PCoIP black screen only with client software, only external connections

I have an infrastructure with ESX 4 5.0 and a 5.1 vCenter; Gateway security VCS 5.1.2 and 1 2 (associated with the second VCS); The view composer.

When the connection between the local network using the internal address of VCS, everything works fine.

When the WAN connection, using the external URL (www.mycompany.com, with an external IP address, registered in the public DNS): everything works very well with an IOS device, or a customer zero (Teradici chipset). but when he connects with a customer display Windows, authentication pass well, but after you have logged in, the client displays a black screen. It seems that the session is not present in the view manager.

Do you have all the necessary ports open in any firewall between the end user and the connection manager / ESX farm? The client software must open RDP (3389) addition to the PCoIP ports.

    a friend of mine gave me his Lenovo T400 to install Windows XP on it
