  Well, to me it sounds like a battery problem
  Why you say that the battery must be good?
  Have you checked it or because the technician?

  In most cases if the battery is faulty then the laptop would have no power until it would be connected to the power adapter.

  So I think (but that's just my personal opinion) the battery must be enabled (by technician, ASP) and if necessary should be replaced.

  Well I just got my Bill Mini of the day the following day and while they were inspecting it this morning the power led flashes and it won't turn (even on the battery mode).

  Try a hard reset.

  Disconnect the electric plug. Remove the battery.

  Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.

  release the power button.

  Plug the AC adapter.

  Press the power button.

• Qosmio X 500 does not start and the power LED is flashing every 5 seconds

  I need help my X 500 does not start now. I tried to launch the NB as usual and suddenly the X 500 start or even power up.

  If I press the power button / stop it makes no noise, the power LED on the button and the second power LED just bliks once and turns on and keep blinking every 5 seconds.

  I tried to:
  * Remove battery and power up with AC only
  * power only to batteries
  * remove the battery power button hold for 30 seconds and over power with AC, battery only athen

  but it did not help.

  I checked the LEDs AC & battery, but they do not blink, they are just RED, so there is no problem in battery or AC.

  No idea where could be the problem?

  The failure of RAM could be the reason for this behavior of the laptop.
  Remove the RAM modules with good modules tested and check the functionality of the laptop.

  My Toshiba Qosmio f15-av201 does not turn when you push the power button, even if the lights of ac adapter & battery are both on (on).   Unfortunately, vacuums are very statically charge and their use within electronic devices is usually not a good idea. It is very possible that the discharges of static electricity has damaged your iMac.

  I hope that you unplugged the iMac before cleaning. Make sure that the iMac is reconnected.

  Hold the Apple store nearest to the assessment of the iMac.

• Photosmart 5520 does not illuminate

  After disconnecting and reconnecting the printer on the wall, it shows no signs of activity more.

  No lights are on (outside and inside the printer) and we can not turn on with the switch. It worked fine before. We tried several places where we can connect the printer, nothing has changed. We also tried a different cable, also did not work.

(: 1) remove all ink cartridges. (2) extract the carriage that circulate in the ink cartridges by lever on the right and the trolley lifting vertically. (3) wipe any accumulation of visible ink on the outside with clean cloth or paper towel. (4) THIS IS THE KEY: keep transport under hot running water to empty all the handwritten entries in the irrigation channels that distribute ink. Keep rinsing in clear water i.e. no sign of ink. (5) trolley dry with clean cloth and blowing in areas, you can access in order to remove the remains of the water. (6) let transport air-dry overnight. (7) Re-install transport, then reinstall the ink cartridges. 8) ENJOY YOUR PRINTER. (9) I saw many entries on this topic dating back two years, without real solution offered. I am an automotive engineer in unemployment. If HP (or anyone else) would like to hire a smart worker, engineer in the Detroit area, please inform. Thank you!

  It all started with the sudden Windows crashes. He ran sometimes smooth, sometimes he just hung up. So I decided to reinstall the laptop.   Plug the printer directly into the wall.
  The reason for this step is because the unit has already built in the surge protector and if you have connected it to a bar or a surge protector, then the unit will get not all the power it needs to function properly and it will cause problems with false errors on the screen or turn and analysis of the issues.

• HP Photosmart C309a does not scan wireless

  I read the old post of what is resolved, but the solution did not work for me unfortunately. Essentially, everything works except the ability to scan wireless. I get the following error "Sorry, an error has occurred" at half way through the process. Physically, I can hear the sweeping move!

  I tried to remove and add the printer and also tried to reset the system print, but in vain. I discovered I am able to scan wireless using the built-in scanning server by entering the IP address in my browser and should be able to do it by pressing the button on the printer itself or directly from HP Photosmart Studio to do that, but I have. None doesn't seem to work, and I get the same error message.

  Any suggestions? I have an iMac with OS X 10.6.2

  Follow the steps below and check if it solves the problem:

  1 open the Mcafee Virus and Spyware Protection software you are interested in, click on calendar and perform analyses. Click analysis in real time, and then click stop. Never select and confirm by clicking the button turn off.
