PCI-7352 corrupt Firmware

I have a system with a PCI-7352 movement card that ran under LabView 7.0. I just upgraded to LabView 8.6 and when I go to MAX and do a boot I get this:

-70056 (NIMC_corruptFPGAFirmwareError)

The upgrade of the firmware button is grayed out. Any suggestions?

Thank you

Jason

After talking to Tech Support OR there is an option to MAX to simply download the FPGA. Have downloaded successfully and now it works! I think that something happened during the upgrade of the original firmware.

I tried the procedure before and I tried the factory reset button, nothing worked. I have also tried to install the firmware using tfpt, but cannot get the .chk file uncompressed. Is someone can shine some light on this situation? Please help, thanks!

  • PCIe-8381 corrupter BIOS

I have a PCIe-8381 on one card motherboard chipset Intel. Problem occurs after the marketing of the SMU-1065 chassis, then the PC. PC reports BIOS is damaged and recharging before starting without any additional problems. Everything seems fine, Max with all the cards in the chassis reports normally. Reboot PC works fine - have only problem when turn on the power for the first time. Should I get to the BIOS compatibility software?

    Hi testlabrlp,

This seems very unusual, give you have already propelled on the chassis before you turn the PC and that the message is only thrown once the first startup of your PC.  How long do you expect to power on your PC after feeding the PXI chassis?

It is not a compatibility problem, since restarting the computer solves the problem and you are able to see full working system.  You have the latest version of the BIOS installed?  It is perhaps that an upgrade is needed to solve the problem.

  • Not corrupt firmware? Seeing flashes of power - then it goes dead

    Hello world

I'm looking not all threads resolved these but have not found something close to my problem. I have a Linksys WRT54GX4 that worked very well for several months at least. All of a sudden I noticed that I was picking up no wireless signals to the other side of my house. While they inspected my router, the two Ethernet cable direct to the PC connections were flashing, poster of activities. The Internet port also showed activity, but the power light was NOT ON. I tried the second reset step 30 and the router starts flashing lights as if it were to start normally, but then the power light will blink and stay on for about five seconds, then turns off. I can't ping the router right here or log in via the web interface - it is physically off. Then, it will be intermittently come alive, function for a few moments, and then turn off. I have no idea what this could be. Died at this point the router? The other troubleshooting steps, I can try?

Thanks in advance for any response,

    -AJ

Try to hard reset the router for 2 minute... Unplug the power cable and plug power 30 seconds... and check if the power led is now solid... If this isn't the case, then, router is that went wrong.

    Hello

After the firmware update, my 40RL953B is no longer in effect. I have a green light on the left front is on but nothing on the right and the remote control or switch those who work. Connect the input/output after 10 min makes no difference.

I need a firmware to be flashed and to do this, I will need Init_clear and MBOOT files for 40RL953B. There are other sites, offering them on the other site, but I can't find it for my model. Toshiba said they are to pick up and return at their support center, but in reality, all that I need is a correct initialization file and firmware to Flash the current corrupt firmware.

Anyone who can help on this?

  • Of the EA6300 firmware auto update during installation, no random to WAN WAN gigabit drops

Really, I just want the previous firmware, it will not return to the previous firmware, even if she has detected a version more recent and downloaded/installed. Possible problem during this update I want to redo, but not possibility because no prior firmware exists.

Leads me to believe there is something in the previous firmware you guys want that we know or have once again.

    Serious security loophole eventually.

The ultimate question is random disconnects Arris 822 g at the EA6300,.

But I noticed after installing updated the link to the Modem Gigabit droped to 100Mbit negligible for speeds we have but always notworthy and anxiety.

Have tried everything I can think of outside custom through 3rd party firmware. or change your firmware which is not necessary, but I did to belkins for their security flaws which I do class action about what I discovered with their firmware on several other class of devices.

This is implemented for the parental units and EA is supposed to be EASY for them. I have them walked through the process just for your device does not works as advertised.

Don't blame the Arris it worked and maintaines on other EA devices connection. I don't appreciate finger that help professionals tend to blame everything other than your device, then try not to do.

It is a question of Linksys EA6300.

    Bought another ea6300.
The object of dumping the firmware out of it.
Corrupt firmware of EA6300 question of dumping.
Installed prerequisite firmware dumped on EA6300 issue.
Updated to the current firmware manually on EA6300 question
    success.

Certainly wished I could have returned back.
Or was the prior firmware available to try above.

Now, I EA6300 to spare for NOT boning.

  • RV320 Firmware Update 1.1.1.06 aircraft crashed

Our internet connectivity was intermittent throughout the morning today so we decided to upgrade our Cisco RV320 1.02.03 to 1.1.1.06 firmware. We have downloaded the version of the software Cisco download on a USB key. Using the Configuration software and read the Guide to RV320, we followed the instructions on Page 64 of the user under Firmware Upgrade Guide: management system > Firmware Upgrade > Firmware Upgrade to USB and the file selected.

After clicking on the update of the Firmware, the red next to DIAG on the façade of the RV320 is stayed on for 20 minutes. The green light next to PWR remained flashing for 20 minutes together. The router never ceased to start and will no longer start up. We went off after 20 minutes and determined tension that was long enough for our company without internet.

Can someone tell me why this happened? I turned on the RV320 and the red light next to DIAG is always a solid red and the Green led will blink next PWR. Please advise me as to how I should get my money back or I can do to make it work again.

Hi Carrie, it does not seem a failure hardware, just corrupt firmware for reasons of transmission or unknown leader. You can follow below step to get it back.

    1. power off

2 turn on with pressing the reset button, wait 10 seconds, until the turn of diag red LED and power LED flashing.

    3. the value of lan pc 192.168.1.100

    4. use the tftp client to the firmware of the device. Command of Windows for example: tftp-I 192.168.1.1 put RV32X_v1.1.1.06_20131206 - code.bin. Or using another client tftp as "http://tftpd32.jounin.net/.

    5. after finished tftp, the device will restart itself.

    6. after starting, driving power is turned on, diag led is off.

  • Error in plugin DVB - T tuner

Hi, I have Toshiba USB DVB - T and I reinstalled Windows with the always trendy tuner. So I forgot it and now he would not be recognized by the Toshiba or Lite-on software in the devicemanager; It seems that it is not installed correctly. I tried all the savvy drivers and I think the main problem is getting windows to recognize it with the correct drivers. Maybe I had corrupted the firmware on the dongle usb itself? Any ideas how I can force the dongle to the pilots?

    Hello

I guess that everything worked before reinstalling Windows?

If Yes, then it of not corrupt firmware or drivers or other
It seems that the installation procedure was wrong or not 100% correctly!

First of all I recommend to disconnect all external devices, then reinstalling the operating system in the right direction
Follow the instructions to install Toshiba USB DVB - T.

What I suggest to acquire in RGB8 as you mentionned and decode the frame of Bayer by soft.

  • Designjet T790ps error 01.0.10

I have a client who tried to update its own firmware, and reboot after installation of the USB firmware, the abacus says error 01.0.10. So I tried powering down the front to start and enter the diagnostic mode. During the closure, the plotter gets partially by closing and displays an error firmware 08 and will allow me to do more. Then I closed the plotter of the main power in the back and attempted to try the service key combination to enter diagnosis mode "cancel + House + eject. The problem with that is where eject icon should be, is a question mark and the function key combination does not work. Tried to reinstall the firmware, and I get the same results. The led lights on the formatter to display as follows: 1 flashes 2 and 3 are strong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is virgin territory for me, so I don't know how to answer the question of whether the HARD disk may be the cause of this problem. I guess personally, that is, if the firmware is stored on the hard drive, then corrupted firmware can reside on that and become a problem. I can't say that's how these things work as HP does not give you this kind of information. It is possible that the firmware is written to the main map and map of trainer and not read the HARD drive each time you start.
I can say, as you probably don't know, maintenance manual tells you to the main Board before the replacement of trainer to correct the code that you are experiencing. The only problem with updating the firmware I've ever had is when I interrupted a DJ800 during an update and it fried the electronics module/main.

  • PID motor problems

Im having trouble with an application of linear motor control.  I'm using a servo-motor/converter to power a linear drive.   The player is running in current/torque mode so that the output power/force is proportional to an analog input that is sent to him (no setting parameters).  For this particular application, Im using the express vi 'set up fake signal' to create a waveform of sin that is used as the target value then inturn helps determine the voltage sent to the engine and thus, out of power.  The tension of a load cell is then read through PCI-6014 and convetered at a level that can be compared with the output of analag, scale factor for the torque mode.  There is also a PCI-6601 used to determine the position, but should not be relevant here.

Without PID.     Using a load cell, I see that the wave of fishing is truncated at the top and bottom, it rises to fast in response to the tension and then from the trays.  The reverse happens when unloading and it reaches a low load to soon and there is also the truncation. I will attach a figure which can demonate the problem better than I can explain it.

Without PID.   This isn't a saturation effect, but as I can raise the amplitude of the input voltage and the force will follow the same type of waveform, but again the load levels.   Ill. attach a screenshot 2 new levels of load of 2000lbs.

I can look at the levels of current/voltage output of the command servo which feed the linear actuator and that they are the sinusoids perfect, after all what is the input voltage, if guided by PID or not, its a mirror right, without truncation as occurs in the above figures.   There is also no problem of speed or acceleration, it is well under the speed limit, that this system can work, IE under 0.25htz and it can run 50htz to these displamcements.  So, these are not the problems.

As I understand it, the PID is commonly used to correct this type of problem and is standard with machines that need to produce force in this way...  Infact, I learned from the people who make the drive I use to fix this type of problem.   Yet, Im could not get it to work. I tried to change the P term accoring to the N? I have the document below and dosent seems to correct the loss of crete, so Im doubtful the I terms or D will do much (and have tried without success). I'll attach a third screenshot and link in the general guide for the PID below

    http://zone.NI.com/DevZone/CDA/tut/p/ID/3782

with the PID, with P increases so some departures of instability

Ive tried reinstallilng labview on a different computer, with PID and get identical results.

I'll join the code I help him, not that I'm waiting for anyone to find, its big enough.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Jimmy,

If your control loop does not work with a deterministic timing, the highest rates of change of the setpoint to the situation, so the quality of the control loop also limits the frequency of your sinuses. However, the loop itself is always on to 2 kHz, so the loop time and jitter of the same order of magnitude, then it will be very difficult to get a system of stable control with this configuration. Reduction in the rate of control loop is also not a solution, because the linear motors are very dynamic systems, requiring control loop series kHz.

To improve the situation with your current setup, you can always try to better structure your vi, delete dynamic memory allocations and so forth, but the improvements will be very limited. In fact, there is a reason why NEITHER a lot of success with products such as LabVIEW RT or compactRIO and the reason is the deterministic behavior of these platforms that is required by the dynamic closed-loop control applications.

To answer your question on the amplitudes: regulator PID tried to generate an output signal, which translates as the set value - PV = 0. So for example, if your load cell outputs 0.5 V/N and you want to generate a force of 10 N, the set point must be set to 5. In other words, the scales of the setpoint and the PV must match, but this does not mean, you must necessarily across the PV before you go to the PID controller. Instead you might evolve set points to map to the copying. The advantage of this approach is the fact that you don't have to do calculations online on the feedback signal, because you could precalculate a set value table before you start the move. This approach would calculate you your calibration data in the matrix of setpoint values.

If you follow this method, you might also think of using a control chart of standard movement as a PCI-7352. This Council deals with all onboard, real-time control tasks so no LabVIEW RT is necessary and you can move the locker bays precalculated in the memory of the Commission (contouring mode).

I hope that gives you some ideas how to proceed from here.

    Kind regards

    Jochen
