask in the bar of the formats. If the format bar is not visible, choose View > show the Format bar.
Hide the picture with a form: choose Format > Image > mask with shape > shape.
Do one of the following:
Resize the photo: drag the cursor over the button Edit mask.
Reposition the photo in the frame: drag the photo.
Move the mask: drag the edge of the mask dotted.
Resize the mask: drag the selection handles on the edge of the mask dotted. To constrain the proportions of the mask, hold down the SHIFT key when you drag.
Rotate the mask: hold down the command key when you drag a selection of angle on the master handle.
When you are satisfied with the position and the size of your picture and the mask, do one of the following ways to complete:
Double-click the mask or the photo.
Press return.
Click outside the photo.
Click the input mask.
To remove the mask of the photo, choose Format > Image > unmask.
Hope that helps...

What is the size of the image used to render the list (for list image rendering)?
Hello!
Can u please tell me, what is the size of the image used to represent the listItem. I used the size 40 x 40 for listitems, but the listitem be merged with another. Image will not be rendered with the size (actual size).
PLS, suggest me-
ListIField generally uses a height up to the police on the storm no devices. The storm, it has a fixed size greater than the height of the font.
If you want to draw a picture of 40 x 40, you need minimum height of 40px. Call setRowHeight (40) in the constructor of the listfield.

Hi all
I have an application that includes the photo module. I use under encoding settings:
String encoding = "encoding = jpeg & width = 1024 & height = 768 & quality = normal;
The problem is the image size. For the same scene when I use 9780 it is approximately 350KB for 9800, it is only 80KB. Can someone please explain the reason for this difference?
Y at - it no additional or other adjustment means that I can use to reduce the size of the file for 9780? (physical size 1024 * 768 should not be changed).
Thank you.
Could not find any additional setting. I used the method to reduce the image quality and therefore the size of the image file without changing the resolution of the image below.
JPEGEncodedImage.encode (bitmap, QUALITY);

When you try to send large images by e-mail, he advises that e-mail is very large, enamel will be sitting in the Outbox before moving on to air currents and so I am unable to send e-mail to the new recipient.
I tried to compress the file zipping it but the size of the image is the same.
Is there another solution to resize image on the surface RT?
If you right click on an image or a sound file, you can see the size under properties. Resizing of until you try to send. There are many programs that can do this. I use to resize the pictures as soon as I download from my camera. A very simple freeware program.PIX Resizer
