Pavilion p6-2330: v1.0 of motherboard ms-7778

I went to windows 8 to 7. All the drivers, I found and downloaded very well except the USB 2 controllers. They are USB 3.0. the motherboard is an ms-7778 version 1.0. Can anyone help?

Strange that it would not install the drivers USB 3.0!

See if it's better:

When the computer is turned on, it presents a loop; try to solve the problem, but unable to do so.

    Thank you.

    Hello.

This 24 character of error codes when generated from the HARD drive test indicates a Smart failure or disk Self Test - in both cases, this means that the drive is defective and must be replaced.

You always have access to the data stored on the disk? If you do, then save as much information as possible and look for a replacement drive. If the product is still under warranty, you can contact support, but in case you have no guarantee and you would like a guide to replacing the hard drive yourself – please let me know.

I hope this helps and good luck!

Sorry, but you're going to do a lot of work for nothing - as it does not work with laptops, only with desktop computers.

Unfortunately, on a community forum, we have no way to authenticate the possession or access to an HP device, with the result that everyone can come here claiming to have lost or forgotten their password, and if tell us them how to get around this, we could very well have helped the access to a lost or stolen computer.

My suggestion is that you contact HP customer support to see what they are willing to do it for you.

    Product number: E7G63EA

OS: Windows 10 (primary), Kali Linux Sana (2.0)

    Recent hardware changes: None

    Problem:

Recently, I decided to upgrade my Pavilion TS 15n-070sa processor. However, I took soon a problem after having disassembled my hard drive, due to the fact the processor is soldered to the Board rather than just locked to it. Then, I got a glance in the maintenance and service guide, which made me think that the other portable Pavilion TS 15 could have the same shape of the investment just (perhaps) with a better processor and motherboard. However, I am still not sure of the fact that last and that's why I came here to ask where I could get a replacement and a better motherboard for my laptop.

It would be the best motherboard:

    AMD A10 - 5745 M 8670 M 2.9 GHz/2.1 GHz (2 GB L2, 1333 MHz DDR3L Quad 25 W) for use with Standard Windows. 734824 501

  • Pavilion dv6-3025sa - WY933EA: refurb/new motherboard, or recovered parts?

Hi everyone, first user at the time of the Forum from HP Support here.

Unfortunately, in the past few days I had a Caps Lock LED blink error on my laptop, and suggestions I've read about or been advised to perform so far, have not solved the problem (that is 'hard' or 'forced' is reset, reinstall RAM/HDD, remove the CMOS battery for a while, try a battery without adapter sector/charger plugged test on the adapter sector/charger without a battery connected) etc.)

When I turn on the laptop, I can hear the fan, but not the rotation of the HDD, the power led is on (white), the WLAN light is in standby (red), Caps Lock flashes once every 2 seconds or so, the HARD drive activity light is on (i.e. no flashing)

It seems that there is a material error which is at best going to be hard staring at me. Now, I try to get my hands on a new or renovated motherboard, or I just put it to experience and get a new laptop (equivalent regardless of today's) keep some parts of this forum? Or y at - it something to try that maybe I missed?

    Any advice/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

  • HP Pavilion a6000n: no need for replacement motherboard - it's the standard micro ATX?

I want to upgrade this computer and get a new card mother and CPU. Currently there is a M2N68-LA/NARRATED-GL8E made by Asus for HP. No matter what micro ATX motherboard will work, or that it has an odd size or placement of screw hole or else incompatible?

    Thank you!

In case anyone is interested, I picked up an ASRock 970 M Pro3 AM3 mATX Motherboard AMD and a 8-core processor from AMD FX 8320E. The motherboard was a little shorter than the origian, then the bottom screw holes align. But it is strong enough and it works fine.

There, however, no place to plug in the SD card reader, or the front firewire. I do not use firewire, so this isn't a problem, but I'll miss the SD card reader. It's one thing that I forgot to check when looking for motherboards.

  • Pavilion P6610f MV417AA #ABA: MODEL PAVILION P6610F BM417AA with ALVORIX-GL8E motherboard and AMD 785 chipset does support UEFI

I just plugged a 4 TB WD external hard drive.  NOT too much computer.  NEED HELP!  The computer display as free of 3.63 to 3.63 TB properties.  It was just plug n play set up - I did nothing besides plug it.  I think that it is in the MBR format.  I really don't know about the MBR vs. GPT and how the drive must be formatted, but I understand that the motherboard must support UEFI if I change to TPG and I still want to add MBR for a starting System.  I'm so confused.  Help, please.

    Hello

I see that your question is a question of HP.  Too much misleading information.

Thanks for posting on the forum.

  • HP Pavilion HPE h8-1114 Deskto: replacement motherboard on HP desktop PC

Given there are too many problems with the motherboard of Pegatron IPISB-CU (Carmel2) on a HP PC that is 4 years old as my blu - ray player and dvd player not working not both at the same time, the video card fan died won't spend countless hours searching the same replacement of a video card that will not play new games. Recent maps have new bios UEFI which are not compatible with the map of Pegatron that I and most of the companies do not have BIOS custom to make the card work with the motherboard. I thought about replacing the motherboard and try to push it another 2 years. However I have a few questions about this process.

First, WILL the Intel Intel Core i5 2400 processor currently on the HP PC will work with another different Board or is LOCKED to the current configuration of the motherboard and will not work with any replacement motherboard? How about the memory sticks? I know that Intel makes their products compatible with their own products and the upgrade/replacement by other non approved parts HP will not work with their products.

How will be my Windows 7 installation is affected by the replacement of motherboar? I have to do custom / clean install of Windows 7, or I'll still be able to use the Suite of recovery in the PC to re - install Windows 7?

I'm not planning to upgrade the power supply on the PC because I'm shopping for a low-power video (not the means.) map And I also know that if I update the motherboard, I know that I lose the wireless/Bluetooth card and the card reader because it has a secondary power supply that I did not see in any other configuration of the motherboard.

Or simply scrap system and start from scratch. I can't believe my $900 luck down the drain in less than 4 years.

Upon reflection, while I do not normally give replacement Advisor, these two motherboard will work with the CPU and the memory that is currently in your PC

    Gigabyte GA-H61M-S1

    ASUS P8H67-M LX

Being that they are not current models, so that he may be uneven buy locations.  I will leave that option open.  These form factors (case plug Assembly) is not compatible with the present case.   Check the mounting options in the current case vs buying a new case.

    Other issues, keep me posted.
