  Have CS5 installed on a desktop computer and a laptop computer for the trip, but now have another laptop that I can use more for travel. Adobe will allow me to suspend free activation on a laptop to use on another computer? A 2009 blog, I came across says that Adobe allows only 20 reactivations (not mentioned anywhere in the team of specialists).

• Photosmart 7850 will not print off my laptop

  I have a HP Photosmart 7850. It worked fine on my old office. I use a Toshiba laptop now.

  Twice I downloaded the Doc print from your site, and he sent a test print.... both worked.  However, I am still not able to print the laptop.

  I plugged the USB, printer, etc. I tried to use the CD with installation /download, but every time it says "Installation on the computer that is running is one of the supported Microsoft operating systems."  I have Windows 8.

  I need to print some important documents and get this operational printer.

  Is there a driver or a full CD download - as I can install it without the CD?

  I'm sorry you have a problem printing from your laptop.

  You get an error message when you try to print. Here is a link for the drivers and software. (A substitute for the CD).

  Hi, I have a new HP Photosmart C6350 which was working fine until today. I connected via the network from my wireless for two two laptops running vista 64. All of a sudden I can't print from a laptop computer but can print fine on the other. With one that does not initialize the print job, and then a minute later, it says "Unable to print Document" when I open the HP Solution Center, it says "work has not print because of an error in the printing system." The laptop is able to communicate with the printer, it can check the connection settings, get ink levels, scanner works very well, etc., but never print jobs is completed.

  I tried to turn on/off the printer several times, I rebooted my laptop several times and it has not solved the problem. I checked the edits, and he said that everything was up-to-date.   I see that you are able to print from your iPhone, but impression of your Windows computer 8.1 gives you problems. There could be a problem with the driver of printing or the application you are printing from.

  To check if you are using the correct printer driver, please download and run the print and Scan doctor, it will be probably diagnose and fix the problem you are experiencing. What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (she print or scan, error messages)

  • Please try printing from another application to help isolate the problem.

  I used my drive external HARD for almost a year with no problems until now. When I hook it up to my laptop and try to open it, the computer laptop everything freezes and I can't do anything.

  Should I try to uninstall and reinstall even if it works without problem on another computer?

  It looks like a USB driver problem.
  I think you should first disconnect the HARD drive.
  Then go to Device Manager, look for USB hubs and controllers and uninstall/delete all the USB controllers.
  After that, restart the system. Wait for USB devices deleted would be recognized and then connect the USB HDD to one of the USB ports.

This disc opens on another laptop running Vista but not on my own XP parents. I can open any other CD, DVD, CD - R, CD + R, DVD - Rr, DVD + R, but not this one. It gives me just this error message; Windows cannot read this disk. The disc's might be corrupted or it could be in a form that is not compatible with windows. I know that this disk is not corrupted, because I have it open on his laptop, but not on a XP computer. Thanks for any help!

  I recommend an oil change of the full power of the system:

  Unplug the router when turned on

  * Wait 30 seconds

  * Connect Router and wait for it to reboot completely

  * Reboot the computer after the powers of the router to the top

  Unplug the printer when turned on

  Disconnect the other end of the power cord from the wall outlet

  * Wait 30 seconds

  * Plug the printer back to

  Try to print now that everything has been updated.  If the unit still does not print, then get the IP address of the printer.  This can be achieved in the Setup Menu > wireless Menu.  Check the IP address which seeks the printing software.

  * Click Start menu on PC

  * Select all programs

  * Select the HP folder

  * Select the folder for the HP Officejet Pro 8500 a A910 series

  * Select update the IP address
