  NVIDIA GTX 7xx or 9xx series graphics cards will not work in your PC.  The BIOS in "chicago" mothererboard is not compatible with the video BIOS in the graphics card.  You will need to get an older card chart such as the one of the below listed OEM HP graphics cards.   Ok. Trying to fix a friend's computer and seem to have met a strange barrier.

  Thanks for your help, I wanted to just give you a batch update. After the grueling process of verifying the destop, memory suppression, cleaning it & all the other techo checks. I gave my pc to somone to look to the he tried not to turn on he opened it removed cleaning my thermal paste back on and told me it was working fine.
