• Pavilion laptop dv6226: expandable dv6226 to Win7/Win10?

  My laptop dv6226 vintage 2007 runs his moose Vista OS but slowed considerably.  It has 2 GB RAM factory-installed and there is no room for more memory.  This computer will run Windows 7 or Windows 10?  I see several new computers of Win10 (base) on the market with 2 GB of RAM, so there is no reason why it shouldn't work.  Appreciate all the advice from people who may have upgraded the operating system.  Thank you.

  Upgrading to Win7 and later to win 10 worked well.  Computer works much faster now.  I checked on the memory and 2 GB is the maximum it will take.  Thanks for your help!

  January 20, 2016, I bought a hp pavilion laptop 15-AB224NE - R (P4H28EA) from Dubai Mall in a store of retail sales amounting to 870 USD including 10 built in windows. Since that time, I faced a problem of keyboard typing when you work on windows (like the website online, hotmail, facebook, emails, etc...)

• Pavilion laptop g6-2200 CTO. Downloader driver AMD does not work

  I have a Pavilion laptop g6-2200 CTO provided with Windows 8, I've upgraded to Windows 8.1.

  I had a problem with the interface of the software for my HP OfficeJet 4500 All in One Wireless G510n-z which, when I tried to solve this problem, brought several others.

  This led to my "reset" and going back to 8. I tried to reinstall 8.1 and had issues with this OS again, so reset again and right now, I'm still on Windows 8 because I'm afraid to go back to 8.1 when 8 seems to work fine... until now.

  I posted a few questions on this web site and got a few good reviews... but... I was told I had to upgrade the drivers for the different parts of this computer AND programs, I installed.

  I have an AMD processor and went to their web site and downloaded the driver AMD Downloader but it does not work. Is there a setting on this computer crashes or is this something else?

  Get the number of the Service tag on the bottom of the laptop (can be under the battery) of your product how do I find my product number or model number once you have the info, use the button at the top of this page titled 'Support', then click on "Download drivers" in the menu. Enter your product number. After you enter the PN, click "Go". On the next page, use the drop-down menu to select your operating system, click Next. A list will populate with the drivers/software.

  I have a new Pavilion laptop with Windows 10 (64 bit) I want to connect to a monitor HP S2031 n. This monitor has a VGA cable I had to adapt to the USB port. This has been done, however, when I try to detect the monitor says that the device is unknown, and that the driver is not available. Is there anything we can do about it?   I followed the advice on changing the settings on the mouse pad in Control Panel, it shows in my settings I enabled (checked), 2-finger scrolling vertical and horizontal and vertical and horizontal scrolling finger and have clicked on apply, however the touchpad still doesn't let me scroll through pages. All that I can use the touchpad to is to click and moe the pointer around the page. He was working until recently and I only bought the laptop in January. It's very frustrating because I bought the laptop for use of study as a student United open I have to read a lot of reviews thesudden lack of scrolling not is extremely awkward.

  I tried changing settings (once I found the control panel), already if would appreciate some advice on how to make it work again.

I also want you are trying to open HP Pavilion Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide of g6 because it is a PDF file. If you open then we know that you have installed Adobe and that something else is causing the problem. If you can't open it, then download and install Adobe Reader from my previous post and then try to run your audio discs.
