  Column AUDIT_USER always gets "APEX_PUBLIC_USER" as a value of insertion. How can I change to the user real "& APP_USER."?
  I tried under Home > Application Builder > application 100 > shared components > change attributes for security > authentication > Public user
  And added & APP_USER. and: P101_USERNAME both have not changed anything.
  
  Is there a way to get to work with & APP_USER. instead of APEX_PUBLIC_USER?
  
  I use the standard authentication scheme 'Application Express'. I use ldap via a process to the login page.

• Problems with Windows 7: Internet Explorer and black screen

  I recently took my old Acer Aspire laptop 8375 from the dead. If I remember correctly, it is from 2008 and has Windows 7 installed on it. When I try to start my PC, everything's fine until it connects to the account. Suddenly, a black screen will appear with a message saying: Internet Explorer has stopped working. I have tried different methods: looking for online solutions (did not work, window closed without results), open the Task Manager and IE (did not work), trying to open other applications didd work tho, but my google chrome didn, t work as well running. I forgot to mention, I could use my cursor on the black screen. Could someone help?

  Not all types of SD cards will be recognized in your PC. Use only SD and SDHC cards.

  Look at this MS post on SD card reader problems.  There are some excellent suggestions.

  Also, go to start and type in autoplay. Then on the right, click settings, and then press ENTER. You can then change the settings for each type of removable media.

• Problem with using click pause slide box

  Hi all

  I know it is a matter of debate, but I have been trawling for a solution and I am still unable to know what goes wrong with my slide.

  I added a box to click with a break to stop the slide to advance automatically (a constant source of annoyance).  However, this does not work and I'm guessing it's due to some issues related to a lightbox-style popup interaction that I created on this particular slide.

  Here's a screenshot of my current slide timing:

  

  The "popup_icon" button has a simple 'Show' action attached to it, to show the lightbox "Howtouse_popup" group  (I should note that I already had a break attached to this button as well, but it seems to make no difference to the question)

  Once the Group of lightbox appears, one of the objects within the group is defined as a button, with the simple action of 'Hide' "Howtouse_popup".  It is at this point when the slide decided to auto-advance, despite the click box with his break.  I wonder if the fact that I'm using a group is related somehow, but I have been struggling with it for a while now at no time of the bulb.

  I'm sure it'll be something obvious for the experienced professionals of Captivate out there, so please excuse my ignorance!  Breaks on the buttons are something that I continue to fight to get my head and not my favorite feature of Captivate.

  Nothing wrong but the result is the problem is not deterministic. use of ROWNUM = 1 do not guarantee the same output every time.

  I have a USB 6008 and I want to connect the output constant 5v (PIN 31) leg of VCC to a pressure sensor.

  My device is connected to the computer, but I get no signal output. Do I have to do something to activate the output or is it constant? If so, why can I not see a signal in the meter?

  The 6008 has an amout 5V output limited power available.  Make sure that your sensor attracts less then the 200mA who is spec'd for the 6008.  In addition and I have to ask, you have the sensor on the ground ground 6008?
