  I have a problem where my 9500 Storm during the reception of incoming calls, ringing twice and then clicks right in the mailbox.   Thanks for your advice. You are absolutely right. My mailbox has been set to activate after 15 seconds the ringer. I rang my Storm from my landline and two rings passed before the phone responded.   I had this problem too, and the only solution was to reboot the phone and then remove the battery.  I brought back to the cell shop where I got it; they had placed the phone software updated and location of PRL, they even tried wiping the own phone electronically.

  It was an intermittent problem, so I had to constantly check to see if the ringer would work.  If the cell store eventually brought down and replaced by a new.  Now I think it works very well.  Touch wood.
