  I see that you have a problem with the "0x600004c error code.

  I have a few steps we can try in this attempt to solve this problem.

  First of all, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a bar/power strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer for example, but it is intended for HP products in general. Please click the link which explains the problems when connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power.

  Trying to set up a new printer HP Photosmart 7520 wireless.  The test print off shows that everything was fine.  I closed my firewall and tried other diagnostic tests.  Everything tells me my printer is fine, but when I try to print anything I got a message saying that the printer is offline or there is a communication problem with the printer.  Can anyone help with this?

• Photosmart HP 7520: Cannot scan to printer

  I was able to scan up to today.  Try to scan to the computer and not give me the option for the photo or document.  He gave me the option once it has scanned the PC, and I had chose PDF and it only would give me the JPG.  It scanned the Microsoft Scan program and fax, which I had never used it before.  My scans before went into the My Documents folder, which I prefer.  I can scan OK on a flash drive.  When I try the computer now, it says "without a computer.

  I tried HP printer and scanner doctor and nothing worked.

• HP Photosmart print 7520 all in one printer each time I receive error USB device

  My product is a printer all-in-one Photosmart HP 7520.  I bought on Wednesday, July 30, 2014.  Whenever I have print something a yellow triangle with an exclamation point appears on the screen of the printer and it says "USB device not compatible or not disk hard/mass storage mode.  Remove device or insert into the disk drive.  It still prints well.  A I mess something up during the game?

  You have a memory card or a USB key connected to the printer?  If Yes, please remove and restart the printer.  Try printing without anything cards or USB connected.

  Until now what I was doing. I went into Device Manager, printers, and I uninstalled it. Then I went into settings, equipment and removed from the appliance.

  Upddate messages still appeared.

  In Device Manager, I noticed 6 unknown devices listed. When I went in their properties; events; There are mentions making reference to 7520 printer the latest in yesterday something on the installation of the printer. Should I uninstall these too?

  Tried to update and received the error 1722: Windows Print Spooler Service has not started.  Checked the spooler that is set as automatic.  Cannot find drivers that update the WIFi connection so that I can print from Windows 7.  Am not able to print from the PC that is connected via WIFi.  Checked and the printer is connected via WiFi.  There are several automatic updates on my machine _ y at - it a mismatch to the printer, a HP Photosmart 7520 recently bought.  When the printer was originally installed, the print command worked until recently!  When I reinstall the printer software, I can't connect it to the Pc via a router.  I unplugged and rstarted the router and I tried to install a new printer.  This has not solved the problem that the 1722 error message reappears.

  I have a Photosmart 7520 All in One Printer and have tried to find a way to get rid of the annoying message remember on the cartridges that are not HP and it flashes whenever I have print and even after that I print, I could close, but a few seconds again, it appears. This is extremely counterproductive especailly when you need to print multiple documents. Of course, he is asked to put me in a real HP cartridge. I refuse to do as its my choice to use what I want. I own the machine and these choices lies with me and nobody else.

  How can I turn off this crazy reminder message? I looked into the possibilities in the menus, nothing helps...

  Welcome to the HP Forums!

  I see you are trying to disable the notifications of ink cartridge with your HP Photosmart 7520 on Windows 8. And I'm happy to help you!

  Please try to open the solution Center HP (HP printer on your desktop icon), click on your level of ink at the top of the screen. Then select Advanced settings, here you can choose either to display the ink immediately or only when printing alerts.

  

  Make sure these options are unchecked, and you shouldn't get more notifications.

• Photosmart HP 7520: ip address for web services is not on the printer properties

  Printer is a HP Photosmart 7520, I have this printer is installed on computers laptops HP two and two are running Windows 7 Pro.  On one of the laptops (mine), when I click on devices and printers, and then right-click on my default printer that is the 7520, it has three tabs.  The third tab shows 'web services' and has an IP address for what should be the EWS page.  The property intellectual property which are listed there is an old IP address that has been recently changed.  What should I do to update that.  The fact that it is bad does not seem to affect what anyone.  The printer works perfectly to include web and eprint services.  What is also interesting is on my other laptop (of woman) which is identical to mine, the web services tab is not yet here when I click on the printer properties. I passed to the EWS page and checked the network tab.  All right.  I went to the Assistant printer HP, clicked on utilities and used the IP update.

  Personally, I believe that if it ain't broke, don't fix it. If everything works as it should, that you have tested and it does, there is not need to change this list in the frame. If you want to try it though, with the exception of my first two ideas you already have tried, uninstall and install the printer is all I can think about. Right click on the printer in devices and printers, and then delete or remove. Run the HP print and doctor Scan to install the printer and check the settings.

  I get a bunch of error messages in my Logs of Windows - application pertaining to the recently installed HP Software & drivers for my Photosmart HP 7520. The source is HP health Active. The HP software is fully updated. How can I fix these error messages?

  

  Thanks for the reply Marcelus. I think that the problem is solved. I removed the HP software and made a few corrections to my OS registry. Then reinstalled the HP software without some of the programs extranous. I don't see any errors related to HP for the moment.

  It's a clean install of Windows 7 Pro x 64. During installation, I used the Microsoft Automated Installation Kit (AIK) to move my user folder and the ProgramData folder to drive D:\. Apparently, the AIK operation has a few bugs. There are two registry keys that were not updated with the new location of the car and a still show Shell Folders on drive C:\. The affect is that programs created new ProgramData folders on drive C:\ while most have been created on the disk D:\.  I uninstalled a few programs that have been affected by the conflict to register and published the registy to be compatible with the users folder and the ProgramData folder on the drive D:\.  Everything is going well at the moment.

  Clear the PRINT TO FILE option in Acrobat or Adobe Reader. It will be somewhere in the print dialog boxes.

• HP Photosmart AIO 7520: Scanning under MacOS Sierra is no longer working.

  Recently upgraded to MacOS Sierra (MacOS 10.12).  Since then, my Photosmart HP 7520 is no longer will allow me to scan or save the scans to the computer.  The "Save" button is grayed out and cannot...  HP must send the updated drivers that resolve the problem very soon.
