  Hello sayer46, according to norton toolbar is compatible with firefox 25. Please run the liveupdate from norton repeatedly & until all components are up-to-date. Additionally, make sure that the toolbar is enabled in firefox > addons > extension thereafter.

  Well guess what that my mouse and touch pad stopped working again today, this time during a Windows Update (and not after) - and guess what... the 'momentum - other hardware - MOMENTUM Input Device"was one of the updates, as well as the last time.
