PC does not detect not monitor

So my monitor was working fine a few days ago. Works fine, no problem. I wanted to connect my Xbox to my monitor my girlfriend could watch television. Using an HDMI cable, I was successfully able to run across the screen and had a blast on Call of Duty on my computer screen. Problem is that now I can't get my monitor back running on my PC. I tried several times to disconnect, restart it and disconnecting / reconnecting the video cable, but nothing helps. I'm still able to play Xbox via the monitor well. To switch to HDMI, I can place my monitor mode "projector" or something of that kind. That was my mistake and any help back passage?

Oh well too bad, all the world. I just found my solution: also connected my PC to my TV, which was where the Office was all the time. Live and learn, right? Haha.

  • Can someone tell me which makes snmp service send a trap event. I mean, snmp does not monitor anything. To send a trap, a person or an application request SNMP to do. Which?

    I was doing some research on SNMP and MIBs.Hit a roadblock when this question came to my mind. Windows stores all MIBs under

    %SystemRoot%\System32

    I know that these MIBs are used to send traps. I just want to know the throughput, or how it's done. Who reads all this information and provides it to the snmp service to send a trap event? If I need to send traps that are defined in some other MIBs, how can I do it?

    How can I solve this problem?

    Thanx

    Emanuelelon,

    My apologies, I was never notified that you answered. Its been a problem with the forum recently.

    There are a few things to try if you still experience the problem. I'll post them even though its been a month that you posted.

    Go to control panel > hardware and sound > Sound. In the window that opens, select the recording tab, highlight the internal Microphone array and click Properties. Select the levels, make sure the slider for Microphone Array is 100%.

    Select the Advanced Settings tab and try to uncheck to allow applications to take exclusive control of the device.

    Apply and OK and close all open windows.

  • Stop does not not for scoring of dynamic text

    Stop for score does not. When my score is 30, he should go to box 5

    Stop();

    var score: Number = 0;

    movieClip_1.addEventListener (MouseEvent.MOUSE_OVER, fl_MouseOverHandler_2);

    function fl_MouseOverHandler_2(event:MouseEvent):void

    score = score + 10;

    Text1. Text = String (score);

    }

    {if(score==30)}

    gotoAndStop (5);

    }

    The code that you show it will run only once, immediately entering into this framework - it does not monitor for a change in value.   Unless you return permanently to this image so that the code runs repeatedly, it's only going to run this code if() once while you are in the frame.  If the score is not 30 when you enter this setting it will not fall in box 5.

    Place it inside the function where it runs every time that the partition change and see if it does what you want...

  • Z50 does not detect second monitor HDMI

    I recently purchased the Lenovo Z50 - 70 with 16 GB of ram and nvidia 840 m video card.

    Today I tried to connect the laptop to my LG 47LA6208-ZA, but the laptop does not recognize a second monitor. When I try to detect that another monitor nothing find it.

    I don't know there is no problem with the tv or hdmi cable, cause another pc with a cable hdmi even on the same port hdmi works perfectly.

    Any ideas what could be the problem here? I have already updated all the drivers.

    However, I do not know on what card video the hdmi port is on, the nvidia or intel on board.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    It turns out that the hdmi cable is the problem after all! Which is really strange, cause there is no problem with the other pc. However, I am very happy that this is resolved! Thanks for the support!

  • T400 and Advanced Mini Dock - does not detect DVI monitor

    I have a T400 with integrated graphics and Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, and I recently bought an Advanced Mini Dock for it.  I have a Dell 1800FP monitor connected to the dock via the DVI output.  When I anchor the T400, the system does not detect the external monitor.  If I go to the resolution of the screen and click on detect, it does not appear.  The weird part is that if I reboot then than in the dock, when the system comes back he * is * detect and use the external monitor.

    Any ideas what's happening?  Other equipment connected by the base (USB, Ethernet cable devices) all work very well.

    I think I solved this problem.  I uninstalled my video driver and installed the latest version from the Lenovo Web site (which was more recent than the one found by Lenovo System Update).  Now my system properly detects the external monitor when I attach to the docking station.

  • Windows 7 does not detect external monitor!

    Hi I have a huge dilemma!

    My laptop does not recognize the external monitor. Earlier in the day, he detected the external monitor and perfectly well worked through to extend, in doubles, you name it. However, after restarting my computer, I was unable to get the external display to be recognized...

    I use a laptop Lenovo y470 and nvidia gt 550 m 64-bit. I've updated the grahpics card but in vain...

    The way I have it plugged into the external monitor is using a hdmi cable to connect the laptop to a monitor for a DVI-HDMI adapter. Basically, the dvi port became a port hdmi with this adapter.  its dvi - d.

    I think that restarting the computer developed a few updates and the graphics card only connects via VGA or HDMI and DVI not? I'm not sure... I'd love any idea of a solution.

    Hello

    If you do not see an option named multiple displays in your display settings, then Windows isn't detecting a second monitor plugged into your desktop computer. Or else, it does not detect an external monitor plugged into your laptop. When Windows detects this monitor, it will appear in the drop-down list next to the screen. If you do not see that what listed there, try click on Detect.

    Make sure that the monitor you want to extend your desktop is turned on and plugged the correct video port on your computer. You may also need to select the correct source labeled on the controls of your monitor to ensure that the monitor is using the correct video port. For more information, consult the manual of your monitor or go to the manufacturer's Web site.

    You may need to update your display and video driver

    For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
    Control Panel - Device Manager - Display Adapter - note the brand and complete model of your

    Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after each installation.

    Always check in the Device Manager - tab drivers version you install actually shows up. This
    because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (particularly that audio drivers) so install a
