PC Windows 10 - cloud creative (CC) does not open
Hi all
I did a search around forums and online, and it seems that many have this problem. I'm on Windows 10 and I can not get the "app" running creative cloud. It starts to look like it will open, but isn't fair. I get nothing - no error or any information.
I can open Photoshop and Lightroom using the menu 'Start', but CC is a go.
Someone at - it advice or ideas? I've seen some pretty scary suggestions, including edition which I prefer not to go to the bottom of the registry. He also seems to be a problem on Mac, with a solution, but alas, I'm a PC user.

1 - Check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
2 disable the firewall of your machine, see Windows Firewall enable or disable - Windows help , OS x: about the application firewall - Apple Support
3 turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet.
4. After this sign off cloud creative app connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
5 - go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" changes it to ANYWHERE (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your password on the computer, they are temporary changes)
6 force Quit Adobe all activity monitor processes / end of task manager of the tasks in the same order as mentioned below:
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
7 launch creative cloud app and connect

Please follow the steps mentioned below to delete previous files of the creative cloud and then try to reinstall it.
Remove the OOBE and AAMUpdater folders.
Mac OS:
- Exit creative Cloud Desktop
- Access \User\
\Library\Application Support\Adobe *
And/Library/Application Support / Adobe *.
To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later.
- Find and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE
- Download creative-cloud

Windows:
- Exit creative Cloud Desktop
- Go to \Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\
And C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
C:\ProgramData\Adobe
- To view the AppData folder and program hidden data, see files, folders, file name extensions. Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.
- Find and delete the files AAMUpdate and OOBE
- 5 re - download creative-cloud

Cloud App creation does not open EVEN with administrative rights

I have not had this problem before, but after the last update, I can not open Creative Cloud App. I see it in the Manager tasks as the race and I can open my Adobe software, but I can't open the creative application of cloud itself.
I have Windows 8.1 and full administrative rights on my computer.
Any ideas?

Windows 10. Cloud app creation does not open. Tried several times. Tried to uninstall, but the dialogue came telling me that several applications necessary so not able to uninstall.

Creative Cloud Application Manager does not open
After some problems with the first CC I had to remove and reinstall. He moved back to version 7.0. After a reboot of my system, I see that creative cloud isn't the automatic opening at startup. Mac HD > Applications > utilities > Adobe Installers
Then run the cleanup tool and remove any cloud creative associates

Creating cloud Apps Panel does not open
I have the creative cloud to open and am able to navigate between tabs home, assets, Stock and community, but when I try to open the application I get a loading image. The loading image was present for hours with appearing happy. I tried cloud closing and reopening, I always get the loading image.

I installed creative cloud, but it does not open and does not help re - download
If im using windows 8 and I wanted to get adobe flash professional so I did. downloading the game in upwards and installed fine but now when I try and open the creative cloud, that nothing comes. After removing Adobe Creative Cloud applications, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]
Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.

Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Then, download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

As you mentioned that the installer of creative cloud is not replying to the questionnaire, please disable Antivirus, firewall computer temporarily and try again. If it still does not work, please download a fresh install and install from: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free trial Adobe Creative Cloud.
Just in case if it still does not work, please follow the troubleshooting steps shared here: error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop App.

I opened Frefx and shows a small icon of homepage above the bar at the bottom of Win7. But I can't open a whole page or use Firefox. I tried to uninstall and then install a newer version, but this does not solve the problem. Had to go back to IE
You can find your profile folder and start safe mode, manually, without using the inaccessible features.
In Windows 7, your profile folder is usually on a path similar to this:

To start Firefox in Mode safe, close all Firefox Windows, and then hold down the SHIFT key and restart Firefox. (I got that from the article, but have not actually tested!) Then you should be able to tick the box "Reset Toolbars and controls."
